I visit Flagstaff several times a year and had no idea this laundromat existed. I originally went to the cleaners, but my comforter was going to take too long. When I Googled a laundromat, this place popped up--and I'm so glad it did. I walked in and was amazed by how many machines they had. I was completely unprepared, but the woman working was incredibly kind. She helped me get quarters using my card and even had detergent pods available for purchase. She went above and beyond--she even moved my comforter from the washer to the dryer so I could have an hour before coming back. She had no idea how much that small act of kindness meant, especially on a rough day. As I'm writing this review, I've come back in to do all my laundry--and once again, I'm greeted with kindness and infectious smiles from the ladies working here. They welcome everyone who walks through the door with genuine warmth. This place isn't just convenient--it's full of heart. It's now my go-to spot whenever we're in town. Highly recommend! read more

We had been camping for two weeks and landed in Flagstaff. Washing clothes was a must. We had a difficult time finding the place. The outside is quite unassuming, however the inside was very clean. The ladies working here were very kind helpful. They didn't have a coin dispenser, but the ladies were able to accommodate that need. We were good for another two weeks on the road. read more

Wow this place is amazing!!!!I came through town while at kids camp to do laundry. The owner helped us out as soon as we came in. Gave us the proper change told us how many quarters we would need for the 1 large load and helped us with the machine!! So friendly and the cleanest laundry place I've ever seen!!! Showed us where to park RV on street, out of the way! Inside store, machines are layed out nicely, the laundry is clean and people & staff are doing their laundry. We use the facility for the washer field service. We were staying in the Grand Canyon had a significant amount of laundry that had accumulated. We were taking a day trip to Flagstaff and we're hoping to get our laundry done. We turned it in around 10 o'clock in the morning and were able to have it back by 2 o'clock in the afternoon. This was a much more cost-effective solution than some of the other laundries that we had looked for. They did a great job everything was folded nothing shrank, nothing bled. I would absolutely use their services again if we were visiting and needed the laundry done. It was super convenient to do the wash dry fold and be able to look at the town and not take a day of vacation doing laundry. read more

The staff were very friendly. Machines all worked well. The only reason for a four-star instead of a five, is that the space is very small and slightly cramped. But everything was clean, including the bathroom. I was in town for 2 weeks and thoroughly happy to find a place I could do my laundry. read more

Used one of the $4.25 (30min) bay washing machines to do the equivalent of about three loads of laundry. Huge dryer fit all the clothes and for $1 ($0.25 for 8 min) got everything toasty dry. Inexpensive and quick! The woman working there was really helpful too. Thanks so much. Took off one star because couldn't get on the wifi with my laptop or phone, but hubs could with his phone. As of Sept. 2017, they don't offer any kind of specials or deals as many reviewers (and their Facebook page) mention. Apparently they haven't done so "for a long time" according to the attendant I asked. I've been to many laundromats all over the country and this one is nothing special. Prices and equipment are average. It's a smaller establishment, so grab your washers quick before the attendants take up all the large ones that are worth using. The employees aren't particularly friendly or rude; just indifferent to your existence. Had their online properties been up to date about them NOT having specials, I would have gone to one of Flagstaff's several other options in a more convenient location. The WiFi password is on the bulletin board near the door and works well, which I was very thankful for. No ATM or change machine but an attendant can provide quarters from the cash register if you ask. read more

I haven't used their dry cleaning services yet but I'm loving the laundromat. They have a range of washing machines that vary from $1.50 to $4.25 a wash depending on load amount. Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes. Everyone here is really friendly and they have weekly specials. My favorite is on Mondays where you draw a special out of a can that can vary from a free dry to $5.00 in quarters! It is also the cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. They make it an effort to constantly be cleaning everything from the floor to the machines to the folding tables. They also seem to be open 7 days a week from 7am-7pm. They also have free Wifi available. And I know this is pretty specific to me but I live in the neighborhood so it's really great to be able to walk less than a block to do laundry. read more
