Back in the beginning when we first started getting services for our home they're was some confusion on our part and as I said the staff that answers the calls will certainly work and a resolve any questions. As it stands, the techs that come to service our house are completely trustworthy so much that they have a key to our house so they do their services at any time they are in the neighborhood and welcomed to spray the pest stuff. Lol. Here in Arizona it's not uncommon seeing scorpions and other nasty creatures taking a nice long sunbaths. Dare I mention again that I'm no fan of bugs or snakes plus those scorpions. Knowingly it's impossible to kill them all at least Orkin helps with me of where they like to, well I won't go there, but where their breeding grounds and how to be prepared to stay clear. The exterior and interior are treated every visit and it really helps to keep the freeloaders out of my house. They offer a large lists of services they provide so should I have a skunk problem, who you gonna call? Why that's going to be Orkin of course. ( bet you thought I was going to say, ghost busters, am I right?) The products they are using is pet friendly and environmentally friendly. And of course our dogs really like to see them come around since they know they're getting treats. Haha. I don't pay attention to what the costs are for their services since I've been with them for so long I'm willing to pay them whatever. Of course I do budget things as best I can, there's just some things I find important so still I use these guys and gals for keeping us clear of the bugs. I needed someone to come onsite and verify there is no active infestation. I was told they won't do that; they will only send someone to do an inspection if it's to get a quote for services. I had called the local 928 number, but was routed to a call center somewhere so I asked to speak with someone in the local office. They would not transfer me to the local office. I called my real estate agent who gave me a referral to a local pest control company who is sending someone out soon. Do not use Truly Nolen. Use a local company who cares.

Four months later, the house is not sealed. We are still getting mice and mouse shit in the house and the TN rep disappeared after the second service. Put out your own traps and save yourself a BUNCH of money.

A horrible experience! Jared came over first thing in the morning to treat our trees, but took it…read moreupon himself to mess with the control valves for my sprinkler system. As a result of his actions, the sprinklers ended up being stuck on all day because a valve wouldn't close. When I called him later that day, he claimed they were on when he arrived. Unbeknownst to him, I have cameras around my house and the recordings clearly show this not to be true -- the sprinklers were off. I have camera footage that clearly shows all sprinklers off when he accessed the valve box after arriving, then sprinklers on as he continues messing with the valve box, then him departing and leaving the sprinklers stuck on. Worse yet, he never mentioned the problem to anyone - he just left! I contacted Greg (the owner) and he expressed concern and told me they'd take care of the repairs. After the repairs were done by a qualified sprinkler repairman, I called Greg and he got very upset, refused to pay for anything, wasn't interested in seeing the camera footage, and ended up telling me to get a lawyer and hanging up on me. To this day, Greg Flippen refuses to pay for the damage and claims the sprinklers were malfunctioning when Jared got there - a completely false claim. Beware of this company and definitely don't let them access your property without you being there.
