Adam was able to treat the perimeter of my home - my dog loves him. He swept down the webs I couldn't reach and (as expected) for a few days the spiders freaked out trying to get away from the product, but then all I find are dead ones... Now to get rid of the weeds... read more

no service performed but a $100 evaluation charge ? why ...why do you keep my credit card information on file without my permission? why do you attempt to charge my credit card without authorization ? Everytime you call me I will respond with a review read more

Terrible customer service. Susan is rude and curt. Terrible pest control. Doesn't inspect the property. Just wants to spray everything. Doesn't want to set mouse/rat traps. I think they want to wait until you have an infestation. Pricing and warranties are mysterious. They are not transparent in their pricing or warranty information. They just want to charge you a monthly fee. But not really do anything. And if you need anything other than spraying, they tell you it's not possible or to do it yourself or to hire a different contractor. LAZY. They want to do mediocre work and charge you excessively. Was told one price on phone. But bills had different price. Lazy and dishonest. read more

My wife and I were selling our home in Flagstaff in Feb of 2026 and the prospective buyers hired Atomic to provide a pest control inspection on our home. Ironically, we had Atomic Pest as our pest and termite warranty company, and they serviced our home annually for five years prior to 2026. We did have field mice in our garage and it needed to be sealed to prevent further issues. However, we never saw any evidence of mice in the house or attic. Jimmy, the buyers' sales/pest inspector, looked in the garage and the attic and said we had rodent infestation in the attic due to the "droppings" he said he saw, along with mice tunnels and urine on the attic floorboards. He offered the prospective buyers a "remediation" service that was priced at $10,000 to seal the garage, spray, remove attic insulation and replacing the insulation. Following Jimmy's inspection report, and during the ten day inspection period, my wife and I called in two other pest companies for verification and other quotes. We did this because we had never had any rodent issues in our attic in 12 years of living there. One pest company and the biohazard company both said the same thing: "you do not have a rodent issue, the black "droppings" were actually from interior roof shingles and there were no rodent tunnels in the insulation". We shared this information with the prospective buyers, but they were already spooked and instead of the full price cash offer they initially made, they reduced the offer by $10,000 to pay for the "pest service". Ultimately, these buyers walked away from the sale because we would not negotiate on this non-issue. We are angry with Jimmy and Atomic Pest Control and would advise no one to use them if this is how they try to get added sales. If we could give them zero stars, we would do that. I've been using this service in Prescott for a couple years. Customer service is terrible. Person on phone is worthless. I do not believe they show up when they say they have. They don't ring doorbell to see if we're having any issues or what we want done. Or they could text they're on the way. What if my dogs were in backyard? This has happened multiple times. I personally don't believe they show up based on the number of spiders. So you're fired! read more

requested a quote to get rid of moles or ground gophers requested that they find a method of removal without using poisons. Charge me $50 for a proposal to remove the critters using poisonous would not guarantee me that would not hurt my dogs. To complete the opposite of what I asked them to do and they charge me 50 bucks very disappointed, not referring anybody to them anymore in my industry. read more

I'm a past employee, and work for them for 7 months. By law 90 90 days after starting they are required to send you to schooling to get your license they did not. After 7 months of working for them I was going through a lot and needed a personal day off. I called my immediate supervisor and told him my situation, he was not happy with me he told me if I did not want my job to turn my truck in and quit. I did! All for asking for a personal day off as I was going through very much emotional stress. Just a personal opinion. read more

Jason and Scott did an excellent job. I had ground squirrels and they caulked and sealed all openings. They got rid of my unwanted pests. Both were professional and pleasant. I would hightly recommend. read more

Atomic pest control recently purchased Coconino Pest control- I used them often in real estate transactions- since the purchase, we've continued to use them and I've been pleased with the service. I think there were a few kinks that had to be worked out but we still got timely inspections/service and the price was still affordable. I think out of all of the choices in town, they continue to rank really high on the list of options. read more

