We had been using Alternate pest control since we bought our home ages ago..We initally have a full treatment perimeter,Termidor, ect done and have always kept the yearly inspections so as to maintain the warranty..When I called in this year, there was a new woman on the phone, not the usual one from the past..she said we havent recieved a payment since 2023 march..I mentioned to her that we had the inspector out last yr and it was always around sept ,oct most recently..she said there is no record of this and that I owed for 2023,2024 and 2025.. I asked my goodness you want backpay for 3 years? she said even with that we were no longer covered under the warranty. I Know we had an inspection last yr and it was in the sept,oct range.. Reecently ,they stopped giving a receipt of services rendered and said it could be viewed online ect.. normally I kept that receipt for my records.. needless to say, Not happy with how we were treated as Very very long term customers. we were basically told we had no warranty and we were behind for inspections we know we had done but cant prove. I cant recall if we paid by cash, check or card at this point, I only recall the most recent visit was Not in march of 2023 but in the late months of sept,oct or possibly even nov but not in the early part of the yr, not the more recent visits.Not happy and cannot recommend with treatment like this of long standing customer....if the owner would like to contact me, I am certainly open to a discussion to find out Why this happenned. read more

I was recently stung by a scorpion while pulling weeds outside, ended up in hospital for overnight observation due to immunology complications. Not good! Called Alternative, they came out and sprayed inside and outside of the house. Found out we are right smack dab in the middle of their "path"....really not good. We have dogs that roam around our property too, so really needed spraying! We love it, all buggies are gone and/or dead...they come out every other month and call ahead to let me know to put dogs inside.. They are great!! Recommend them to all! read more

Our tech Chris Forshner has been helping getting a roach situation under control at a new income property in the Village of Oak Creek. This guy really knows his stuff and he goes above and beyond. Excellent trouble shooter. The icing on the cake - besides the fact that this company uses non toxic materials first, only pulling out the big chemical guns when needed - is that Chris happens to also be great with the tenants. I'm happy to say he's just about solved the problem completely because of his understanding of the life cycle and behavior of these critters and has made an unpleasant situation actually pleasant. I give him and the company high marks! I also want to commend the other tech, Justin, who specializes in termites. He came to my house because I had a scare and though there was no termite problem, he took the time to explain what I was seeing and to educate me on how a termite problem presents. Always on time, friendly , and reasonably priced. Recently have animal noises pitter patter of feet in attic. I called on a Friday after hours . They quickly called back on Monday and came out on Tuesday . No charge for an evaluation . I was prepared to be sold on various methods to control what was likely a mouse infestation. Instead, Bill spent an hour with me pointing out ways to prevent the rodents from getting into the house. He also educated me on how and where to set traps. All of this for NO CHARGE. He gave me the option to use them to set traps, but indicated I could give it a go DIY first . I followed all of his instructions and am now rodent free. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and happily pay them whatever they ask as I know they are in it for the customer first and the money second . read more
