We started using Bulwark about 3 months ago after seeing a lot of roaches in our yard, and starting to come in the house. We elected to go on the annual contract, where they will come out any time we see a return of the creepy crawlies. So far they have come out twice; for the initial treatment and for a re-treatment yesterday. Both times they were prompt, courteous, and thorough. And were able to come out within 1-2 days of calling them. Special kudos to Ryan, who came out yesterday. Ryan arrived within the 3 hour window they gave us, even texting us when he was 5-10 minutes away so we knew exactly when to expect him. When he arrived he confirmed the problems we were seeing, explained exactly what he was going to treat, and then did so professionally. Ryan even checked for wasp nests and would have treated if he found any. (Luckily we didn't have any.) Recommend Bulwark based on our experience so far. After speaking with a very rude supervisor named Mark explaining we were unhappy and also the service came with no pet safe ticket so after hours of not being able to reach this company, my husband blew the granules away . Bulwark has zero respect for their clients time. Have had Bulwark treating our house in Prescott for the last year and a half. Routinely they simply text only hours before they want to show up and do a treatment which means if you can't be there when they want to be there, you have to reach back out to schedule or simply let them treat the outside....meaning you're not getting inside treated regularly, resulting in chronic inside pest issues. For part-time residents, this is problematic. Had them do a termite inspection and treatment last year. They gave me a number and name to contact should we see anything in the future. I called it last week and sent pics....was ghosted with no response at all. Called in to set an appointment, soonest was ~ a week, and had to make a special trip to accomodate their schedule. Arrived a couple hours in front of the scheduled time and then received a text less than an hour before the appointment that they canceled and again would have to call back to arrange another date. This review has nothing to do with Bulwarks ability to remove pests from your home. All the guys did a great job in that area. I'm dissatisfied with the continued visits from them after the problem had been solved and I no longer needed my property to be sprayed. I had called in October told them to cancel my account they persuaded me to just put it on hold and I was assured i wouldn't be charged so I said that was fine. They still came in November and December and I still got charged. Called them to ask what's going on why am i receiving notices i owe money? i was told i still needed to pay for October and November. Maybe i missed something when i called in October, but the fact that they still charged me and came randomly to the house is just not ok. It's not any one persons fault i get that, but just feels a little scummy. Don't put your account on hold if you don't need them. Cancel it to hopefully avoid something like this. read more