Just no. I set up service for 2 properties. I was told one price on the phone, then charged a higher price at the time of service. When I called to straighten that out, the lady in the office repeatedly interrupted me and just talked right over me because she was trying to leave the office early that day. They say they' have great customer service, but they don't do what they say they'll do, and when you call to sort it out, you get different info from different people. The last straw was when the regional manager Brain called me directly to address my complaints. He also talked right over me, interrupting me constantly. When I called him out for being rude, he apologized but kept doing it. It was just awful. These guys do NOT know how to treat paying customers! read more

Nope!!! We have called and scheduled twice for them to come to our home and twice they never showed. Called their office and received no reason or excuse. They just simply asked if we wanted to reschedule.....again!?!? Horrible service. read more

The actual exterminators are fantastic people. They are reliable and trustworthy people who do a good job. Even the regional manager seems like a very nice guy. But any person you speak to when you call are typically rude and unhelpful. They would much rather lose your business forever then take a minute out of their day to help you even when you are a monthly customer shelling out 65 bucks a month times 12. read more

Freddie from Conn came out this morning to help me with a mouse problem. I had another company (Truly Nolan) come out the day before and they gave me a big of $8900 becasue my attic was infested or had been. Freddie was so professional and told me he thought I probably brought the mice from my things in storage and he thought I was near the end of my issue. He showed me I was setting my traps wrong!! He actually went into my attic (the other guy would not as he thought it was too dangerous due to an infestation) and said he saw no signs of mice!!! I will be calling them to set up spraying and would highly recommend Conn to be professional, honest and helpful. What a relief The other guys were just trying to take advantage of a single woman new to the area. The consultation was no charge. Another big name place (coconino pest) charges $75 just to come tell you if you have a problem! don't waste your time with the other two, call Conn first! I wish I had. read more

I am rewriting a review for Conn Pest Control. I rated them a one star before so they came out free to check to see if there was anything more they could do about our wasp problem. On the second visit, the manager, Jason came out. Between himself and my husband they found seven wasp hives, and sprayed and took them down. Before, the person who came out only found one, sprayed it, and took it down. Since that did not alleviate the problem, I persisted to get them out again and that is when the seven hives were found. To date, after about a week and a half, one live wasp has been found in our bedroom. I found one more live wasp in our bedroom today but this is a far cry from the thirteen I killed previously. I am hoping and think our wasp problem is corrected now. read more

I used atomic for a mouse problem when I moved here. I was very happy. They were prompt, helpful, honest and reasonable. Terry

I decided to go with Conn Pest services after calling multiple companies. One in FLG was so rude, I ended the call before asking all of my questions. Debbie at Conn Pest was so kind and willing to hear all of my questions, I knew this company would take care of my needs. Jason and Tom were on time, answered all of my questions and accommodated my day sleeper roommate. Initial services may seem pricey but if you continue services it's really affordable compared to other companies and they don't require a contract. I was very pleased with the service and impressed with the representation of the companies across all platforms. read more

We've been using Conn for almost 10 years; they have solved so many pest issues both inside and outside of our home that could have resulted in expensive damages to our home, but because they are so expert at what they do, we have not sustained any major damage. They've helped us to completely block access to our crawl space, fireplaces, spa components, garage and more. Jason is THE BEST and always completes these special jobs quickly and very reasonably. I have recommended them to everyone I know in Flagstaff and they are all very satisfied as well. We use them year round every month and more if needed. We have total peace of mind knowing they are watching our house. GREAT COMPANY! GREAT SERVICE. read more

I've used Conn in the past and invariably have been moved to later times instead of the time scheduled. A couple of weeks ago I scheduled service for 8:30 a.m. today. They called at 8:10 to inform me the technician had been held up with the first customer ahead of me. I was told I'd have to wait till 12:30, which meant I'd have to cancel an appointment elsewhere in town while waiting for four hours. I wasn't given the option of simply waiting a bit for a slightly late arrival of the technician. I was told the 12:30 appointment was the "earliest opening" they had. I won't be using Conn again. Too many strikes. read more

We have been regular customers of Conn Pest Control for about 10 years, both for quarterly treatments and occasional special problems. In all that time we have never once been disappointed with their service. Our technician, Tom, goes above and beyond in rectifying problems when they arise, and Jason has helped us out several times with special problems. Their expertise is unmatched, and in our experience they never quit before a given problem is solved. Highly recommended. read more
