I was never left hanging for any information I had requested, to know if they were on their way, etc. They called to confirm 30 minutes prior to the appointment and were on time as scheduled. They completed the job timely and left a very old and dirty carpet looking almost new. The workers who showed up were professional, courtesy and careful. I will recommend Carpet Magic to anyone.

I also had a few areas where the carpet needed to be re-stretched. Nathan came over and gave me an estimate and I accepted it. He scheduled us for the next week and only asked that we take small items off of the floor and tables and they'd move the rest. They actually showed up a bit early. Two guys, Nathan and an assistant Rob. They went right to work and although they might have gotten a bit annoyed at my questions they were professional and respectful of the property. They were here all day; close to 8 hours. The carpets look great and we were able to remove the plastic under table and chair legs the next morning and put things back the way they were. More expensive than the national chains (for good reason!) but well worth it.

Brucella canis. Extremely disappointed with High Country Humane…read more We adopted a puppy who was later diagnosed with Brucella canis, resulting in nearly $2,000 in vet bills and putting our other three dogs at risk. High Country Humane knew the puppy had ticks, yet when we contacted them about the diagnosis and potential exposure, we received essentially a "good luck" response and no meaningful assistance. Now we have to put the puppy down! We understand shelter animals can have unknown health issues, but the lack of support and concern after this serious diagnosis was unacceptable. Adopt with extreme caution and have your new pet thoroughly tested before exposing other animals.

We scheduled to have a few rooms (three of our four) done plus our couch and after thinking about it decided to add the extra room, hall and a linen headboard. They were super accommodating and flexible for us to be able to add in these things and explained so much ahead of time in relation to what to expect and why (I didn't even think you'd need that for just carpet cleaning but you'd be surprised!) I felt like everyone actually knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. The guys showed up at our house on time, they were professional and friendly as well. They explained again the process, made some solid recommendations- did not feel like they were salesmen at all! The carpets, couch and headboard look awesome and we are super pleased with the price as well. Definitely would use TG's again.

TG's was referred to us by our plumber to help us navigate the insurance and repairs that would be necessary. I do not know how we would have navigated this process without the professional expertise of this company, specifically the owner, Loretta. She had the difficult task of helping us submit claims to both our private insurance and the HOA insurance, both of which didn't want to pay their part. We were also faced with labor shortages, supply delays and slow insurance reimbursement but she magically made it all work. She exceeded our expectations in everything she handled. Whenever we hit a bump in the road, she had a potential solution and was cheerful and extremely knowledgeable in her field. We HIGHLY recommend Loretta and her company if you ever have water damage and need a remediation company.

The adjuster came out and was great said they would get me a quote in 2 to 3 days max. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.
