I have contacted AZEX twice in the last year regarding bed bug concerns. Both times Sonny spent incredible time educating and being a true professional. We did have a whole house inspection that was thorough and professional. Thank goodness no issues! The entire company is exceptional. Sonny goes above and beyond with customer service. He treated me with extraordinary kindness. This type of customer care is rare these days. Customers that call regarding pest issues are usually willing to do anything...spend any amount of money...they can be easily taken advantage of...AZEX has a standard that treats the customer right. read more

Jared was great and I really appreciate his help on this issues that we were having. Very professional and very helpful.

The staff at AZEX is very knowledgeable. When it comes to bed bug elimination, this is the company for Arizona. Using the heat treatment, they are able to get rid of bed bugs in the same day. The price is a bit high but you don't have to throw away furniture and you don't have to really prep the house. The prep for service is very simple and like I said, the problem is fixed in just a few hours. Ask for Ron and he'll take care of you. read more

Discovering that you brought bed bugs home in your suitcase from a weekend out of town is traumatizing. After reading everything on the internet about how difficult it is to get rid of those little buggers I was officially f-r-e-a-k-e-d out. Thank goodness I called AZEX. Not only did they make the process very, very, very simple (got rid of ALL of them in ONE day with a heat treatment) but they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and had an excellent bedside manner to boot (yes, bad pun intended). The heat treatment is a bit pricey - but TOTALLY worth it. And the bed bug sniffing dog identified not only which suitcase I brought them home in, but also where in the house they had nested. Thank you to the entire staff of Azex. Your professionalism and hand holding made this experience soooo much better! read more

We have a regular service with Azex and Freddy did a great job on our house, but most importantly, he picked up the dogs outside water bowl, and turned it upside down, so that no spray could get into it. I was very touched that he took this extra moment to make sure our beloved dog was safe. Thank you Freddy and Azex. PJ read more

Azex Pest Solutions is the only company I have felt the need to write a review on. My home was infested with bed bugs a little over a year ago and in that time we have spent thousands of dollars trying to get rid of them. Nothing ever completely worked just slowed them down. Azex came out the day after I called them and did a heat treatment with giant heaters and propane tanks and we haven't seen a bed bug since. It was expensive but well worth the money. Thank you Azex.
