I left a previous review stating that I had credit card copies and emails But he's still questioning me. The account was in my husband's name. Like I said, I have all the proof. Your company is horrible, you stink you fraudulently charge my card, and I won said dispute. I don't need any other documentation because I have it all..... whether or not you know the name on the account who cares it was 2 years ago and you're just acknowledging it now? Wow, do you suck. I've been using Optimex Pest Control for about a year, now. The first time, Brad came out and explained the service. Every 2 months, I have them spray for bugs & weeds on the outside of my home, the weeds behind my back wall, and occasionally, for bugs inside my home. The weeds that grow into tumbleweeds, seem to be impervious to their weed killer, but I digress! Mike is the technician who comes out & does the work, and he does a pretty good job, and seems to be a very honest & conscientious worker. One time, he came out when I was out-of-town, but I'd left the back door unlocked so he could do his work (I don't usually do that, but I was only gone overnight). He didn't know this, but I watched him on my security cameras as he moved around the house (trust, but verify). He was methodical & thorough, and did his job well. I rarely leave reviews. This is one of those times when it's needed so we can save other people from the community from a such horrible business. First thing, first, they buy all their stuff from amazon. nothing special. I have had more bugs since these people came and all the baseboards turned yellow. I also had unexplained charges and they said it was for service, but they couldn't say when as I am always home. Tried canceling they charged 250$. The most horrible experience and I got 2000$ worth of damage as I need to replace all baseboards. read more

I live in a newish neighborhood in Chino Valley where the ants and bugs are pretty rampant. I have used Optimex for the past year, and have had no issues with bugs in my home. Fantasia not only does a thorough job of spraying, she also offered other services (such as weed control) after seeing the massive amounts of weeds in the outlying area near my home. I've been using Optimex for 2 months now for Pest control. We saw immediate results with Dead Blister bugs, Spiders and long Centipedes all around the house. Fantasia came out yesterday for service and she was very curteous, thorough and also sprayed for wasps which have started showing up looking for place to nest. ​Do yourself a favor and do not use these scammers!!!! They lock you into a contract and regardless of how bad they are, or even being allergic or moving out of town, they make you pay it even if you don't even live in that house anymore!!! Complete SCAMMERS!!! We have more bugs than when they first came. They kept saying it has to get worse before it gets better. They dared to say I received service when I wasn't even home and surveillance cameras did not notify me of any activity. The issue was inside and I made it pretty clear from the get-go, I want the spraying to be inside. Not only that but severe rash and trouble breathing from it made us want to stay away from it when canceling they said we need to pay 250$ in cancellation fees. I used other pest control companies before, like Terminix, and NEVER heard about it. I contacted the attorney general and the agriculture department as the law states if you move out of the residence the contract is canceled. According to them, it's not, which violates the consumer protection law based on Arizona statutes. So look somewhere else, plenty of GOOD, HONEST pest control companies in this town that do not force you to pay for a service you can't receive, and regardless of how bad they are, according to them, you can't cancel. I hope other unhappy customers will see this and take action as I will so others won't have to suffer. Also, they are obligated by law to let you know their cancelation policy, which they never have so save yourself a headache!!! read more

Brad from Optimex was great to work with...he understood what we needed and provided our first service for pests as well as weed control in our front yard (rock). He came back and did a "touch up" service of the rock area for the weeds that managed to grow after the first service was completed. We are on a rotating schedule now with Optimex and I would highly recommend this company for your pest and weed control needs. We were a customer of Orkin for over 15 years before coming to this area last year and switching to Optimex with Brad. read more

I haven't written a review in years, but this experience must be shared. DO NOT, under any circumstance sign a contract with this company.The owner came out a surveyed my property, indicating two areas where mice could potentially be entering. One was the outside dryer vent cover that was missing . The other a space on the top side on the evaporative cooler. He'd fix the vent cover for $150, and the cooler for $100. I thought it was high but agreed. Then comes the contract. Big Mistake! Three weeks later no repairs and the only mouse that we caught was in a trap we had originally set out! So I went to Home Depot and for under $15.00 bought the vent cover and fixed it myself. Got an email saying that service was preformed. I work from home...sorry no one was at my house! If he thought the mice were coming in through the dryer vent, you'd think that would have been fixed within a few days. Not the case. I called and told them to remove the $150. from my bill. They did. Another month goes by and no service and no repair to the swamp cooler, so I called and canceled the service, because of NO service. The next day I get a cancellation charge of $250. Yeah a charge for work that was never done. I'm going back to FENN pest control. Jaron is honest! read more
