Jack arrived at our home right on time with a friendly smile. He explained the entire extermination process and let us know exactly what to expect. He was very thorough, professional, and took the time to answer our questions. We look forward to seeing him again for our next scheduled service. Thank you, Bulwark Exterminating, for sending Jack to our home. We truly appreciate his excellent service and are looking forward to a pest-free home! read more

I called Wednesday and they were able to come out the next Saturday with no extra charge. The technician Aaron placed the bate stations in my back yard, and explained how they both worked. I was very relieved to know that the pack rat who invaded my back yard would be taken care of. Bulwark is very reasonably priced and the service was well worth it. read more

The worst, I want to cancel with them, but can't get a hold of them, when I call the number it just goes to a voicemail box that doesn't work. The issue I have is that He did the opposite of what I wanted. He didn't spray the backyard instead he sprayed the entire garage floor, which I told him not to do. We have epoxy on the floor and it was so wet. It made it slippery so I had to mop it up to dry it. Since I couldn't get in touch with them, a girl showed up the next time the service was scheduled for and I told her no I want it and I told her to have her manager Call me to discuss it, and I was ghosted. She also told me that that guy that was there last time doesn't work for the anymore. I don't know what else he did to get him fired, but I have no trust in this Company read more

Initial visit was supposed to arrive before 10 am Got a text saying they would come at 11. I had informed them I had to leave at 10:30. Tried calling back to tell them not to come. After 7 phone calls, and most were out of state I just simply wanted to cancel and not do business with this company. Frustrating and waste of my time! They tried to call me back from some random number and it came up scam and I couldn't connect as my phone has filters. Finally got a person to answer l, Kristin, and hopefully they got the message I don't want to have anything to do with such a company. I give this company an F Minus. read more

We started using Bulwark about 3 months ago after seeing a lot of roaches in our yard, and starting to come in the house. We elected to go on the annual contract, where they will come out any time we see a return of the creepy crawlies. So far they have come out twice; for the initial treatment and for a re-treatment yesterday. Both times they were prompt, courteous, and thorough. And were able to come out within 1-2 days of calling them. Special kudos to Ryan, who came out yesterday. Ryan arrived within the 3 hour window they gave us, even texting us when he was 5-10 minutes away so we knew exactly when to expect him. When he arrived he confirmed the problems we were seeing, explained exactly what he was going to treat, and then did so professionally. Ryan even checked for wasp nests and would have treated if he found any. (Luckily we didn't have any.) Recommend Bulwark based on our experience so far. Prompt, courteous, and great communication. read more

Efficient and professional...keep you updated on their arrival! Always ask if would need anything else and spray any areas you ask them to do..like garage. All seem to be friendly and courteous! read more

If we could give this company a minus 0 we would . We fell for the knock on the door promotion and handed Noah a personal check that has never been cashed yet they have all my personal info on file ? After speaking with a very rude supervisor named Mark explaining we were unhappy and also the service came with no pet safe ticket so after hours of not being able to reach this company, my husband blew the granules away . Now they are attempting to extort more money from us than we originally paid for our first service promotion! read more

I have been dealing with billing issues for several months following an initial service promotion they offered .. They will not stop billing me after they said the issue is fully resolved!! This is crazy ! read more

We are in Prescott Valley and there's a lot of new construction in our area. We had one of the largest exterminator companies for the last five years and were never really satisfied. After seeing the Bulwark trucks in the neighborhood for months, we contacted them and were very impressed with how they approach residential service. Bulwark has been treating our home for several months now & we have a good sense of their approach. We even enjoy scheduling service via their bot. Last week Tanner came as he has been here a few times & he not have been more genuine, professional. He truly walks the talk of this company and will probably end up being a manager at some point because he is the real deal. We should know as we have had pest treatment teams for over 25 years and right now Tanner and the Bulwark Crew lead the pack. read more

We have been with the same pest control company for a decade. When our Tech departed we decided to switch things up and contacted Bulwark. Their Intake Team was professional and genuine so we gave them our business. Our initial service was 6-8 weeks ago and then the weather warmed and we saw some funky looking spiders. We were leaving town and needed a next day re-treat. The customer service person jumped through hoops as their Tech's were booked solid, yet she found a way. This Group here in PV is superb!! read more

We had a wasp nest under the eaves of our home. I was greeted over the phone with a very caring and informative gentleman who said someone would call me back. We received a call within 45 minutes. Nathan arrived and was so pleasant to work with. He was very thorough. We recommend then 100% read more

Bulwark has zero respect for their clients time. Have had Bulwark treating our house in Prescott for the last year and a half. Routinely they simply text only hours before they want to show up and do a treatment which means if you can't be there when they want to be there, you have to reach back out to schedule or simply let them treat the outside....meaning you're not getting inside treated regularly, resulting in chronic inside pest issues. For part-time residents, this is problematic. Had them do a termite inspection and treatment last year. They gave me a number and name to contact should we see anything in the future. I called it last week and sent pics....was ghosted with no response at all. Called in to set an appointment, soonest was ~ a week, and had to make a special trip to accomodate their schedule. Arrived a couple hours in front of the scheduled time and then received a text less than an hour before the appointment that they canceled and again would have to call back to arrange another date. Going to change providers. read more

Can't believe they don't service Mayer. I tried to use local company, but they didn't want to help.

Brandon and Nathan came to yhe home we recently purchased. we were ready to give up on the place once we found out it had bugs. our seller did so much poorly in the home that we couldn't live with this. Nathan and Bradon explained the way they look at customer service, and they would be happy to come back as many times as it takes to to get rid of every single bug and help us keep it that way. read more

We had Nathan Billings from Bulwark come spray our home yesterday. What a great experience. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing and even sent a text after. This review has nothing to do with Bulwarks ability to remove pests from your home. All the guys did a great job in that area. I'm dissatisfied with the continued visits from them after the problem had been solved and I no longer needed my property to be sprayed. I had called in October told them to cancel my account they persuaded me to just put it on hold and I was assured i wouldn't be charged so I said that was fine. They still came in November and December and I still got charged. Called them to ask what's going on why am i receiving notices i owe money? i was told i still needed to pay for October and November. Maybe i missed something when i called in October, but the fact that they still charged me and came randomly to the house is just not ok. It's not any one persons fault i get that, but just feels a little scummy. Don't put your account on hold if you don't need them. Cancel it to hopefully avoid something like this. read more
