    Hazelnut latte with oatmilk

I recently tried a latte from upper cup coffee and it was very good. The coffee shop is cute and definitely a nice place to sit down and study or work while enjoying a cup of coffee. The place was very clean and the service was great. My latte was served with a cute little heart too! There is plenty of parking all around this shop. You should try this place out and you won't be disappointed!

Nice little coffee shop, when I walked in I felt the warm customer service. It was super easy to order and get your food and drink. I definitely recommend this coffee shop if you are in the area!!

Funky coffee shop in a nice area. At the time of writing this, the place is currently going through an interior wall paint update and the new colors are nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is big with many places to sit and plenty of outlets to work or study. The coffee is good and their prices for food is very decent. The art all over the place is interesting and confusing at the same time. Free wifi is always a big plus for coffee shops. This is a good choice to get your coffee fix!

Sooo came here to meet up with a colleague to grade papers and to close out our academic semester. Life of faculty!! Order: 12oz carmel latte Pros: Quite, spacious, latte was definitely good! Cons: There's just no character here. I love going to different coffee shops because of the ambiance and the uniqueness. There's just open tables and chairs in a big room. With 2 locations, I would love to see a lot more character built into these spaces.

On the positive Upper Cup is the throwback type of coffeeshop, the type I still prefer. Not the newish minimal decor posh type which is the standard now. It has the counterculture feel from 30-years ago, the type the sprouted up in the 90s copying the cafe esthetic of the 60s: street artsy, community oriented, a hangout with local rags and tabloids offered to read, community board, and good music. Everything but the sofas. On the negative the coffee and mocha are just so-so. Kind of goldilocks kind of not: not too good, not too bad, but not exactly just right. The barista when we came were in some sort of mood. They seem peeved at each other, ants in their pants, underwear up the crevice, got up at the wrong side of the gutter. They were noticeably short with us but it is all good. In the end, nice place to come read, work, or hang if you are in the area. It is in the cool, classic looking blue doorway downtown Gahanna.

I stopped in here this morning and got a pour over coffee. There are a few things that I love about this place first, there are so many different ways they make their coffee, I didn't even know some existed. Second, that have a big selection of coffee beans to choose from and a description of taste under them all. Third, they had a great selection of donuts and cinnamon rolls for cheap! They were decorated for Halloween and had wonderful cheery staff. The wait was a bit long as they were packed and pour over coffee takes a bit of time but I'll certainly be back!

Cute local coffee shop in the Creekside area of Gahanna. Parking is free in the garage and there was a good amount of seating available at noon on a Thursday. The Iced Caramel Latte I ordered was 5$ and the taste was pretty good. They had a display for baked goods that I had previously seen in other reviews but the cases was completely empty. Free wifi is offered but my phone would not connect. If you're in the Gahanna area grab yourself a drink or stop in to get some work down or to just relax!

The coffee here is delicious. It is very smooth and creamy. I had a latte and was not disappointed. The service is great and very efficient. Our order was ready in less than 5 minutes. The prices are also phenomenal.

I was unfamiliar with the coffee type so wanted more info. I purchased instant coffee and will research on my own. Biscoff Latte - not enough espresso flavor. The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible. Interior Decor: I was impressed with the interior of this coffee shop. I thought it was bright, crisp and minimalistic. Loved the wall decor and lighting. I would not describe the space as cozy like other coffee shops but being different is good! Overall, I plan to give this place another try to taste the coffee in its true basic form - straight black coffee/espresso. I would also like to try the food options!

When you walk in you pull a number and wait for it to be called. Almost felt like I had walked into the DMV. lol We peeked at the display counters while we waited and tried to have our orders ready when it was our turn to expedite the wait for those after us. There were a few shelves that displayed various cookies, breads and things you could grab and go. The place was clean and the process was orderly. They seemed to keep things in the front stocked. We probably waited about 15 minutes. I pulled number 90 and the were calling the last of the 60's. We ordered several items to try including the packzis with three different fillings since we went at the right time of year for these. We grabbed a cheese, strawberry and lemon. We also chose a cheese danish, maple cream stick, apple fritter, cherry turnover and a donut stick. Once we told them what we wanted the girl helping us went to the back and started filling our box. A few moments later she returned, we paid and headed out the door with our sweets. My husband didn't want to wait so we opened up the box once we got to the car and each took one bite from each of our selections. We didn't find anything wrong with our choices. The one thing I was thrown off by is how they make their apple fritters. I almost missed ordering one bc they look nothing like the apple fritters I'm used to eating. It was just ok in my book. Not something I would get again. The donut stick on the other hand is something I wouldn't miss next time. In fact I'd be getting more than one. It was probably my favorite item of all we selected. The cream stick dough was soft. The cream wasn't too sweet. The only thing I would have changed was to have the maple icing be a bit more maple flavored. The turnover was nice and crispy flakey but the filling was just ok. Maybe a different flavor next time if I would get one. How can you go wrong with a cheese danish? Warm this slightly and you're hitting a home run. This was a nice stop and we learned the difference between what we liked and loved. We know just what to get next time. I will say they have a great social media presence and do a phenomenal job interacting with their customers and community.

