My laundry experience was great ! The machines were clean & easy to use. The floors & restroom were very clean. This particular store will be where I go for my bi monthly laundry excursion. read more

Sorry the bad is first: - reloadable cards only (no quarters) to pay and they will not cash out your reload card if you don't use it all. Not convenient for a nomad passing thru. - only triple and up washing machines Good: Washes & dries well read more

Great customer service and prompt timing when needing attention. This is a great place to wash your clothes etc... and also great for shirt and pant pressing read more

This is the friendliest and cleanest laundromat in Flagstaff. The staff is super nice. They always seem to be cleaning. The price is reasonable and I highly recommend this laundromat. read more

Very friendly staff and quality machines. I highly recommend, especially compared to the Maytag place, where over half the machines are out of order. read more

Very pleased with the customer service. Had a problem with the laundry card machine and the owner immediately refunded my money which I accidentally put 50 bucks on LOL. Thank you, Tammy read more

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE They charge $1 for a laundry card, I'm so mad All my clothes are still EXTREMELY stained with dirt, all of them , even my sheet which was new, some of my shirts were brand new , I used 5 cups/lids full of gain and a box of baking soda in a 4 load washer , the dryer is way way way too expensive $1.50 for 25 mins is way too much, and there's no option for an extra rinse read more

its a really nice place to do laundry BUT the lady working was so RUDE! I asked if there was a sink. only the bathroom. than comes into the restroom with me and tells me im making a mess on the floor. When there was VERY VERY "LITTLE" drops of water on the floor. telling me I'm ruining the floor! I'm like how!? and she just walks away from me. read more

Sherwood Laundromats - Very little water sprouts!!! - Laundromat Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

One of the dreaded chores of being on the road...Laundry!! We stopped here to do a few loads, plenty of washers to choose from. Change machine on site and also drop off service if you choose. Facility was clean and well maintained. Price was standard and decor was neat lots of old time stuff to let your mind wonder instead of counting the minutes til spin cycle. read more

Sherwood Laundromats - Not my favorite part of traveling but a necessity! - Laundromat Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

I've never seen a more expensive laundromat in all my life. $8 for the cheapest washer

If you are on the road and need laundry done, it's a fine stop. Decorated with western gear, homey staff who are cheerful and helpful, and machines well labeled and in good working order. Opened right on time. Clean bathrooms too. I wish all laundromats on long trips were this nice. read more

They close at 9, last load is at 7:30 pm! So far so good on the washing, some machines are out of order but it's quiet and the decor is cute. Kind of busy for 10:30am but maybe that's normal for this spot! Good stopover for laundry when traveling. read more

Really cute inside, I like the decor. There waz a lot of trash on the floor and a lot of machines were out of order. The washingmachine ate my money. When I asked the lady for help, she jammed a knife in the coin slot and told me it was working fine. I told her I had put in $8 and the laundry was 5. She said, It is working now. I asked her for my money back so I could put in the correct amount and she acted like I hadnt spoken. She put in more money from her pocket to make the machine work and walked away, ignoring my request. I travel, so fortunately, I never have to come back here. read more

See all

Most of the machines are out of order. The lady working the desk is incredibly rude and draws her eyebrows on with a sharpie.

Hahaha this place is a joke! She said that the last load is at 10 and it's 10:05 now!! Like cmon!!! Lemme get one load in and that's it your place doesn't close till 11:30 read more

Ugh. I understand it was my fault for leaving my soap the night before. The loss of power from a storm left me a bit dazed. I returned the following day to finish my laundry and to inquire about my soap. When I asked the owner, she played clueless, although her body language told a different story. I went about my business and continued as usual, minus my soap. When I went back out to my vehicle to get some supplies, I walked past the office and what did I see? MY SOAP! I finished my duties and left to NEVER return. This lady lost major karma point over $3. Lame. read more

I love this place! Renee is amazing! Music is off the hook. Great vibe! Best laundromat I've ever step foot in! Won't go anywhere else in Flag! read more

Sherwood Laundromats - This place is fricking rad! Renee is the bees knees! And I could dance to the music all night long. - Laundromat Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

Previous owner always fixed broken machines. Nowadays there are so many out of order signs on the machines every time I come in. Hope they fix them soon. read more

Very clean place! It wasn't too expensive either. It cost my 11 quarters for the washer and 25¢ for 10 minutes in the dryer it was really nice too. They have both a change machine and a ATM so if you forget coins you have a way to still do your laundry. There is also a lot of places to walk around while waiting for your laundry to finish. One thing i didn't like was there wasn't a lot of space inside to sit and wait for your laundry. Compact walking areas read more

Had a huge amount of stuff to wash and staff showed me to the largest capacity washers and told me how much stuff i could get in, which meant 3 loads instead of 4. Many restaurants in the shopping center, free wifi, an antique store 1 minute away. The place was clean enough though there was a vague sewer gas smell that came and went. read more

This is the cutest laundromat I've ever seen. The staff is very friendly. I didn't use the self service part, only did a drop off, but would happily go there again if need be. It's cash or check only so don't forget to visit an ATM. read more

Clean and very pleasant. Warm and inviting place to wash laundry. Location is good for finding some place to pass the time. Abundance of machines. read more

Not very much room inside to wait ample seating available outside..dryers are comparable to every other laundromat ive been too..lady working there was nice and helpful with my laundry ignorance...i dis like the way it was decorated it felt like a lodge instead of an actual laundromat...i would use it again if need be read more

By far the best laundromat i've been at! Outstanding service! Many thanks from the swedish couple.

Great place! The lady who worked there was ever so helpful! Millions of thanks from the Swedes

Unfriendly service - almost no seating inside. They don't have enough carts to get one if you need one. You get free wifi and it is cheap to wash here though the dryers are in a normal price range. Would help if the employee would be a bit more present. The woman working there on this day was a real downer. read more

We went to Sherwood Laundry "Laundromat" tonight and it was blazing hot in there. Asked the male worker if we could leave the door open while we loaded our $40.00 worth of laundry into washers. A lady comes out of the back and started yelling to the worker to close the door. She loudly says, "there is no heat and the pipes will freeze." She is yelling loudly so we can hear and we are ignoring her. Then she walks over to us with her hand on her hips and tells us not to throw garbage on the floor. What? I asked if she was talking to us and that it wasn't our garbage. She snapped, "It fell out of your clothes!" It was a cigarette wrapper, we don't smoke. Then she says she doesn't like my attitude and can kick us out. I asked if she was the owner and for her name. She waves her finger in my face and says, "I don't have to give you that information." I called the hotel we were staying in and explained the situation. They said get your laundry and come back to the hotel. They dried our clothes for us! I looked up this place online and there was a reference to a "Jennifer" so when we were leaving with our wet clothes I said, "Bye Jennifer." She snapped back, "My name is Rene!" So there you have it folks, steer clear of this business unless you want to be harassed. read more
