I've been using this service in Prescott for a couple years. Customer service is terrible. Person on phone is worthless. I do not believe they show up when they say they have. They don't ring doorbell to see if we're having any issues or what we want done. Or they could text they're on the way. What if my dogs were in backyard? This has happened multiple times. I personally don't believe they show up based on the number of spiders. So you're fired! read more

requested a quote to get rid of moles or ground gophers requested that they find a method of removal without using poisons. Charge me $50 for a proposal to remove the critters using poisonous would not guarantee me that would not hurt my dogs. To complete the opposite of what I asked them to do and they charge me 50 bucks very disappointed, not referring anybody to them anymore in my industry. read more

I'm a past employee, and work for them for 7 months. By law 90 90 days after starting they are required to send you to schooling to get your license they did not. After 7 months of working for them I was going through a lot and needed a personal day off. I called my immediate supervisor and told him my situation, he was not happy with me he told me if I did not want my job to turn my truck in and quit. I did! All for asking for a personal day off as I was going through very much emotional stress. Just a personal opinion. read more

Atomic pest control recently purchased Coconino Pest control- I used them often in real estate transactions- since the purchase, we've continued to use them and I've been pleased with the service. I think there were a few kinks that had to be worked out but we still got timely inspections/service and the price was still affordable. I think out of all of the choices in town, they continue to rank really high on the list of options. read more

Just no. I set up service for 2 properties. I was told one price on the phone, then charged a higher price at the time of service. When I called to straighten that out, the lady in the office repeatedly interrupted me and just talked right over me because she was trying to leave the office early that day. They say they' have great customer service, but they don't do what they say they'll do, and when you call to sort it out, you get different info from different people. The last straw was when the regional manager Brain called me directly to address my complaints. He also talked right over me, interrupting me constantly. When I called him out for being rude, he apologized but kept doing it. It was just awful. These guys do NOT know how to treat paying customers! read more

The actual exterminators are fantastic people. They are reliable and trustworthy people who do a good job. Even the regional manager seems like a very nice guy. But any person you speak to when you call are typically rude and unhelpful. Freddie from Conn came out this morning to help me with a mouse problem. I had another company (Truly Nolan) come out the day before and they gave me a big of $8900 becasue my attic was infested or had been. Freddie was so professional and told me he thought I probably brought the mice from my things in storage and he thought I was near the end of my issue. He showed me I was setting my traps wrong!! He actually went into my attic (the other guy would not as he thought it was too dangerous due to an infestation) and said he saw no signs of mice!!! I will be calling them to set up spraying and would highly recommend Conn to be professional, honest and helpful. What a relief The other guys were just trying to take advantage of a single woman new to the area. The consultation was no charge. Another big name place (coconino pest) charges $75 just to come tell you if you have a problem! don't waste your time with the other two, call Conn first! I wish I had. read more

I am rewriting a review for Conn Pest Control. I rated them a one star before so they came out free to check to see if there was anything more they could do about our wasp problem. On the second visit, the manager, Jason came out. Between himself and my husband they found seven wasp hives, and sprayed and took them down. Before, the person who came out only found one, sprayed it, and took it down. Since that did not alleviate the problem, I persisted to get them out again and that is when the seven hives were found. To date, after about a week and a half, one live wasp has been found in our bedroom. I found one more live wasp in our bedroom today but this is a far cry from the thirteen I killed previously. I am hoping and think our wasp problem is corrected now. read more

I decided to go with Conn Pest services after calling multiple companies. One in FLG was so rude, I ended the call before asking all of my questions. Debbie at Conn Pest was so kind and willing to hear all of my questions, I knew this company would take care of my needs. Jason and Tom were on time, answered all of my questions and accommodated my day sleeper roommate. Initial services may seem pricey but if you continue services it's really affordable compared to other companies and they don't require a contract. I've used Conn in the past and invariably have been moved to later times instead of the time scheduled. A couple of weeks ago I scheduled service for 8:30 a.m. today. They called at 8:10 to inform me the technician had been held up with the first customer ahead of me. I was told I'd have to wait till 12:30, which meant I'd have to cancel an appointment elsewhere in town while waiting for four hours. I wasn't given the option of simply waiting a bit for a slightly late arrival of the technician. I was told the 12:30 appointment was the "earliest opening" they had. I won't be using Conn again.
