The top few that popped up after a quick search were weeks out and were only adding to my headache. After asking my neighbors for advice, they shared their story about a nasty carpenter ant infestation that was eating at their house from the inside out. from the basement to the attic. They worked with Mylo Pest control and turned what sounded like a nightmare into a relatively smooth experience and only had positive, glowing things to say. Honestly, I was still skeptical. I gave Mylo a call and they were able to squeeze me in for a consultation and evaluation the next day. Their technician Ben showed up right when he promised and was extremely detailed in his investigation. He was really easy to work with and was able to determine then source and entry point of the infestation. It a spot I would have never guessed, underneath and behind stucco that appeared perfect from the outside but had a hole once you got down in the dirt and felt in with your hands. Ben came up a strategy to take care of our problem and it worked the first time without having to change our approach. Ben saved me from a serious problem that would have only gotten worse if I had tried to tackle it myself. He also saved my hundreds, probably $1000+, if I had to wait weeks for another company! Which may not have even solved my problem on the first attempt. The infestation likely would have been bigger and much more costly if I had to wait any longer for one of the other companies I contacted. Mylo's prompt responses and Ben's experience coming up with a plan made everything really easy and quick. I'm grateful for the recommendation to go with Mylo and even recommended them to my general contractor who needed an exterminator in his network of subcontractors.
