It's a nice clean place. Many washer sizes with different prices. We used some $5 ones and some 3.50 ones I saw a big $12 one also. I had some big stuff to wash so it worked out great. It was busy but everyone was real courteous and nice in there. The attendant was so nice too. She was constantly sweeping and attending to stuff. I was in her way bouncing thru there and she tolerated me. They also 2 change machines and a sign that said the attendant can help w that too. I'm glad I stopped in. Lock your doors cuz there's a lot of people outside and inside there. It worked out great since we arrived around 7pm. My usual place closes early so it was Super to stop in at Super. read more

We were on a road trip and needed to do laundry. I found this place on Yelp and chose it because it was well reviewed, large, and had modern washers and dryers. They had different sizes of washers and the smallest was perfect and cost $3.50. A little box of soap was $1.50. $1 got 28 minutes of dryer time, which was enough. Easy peasy. read more

Expensive and my clothes came out stained and dirty still and I used extra soap and baking soda and a bar laundry soap You have to use filtered water or a water softener and clean out the dryers after each use my clothes were still wet after 40 mins and it was a small load And you have to have seating and air-conditioning and fans and someplace for people to sit in customer service read more

My six year old peed on our rug and I wanted to wash it before the smell set in. I got there at 8:35 p.m. and told the attendant that I ONLY needed to wash, NOT dry but she would not budge. "Last load is at 8:30." Terrible customer service. I drove all the way across two too. All the laundry mats in this town seriously need to step it up a notch, or several. It's a college town after all. Students need to do laundry and last loads at every laundromat are between 7 and 8:30 p.m. Ridiculous. If anyone opens up a bar/laundromat, and stay open late, they would make a killing. read more

For the last several years, I've been going to a laundromat in the Safeway complex on Milton on the west side of town where I live. Unfortunately, it's been going gradually downhill until I can only describe it as a dump now. Very dirty and grungy with the prices getting higher and higher as the property is falling apart. Someone recommended this one to me, and though it's out of my way, I thought I'd give it a try. There's absolutely no comparison to the two, it's like night and day. This one is clean, bright, well-maintained and how a laundromat should look. It's even a little less expensive. The regular size washer is $3.25, the medium one is $4.75 and the large is $6.75. I did think that going from $4.75 to $6.75 was a big jump in price between the two larger size machines, but other than that I have absolutely no complaints about the place. The dryers are a straight $.25 for every seven minutes. So if you want to treat yourself, instead of suffering through the drudgery of doing laundry at one of the many grungy, dirty and falling apart laundromats in Flagstaff that still want to charge you top rate for going to these dumps, give this place a try, so you can have the experience of knowing what a nice laundromat should feel like. read more

First time here very clean. Washers work great and they have large ones so will be back to do blankets. Dryers fast only a quarter, dried fast so just 50 for clothes and 75 cents for laid of towels and sheets. I'll be back! read more

This was my first time using a laundromat, so I was really confused. But because this laundromat is staffed, I should've just walked to the front sooner! The woman who helped me was super sweet, and explained to me exactly how to work the machines and put the soap in. There are also totally directions you can read posted all over, I was just a little overwhelmed (a lot of laundry, a lot of machines, etc). The machines worked so well! I was amazed! I have always just washed comforters in my washer and dryer at home, but I will never be doing that again- they just don't get as clean as they do in those 80lbs washing machines!!! Really wonderful and clean laundromat, and all the people who were also doing their laundry were also super kind. I will be back for sure! read more

I have been to this laundromat a couple of times and it has been a pleasant experience each time. Early bird gets the machines here. There is always an attendant available on site. There is an ATM machine and a coin machine. The place is clean and so far the washers and dryers that I have used have worked properly, without issue. There is a "customer" restroom, which is clean. This place has taken Covid-19 precautions as you can see in the photo. It is not too pricey either. read more

I get that the last load is at 8:30 but we walked in at 8:32 and he wouldn't let us use the facilities at all. We won't be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. Like really it was literally two minutes!!! and we only had one load!!! read more

Unfortunately , I have to drop a review down a star as there is a new owner and their diligence for cleaning has gone down. There is an original staff member (thin and petite Native American female) who still does the amazing cleaning and going around constantly wiping, sweeping Etc. Last time I was there she was cleaning all the windows. However, the newer staff the new owner hired do not do this they spend most their time behind the desk or up in the office and could care less about what's going on. They're basically monitors as they do no work that I can see. If the new owner reads this, I can give more details you can message me but when only one of your staff still does the work that makes you so popular you need to be concerned that you're going to begin to lose money. What I also didn't realize in my original post is that a HUD housing complex is right behind the laundromat and that makes it busy as well. BEING IT'S BUSY AND NEEDS TO BE KEPT CLEANED! read more

Everything works here and attendants are fantastic!Washers are a bit higher in price but you get pristine and reliable machines so it's worth it in my opinion. That said, I don't think I've ever discovered a sense of good business and good camaraderie in any laundromat until I came to this business establishment. I chose to sit out in my car as a precaution due to covid 19. I walked back in to buy dryer sheets which is to the back of the store and was accosted by the attendant and told me not once but twice that restrooms are for customers and when I told her I was washing there she just turned and walked away without an apology. I felt singled out and embarrassed as it was in front of everyone there. I suggest a place with better customer service or even some respect. Not coming back here again.
