Friendly staff, very helpful and not a lot of up-selling. I would recommend this store over the Route 66 location.

The rice and crossed fingers didn't work this time, so I said screw it for a day or two... and then I found this AT&T location. I headed there and was greeted by both Christopher and Vito. They were definitely friendly and informative, but since I purchased my phone through an apple store, they couldn't replace it then and there; I had to go through apple for that. Vito did however, proceed to sell me on purchasing an iPad Mini (and case) in the meantime, so I used that in the interim for text messages and facetime. I took his advice and called the applecare phone # he provided me, and a few days later, I have a replacement phone in my hands. Hooray! When back in Flagstaff, I'll likely head back in to pay Vito and Christopher a visit, and to purchase a new iPhone case... I don't need to take any more chances on damaging my phone! So, if you have a situation or just need some friendly AT&T service, head on into this location... they won't let you down!

I'm so impressed with the great service I received today. I finally joined the "bust my cell phone…read morescreen" club last night. I on a whim thought I'd stop by and see if I was about to be an owner of a premium and severely busted screened iPhone. With being Saturday and during this "pandemic" era I had never thought about them being possibly closed. To my surprise they were open and since I was there pretty early I was able to get in and to my great surprise n shock I was told my highly costume iPhone was completely and favorite quickly repairable. I mean part of my phones screen was missing to where you could see plastic phone pieces that weren't supposed to show, or so I'm thinking. Any ways I was given a pretty quick time of about 45 mins. I was so great full I just sat in my truck waiting on it's repair. After it's repair and time to pay for the repair, he handed me my phone back and I could swear he handed me a new or different phone. There was no comparison to the last time I saw this same phone. I'm still amazed at the great service, respectful and timely fix. Another of my great likes was the price. It didn't cost me the price of getting a new phone. As you can probably tell, I truly know that I can send all my friends here and not one would be upset about the service they'd receive. Heck I'd even send my enemies. Maybe they'd become friends. Lol Keep up the strong work my friend. I'm sure I'll be back. A club rule I'm told!!! Lol

Before purchasing, we confirmed 3 times with the staff that the phone we were about to purchase would work with Tracfone after the 6 mo obligation w/Cricket. Each time we asked that, they confirmed that for sure it would work w/Tracfone. So we bought it and agreed to the 6 mo of Cricket payments. After 7 mo of Cricket payments ant $52 purchase of the Cricket TCL Classic flip phone, we made every effort to convert to Tracfone, wherein we discovered after many attempts to switch and talking w/Tracfone it was confirmed that the phone Cricket sold us would not work with Tracfone. Took the phone back to this Cricket store and explained that the previous staff was not honest with us. The young guy was very nice & was attempting to help us with a refund or exchange (to a phone that would work with Tracfone) when the apparent owner walked in, ask what was going on & immediately said no way could we return the phone since it had been over 7 days since the purchase. He would not let me explain what had previously happened, kept interrupting & laughing that the time had expired. After I finally was able to explain that the staff had told us that the phone would work w/Tracfone, he said he wasn't there & didn't hear it, so I could be lying. His attitude was the exact opposite of what good customer service is all about. DO NOT USE THIS STORE for any cell phone or service purchases. I found out each Cricket store is independently owned, so at least use the other Cricket store located in west Flagstaff.

I had been perfectly happy with Optimum until I tried to cancel my service. The internet worked…read morewell, the price was reasonable, and I had no complaint with the service itself. But the cancellation process was one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I have ever had. On August 31, while moving out of Flagstaff, I went to the Optimum store to return my equipment and cancel. I arrived around 9:30 a.m. based on the hours I had seen online, only to find the store wasn't opening until 10. Once it opened, there were roughly 12 customers and only one employee working. I ended up spending about an hour there. The employee was actually helpful, but told me he could not cancel my service in the store. I had to call a separate number. He even warned me that the people on the phone would repeatedly try to sell me something rather than simply process the cancellation. He was absolutely right. I called and explained clearly that I was moving out of the country and simply wanted my service disconnected. Instead of honoring that request, the representative repeatedly tried to retain or transfer the service, put me on hold, came back and restarted sales pitches, and kept me on the phone for roughly half an hour. After all of that, I was transferred to another representative and had to essentially start over. This person actually told me he understood I was canceling because I had found a better rate somewhere else. That was completely false. I again explained that I was MOVING and wanted the service DISCONNECTED. He then began offering me additional deals, including an extremely low promotional rate. At that point I asked the obvious question: if this is the department that actually disconnects service, why are you still trying to sell me something instead of disconnecting it? The entire phone process took well over an hour simply to accomplish one very basic request: CANCEL MY INTERNET SERVICE. Optimum needs to understand that making cancellation deliberately exhausting does not create customer loyalty. It does the opposite. I left as a previously satisfied customer who would now hesitate to ever use or recommend the company again. Returning equipment and saying "please disconnect my service" should not require a trip to a crowded store plus more than an hour of relentless retention pitches. That is not customer service. It is an obstacle course.
