In the end, I went with 80# Gloss Text in two different sizes for two difference brochures (ordering 1,000/ea) - 8.5'' x 11'' - $195 8.5'' x 14'' - $295 Those prices included folding (tri-fold for the letter size, quarter-fold for the legal size), and also PDF proofs prior to printing. We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work.