We enjoy their products and welcome Resch's to Gahanna. We are highly confident Resch's would be even more successful if they took two actions: 1. Open for business at least by 7:00 a.m. 2. Offer the option of traditional no-filling Chocolate and Vanilla frosted Long John donuts. -- market data supports this and shows .... Based on: * Sampling of 100+ independent bakery hours across U.S. cities * Regional bakery association listings * Yelp/Google Business hour patterns * Known bakery business models A realistic, data‑grounded estimate is: Only about 10-15% of neighborhood bakeries open at 8:00 a.m. or later. Further market data shows... Bakeries that offer only filled Long Johns are extremely uncommon. Why unfilled Long Johns almost always remain on the menu * They serve the "less sweet" customer segment. * They pair well with coffee (important for morning sales). * They are cheaper to produce and have fewer failure points. * They are the "default bar donut" in many regions. Even bakeries that push filled varieties keep unfilled bars because they sell steadily and require no additional labor. --- Bottom-line conclusion Bakeries that offer only filled Long Johns are very rare -- probably under 5% of all bakeries. The overwhelming majority offer both, with filled varieties outnumbering unfilled but not replacing them.

Now, this isn't just another coffee chain. Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea was founded in Ann Arbor by first-generation children of Chinese immigrants, and you can feel that global influence all over the menu. It's not trying to be trendy--it's rooted in something real. A mix of European café staples and Asian-inspired drinks that actually make sense together. Order of the day: * French Vietnamese Au Lait * Egg & Cheese Biscuit Let's start with the drink. The French Vietnamese Au Lait is their signature for a reason--dark roasted chicory coffee meets sweetened condensed milk. Rich, smooth, slightly indulgent... and yes, I completely forgot I don't usually drink regular milk. That's how good it was. The egg & cheese biscuit was a smart add. Made to order, warm, and surprisingly satisfying for something quick. Not overly heavy, but enough to hold me over while taking calls. The setup leans more drive-thru convenience, especially with its proximity to hospitals and office hubs--but don't overlook the interior. There's actually plenty of seating if you want to sit down, reset, and get a bit of work done. YE Gurl says: Sweetwaters hits that sweet spot between familiar and globally inspired. If you're tired of the same coffee rotation, this is an easy upgrade--especially for that French Vietnamese Au Lait alone. Just... maybe remember your dairy limits before you get too comfortable.

Quarter noticed that Sweetwaters is still in the shopping center, so I decided to make a quick detour and get a iced tea. My kids and their friends are always hurrying about carrying Matcha teas. I've never had one. I was feeling adventurous so I decided to get one. House I drove up I noticed they featured a Macha special day drink. on their drive-through menu board - a Matcha strawberry. It looked good, but it also said that it was available in different flavors. Options?!?! I love options. -mango being one of them! So, I asked the girl taking the order if a mango Matcha was any good. She says it depends if you like mango. I was getting the feeling that she does not I don't know. well, I do (a-lot) so I tried it. I don't know if it's just that I really do not enjoy Matcha or if Matcha and mango is a combo one should just avoid... I fear both may be true with me... initially I thoroughly did not enjoy this Matcha. The Green of the Matcha was a bit much or this "olds", I mean... Come on it really looks like something yucky It's the same color as something we just won't mention. but I was willing to continue to give it a shot but when you add the orange of the thick purée the color whisper, particularly alarming and upsetting. Still I was determined to give it a go..., mmmmmm , no. I am joking. It wasn't mmmmmm But I didn't throw it away. I kept giving it shot after shot. And you know what??? once I swirled it around and around and around and mixed everything all up, it wasn't awful. In fact, if it didn't come in a clear cup, I think I might've liked it. That's for the business itself: It was easy to see from the road and it was equally as easy to get to. They have a drive-through in the back, which is how you enter the parking lot so that's a plus. They have two menu boards easy to see manual items even when you're behind a car that's ordering (that's a plus). The staff was helpful and polite. The drink was presented well. It didn't have an abundance of ice and very little product. The drink was quite balanced appropriately. I asked for their equivalent of Boba and I got a decent amount. The pricing is a little high. I think my drink was eight dollars, but I feel like it was worth it. I don't usually say that. And I'm shocked that I'm saying that because I now now I don't love love love love love Macha. So would I come back? Well, I think I would. Actually, I know I would Ps: it's a 70-30 chance if I would get this again, which is a higher average than I would've initially thought. Good job Sweetwater.!!!
