A friend of mine told me she had replaced her iPad glass front at a very good price with Gadget Phix while we were walking by this small strip center store front after eating at MartAnne's Cafe the Breakfast place. Located on Old Rt. 66 just EAST of San Francisco Street. I made a mental note and not even a week later I dropped my cell phone and cracked the glass while I was at a meeting in Phoenix. I stopped by this store front in Flagstaff, Arizona on my way back to Williams, Arizona about 30 minutes away and had my phone fixed in about 45 minutes! Amazing work and delighted to share this new source with anyone reading. The store front has credibility as you have to leave your phone with all the info in it and give them the password... so you have to TRUST the person replacing the glass and I did from the minute I met the team. The glass was replaced with tax for $110 and I was a very happy customer. ADDED NOTE... back up your phone before taking in for glass replacement as the contract you sign says... they are not responsible for loss of data. Just makes sense!

Then I drove from Flagstaff Ranch to the best buy , by flagstaff mall. Here is the email I sent Best Buy corporate: Hello Best Buy Executive Customer Relations, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Flagstaff, AZ Best Buy store involving a RAM installation for a brand-new Lenovo laptop. Earlier today (November 10, 2025), I called Best Buy and was quoted $39.99 for in-store hardware installation (RAM upgrade), which matches the price shown on your official Geek Squad service page for "Hardware Installation (In-Store), SKU 7860102." The Geek Squad representative on the phone described it as a "very simple installation." I intended to purchase the RAM directly from Best Buy -- specifically, the CORSAIR Vengeance 16 GB DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM -- and have it installed onsite by Geek Squad. However, after driving approximately 12 miles, I spoke with a young blond man at the Geek Squad counter around 6:50 PM. He informed me the installation would cost $139.99because a "diagnostic" was required. I refused, as this is not what I was quoted or what is listed online. The laptop is brand new -- I've had it for less than 12 hours -- and it functions perfectly. There is no justification for a diagnostic fee on a new, fully operational system that only requires a basic RAM installation.
