We bought a home in No. Arizona a few months back and I called Century Link only to have them take my money, arrange an appointment and then later tell me they could not provide me with service. Blah! Wasted time and effort... I then called Hospitality Wireless based on a FB recommendation. Wow. They could not have been nicer, knowledgeable and efficient. They care and it shows. Great service/signal and today I called about an issue with an Amazon device (WiFi issue maybe?) and they went above and beyond to help me with what wound up to be an Amazon issue and not theirs....THANK YOU Hospitality Wireless, you guys ROCK! read more

We were with Hospitality for a long time and were loyal customers even though we constantly had disruptions to our internet service. We would have gone with reliable Starlink sooner, but we were moving out of the area. Hospitality continued to be underwhelming, and in the end, for our "loyalty" they insisted on 60 days cancellation notice. This was never in their original contract, and we were charged for two months of service even though we had moved. I do not recommend Hospitality unless you don't mind having many disruptions to your internet service, and, in the end, poor customer service! read more

Getting 2 stars only to give credit for pleasant customer interaction, but service has only been hit and miss. Always one reason or another for service disruptions. My Verizon hotspot worked every time Hospitality went down. Stuck with Hospitality for over 8 years of growing pains in Williams. There was no 60 notice of cancellation policy back then, but we just moved to Prescott and they are charging us anyway. Quick escrow on sale in Williams and purchase in Prescott, so only a 10 day cancellation notice was given to them. New owners in Williams wanted to choose their own provider and told me to remove the Hospitality equipment and patch it up. As a long time customer I explained this to Hospitality and I asked for a waiver. Their team deflected my request "to accounting", then no response. Asked again, and Daniel/owner saying, too busy with downed lines and they're just following FCC rules "1M$ fine if 60 days not followed". I told them to cancel autopay and still have no confirmation for even that. There is no FCC mandate for 60 day notice between a private company and individual customers. Company policy can always be adjusted to accommodate any specific customer request. In Prescott now and bought Starlink. Instant improvement in reliability and speed. I do not recommend Hospitality. Go with Starlink or someone else if you want and need quality and reliable internet service. read more

Initially, this was a good company IMO. Daniel/owner was personable, always got back to me w/in a day or two, was always helpful. Even helped out on a Sunday afternoon when he didn't have to. I was impressed. A year & a half into a 2 year contract, things went downhill fast for remainder of contract due to: lack of follow up (several times), screwing up my billing, cutting off my auto pay, no internet for 8 days (I work from home!), not replying to ANY means of communication as I feared something happened to Daniel (hospital, jail, death), telling me when their internet is down, everyone's in town is - 100% not true (every time I had an outage - and there were quite a few, I'd ask my neighbor a few doors down yet they had service from another carrier), not returning phone calls, emails, or texts, lack of accountability, me reaching out repeatedly to get a credit for 8 days w/o service, leaving equipment on my property for over a month (I had to remind them to pick up), giving more than their required 60 day notice to end our 2 year contract yet received no confirmation... then billed me a month later to which I had to demand the money be returned immediately. A neighbor inquired about their services yet never signed up, still gets all the usual texts that customers get about outages, holiday greetings, etc. I still get these texts after I left. Daniel called me after service was restored after 8 day outage that was due to them turning off my autopay. Easy oversight to fix had anyone replied in 8 days of me reaching out. Over a month after our contract ended, I texted Daniel so we could talk. His tech Austin called, set a time for him to come get their equipment telling me Daniel would call me. After picking up equipment Austin asked if there was anything else he could do, I said "am I going to get to speak to Daniel?" he said "no, the contract is complete and will be closed out." Go with Starlink, and don't waste your time with Hospitality Wireless. Their internet speeds are slow and service cuts out. I switched to Starlink and get 5X the speed for the same price. Hospitality Wireless also has a 60 day cancelation policy, and if your last day falls within one day of the next billing cycle they charge you another full month! Just Crazy. I wish I could support this small business, but after giving them ample opportunity to make this right, they chose not to. They also chose to ignore countless phone calls, text messages, and emails while attempting to seek resolution. Thanks for nothing JR and Daniel. read more

When they were first starting out in Williams, they were the best you could ask for. After some time and adding more and more people starting to use them, they went downhill. Cant get a hold of anyone, they dont return phone calls, the service slowed down, more and more down time and problems and excuse after excuse of why... This is the worst internet service that we ever had here in Williams AZ. If you want an internet service that works fine during the day then completely drops its speed when everyone gets home from work in the evening this is the internet company for you. Hospitality wireless also has the worst customer service too. Their idea of customer service is texting you back and forth There is obviously too much demand on the network but they continue to sign up new customers promising them reliable internet speed only to tell you that your equipment is the problem and you need to upgrade your equipment. They also claim that they have installed fiber and tell you that Century Link still needs to activate it. read more

We have a home in Williams AZ and had a terrible experience with Hughes Satellite Internet service. Hughes performance and reliability was just awful and customer service was inconsistent, getting different answers depending on the time of day and where the call was routed. Hospitality is completely different. Performance has been super consistent and reliable for the technology used and customer service have been 5-star. Customers are able to speak directly with a technician and your issue will be resolved in a timely manner. Very happy with Hospitality Wireless! read more
