Wife and I have been customers of Orkin pest control for several of years. The local office is staffed with great listening and problem solving. Back in the beginning when we first started getting services for our home they're was some confusion on our part and as I said the staff that answers the calls will certainly work and a resolve any questions. As it stands, the techs that come to service our house are completely trustworthy so much that they have a key to our house so they do their services at any time they are in the neighborhood and welcomed to spray the pest stuff. Lol. Here in Arizona it's not uncommon seeing scorpions and other nasty creatures taking a nice long sunbaths. Dare I mention again that I'm no fan of bugs or snakes plus those scorpions. Knowingly it's impossible to kill them all at least Orkin helps with me of where they like to, well I won't go there, but where their breeding grounds and how to be prepared to stay clear. The exterior and interior are treated every visit and it really helps to keep the freeloaders out of my house. They offer a large lists of services they provide so should I have a skunk problem, who you gonna call? Why that's going to be Orkin of course. ( bet you thought I was going to say, ghost busters, am I right?) The products they are using is pet friendly and environmentally friendly. And of course our dogs really like to see them come around since they know they're getting treats. Haha. They have a discount of a little for veterans or so I think they did but regardless I'm sticking with this company. I don't pay attention to what the costs are for their services since I've been with them for so long I'm willing to pay them whatever. Of course I do budget things as best I can, there's just some things I find important so still I use these guys and gals for keeping us clear of the bugs. So clearly I highly recommend Orkin Pest control and suggest you give 'em a look over and see what a difference they can do for you and peace of mind you can walk down the hallway in the dark knowing that your not going to get stung. read more

I signed up for pest control w Orkin. I thought I had paid in full $150 For 6 treatments. But after the second treatment I was informed that I would now be paying the discounted price if $99 per visit Apparently the discounted price for 6 treatments is $600. This company is a huge rip off. Way overpriced! read more

If I could give a -5 star rating that would definitely be more appropriate. We've spent over 6k to have bed bugs removed on 2 separate occasions . Following each treatment that Orkin performs for bed bugs they come back to the residence to check for accuracy and if the the treatment was successful. After the first treatment they came back to check and only found 1 or 2 in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. So obviously we scheduled for treatment number 2 another 3k. So after treatment number 2 was completed. 2 weeks later The technicians came back to check for accuracy and, surprise! They found at least 10. However, only in 1 room. So now after spending 6k and the orkin guy literally standing In front of us asking if we'd like to schedule yet another $3000 treatment, I'm starting to realize these expensive treatment ain't working. But still these guys are trying to to get me to spend another 3k? Nah I'm about to get Az 3 on your side to come up here and blast your shitty company on the news because I'm basically getting nailed over and over again for your companies mistakes. They didn't like that so they get some paperwork together about liability and responsibility (and it's notarized so they're serious) and this time they're gonna do the treatment for free. So the day of the 3rd treatment arrives. Today. And the 2 guys they send to come do the treatment come in and check to see for things that may interfere with the treatment. Lighters aerosol cans anything combustible. So the 2 guys go back to their truck and get in to sit in the air conditioning. Granted, the guys pointed out a couple things I had missed but after I got these few items out of my house I asked the guys if they would set up and they had told me when I was done they would set up. I told them that they could set up as everyone finishes getting out of the house and the dude rolled up his window and drove away! So now I'm literally going back and forth with their boss trying to coax these guys to come back and do their jobs! Excellent customer service? Try again absolutely poor service. Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. This is a current issue I'm dealing with so I'll be sure to update if I do end up calling the news! read more

I had a huge rodent issue under my home, with insulation soiled by the stupid mice and rats.. Matt Golleher came by the same day that I called and inspected my crawlspace... It has been six months now and I am happy to say that I am rodent free.. I really appreciate everyone that I dealt with.. They are really good people! read more

I scheduled an appointment 3 days ago after calling the 1-800 number I found online. I instructed them of the problem I was having with ants and earwigs around my yard and was told over the phone that there would not be a contract. The following day I received a call from a woman that worked for the local branch to confirm my appointment. She stated that there WAS a contract... after some hesitation in my end I agreed to this. I took time off work to come home to meet the technician. When she arrived I began showing her the issues we were having. She stated that they could only spray at most a few feet from the foundation of my house and wouldn't be able to help me with the issues I have. This is the first time I have ever been told by an exterminator that they can only spray the foundation. If this is the case I wish they would have notified me over the phone. Luckily things worked out and I located Bulwark Exterminating -- highly recommended! Don't waste your time with Orkin. read more

ka JHTG INC. stay away from this outfit. they are horrible. my mother got talked into a very expensive contract to treat carpenter ants. 2 years after monthly service costing $71.00 per month, her house was completly infested with carpenter ants, costing her thousands of dollars, to rid them, using a "reputable company. they also would call and say she had 'bed bugs' which of course wasn't covered in her contract and was an additional service costing $$$$. Turns out she did NOT have any 'bed bugs' stay away from this company!!! read more
