The adjuster came out and was great said they would get me a quote in 2 to 3 days max. Cut to a week later no quote so I called in to check on the status and was told every time I called in..it should be end of the day. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.

I also had a few areas where the carpet needed to be re-stretched. Nathan came over and gave me an estimate and I accepted it. He scheduled us for the next week and only asked that we take small items off of the floor and tables and they'd move the rest. They actually showed up a bit early. Two guys, Nathan and an assistant Rob. They went right to work and although they might have gotten a bit annoyed at my questions they were professional and respectful of the property. They were here all day; close to 8 hours. The carpets look great and we were able to remove the plastic under table and chair legs the next morning and put things back the way they were.
