Ordered the lavender rose matcha with oat milk iced and it was ok, the rose was very artificial, overpowered the matcha and lavender, and left a weird taste in your mouth. But the biggest issue was the dairy milk I got instead of oat milk with my lactose intolerance. Maybe writing on the cup would help keep orders correct so customers don't get violently ill after a few sips. Bummer.

Excellent coffee, always looking forward to proper coffee while travelling. Would definitely come back!

Im not the biggest fan of Crimson Cup Clintonville.... But wowzers, I like this one at Easton. It just has everything. It hits all the right marks: a great light and airy (clean) feel, relaxing music, friendly staff, plenty of seating, a nice patio that connects with this park-like common area. Its a winner IMO My honey oat milk latte with sprinkled cinnamon on top was perfect and he used fresh grated cinnamon. i watched him grate it! Nice touch. Tasted great. If you are at Easton, I highly recommend this over Starbucks. Yum!

Crimson is a great cafe to stop by for a warm cup of coffee in Easton! Their seasonal drinks are rotating and offer creative options. This rosemary nutmeg latte was so creamy and smooth with a hint of sweetness. The rosemary flakes on top definitely added extra herbal spice as well. They also lots of baked goodies and breakfast sandos. Crimson is serious about the quality of their coffee, since hand selected beans are tested thoroughly at their roastery in Columbus, Ohio. Their coffees also won awards at many competitions! Their commitment to building sustainability through their Friend2Farmer initiative was really inspiring! There are plenty of indoor seats and although the tables are small, the vaulted ceilings and extra windows definitely add extra roominess to the space. Although it gets busy on the weekends there is a nice, open grassy area right outside as well which makes is very family friendly.

I had an iced orange dreamsicle latte and it was absolutely perfect! The staff were friendly and made my drink quickly, and it was also beautiful inside the shop. Would definitely visit again on another trip to Columbus.

What a cool coffee shop in Easton Shopping Mall! The building and its interior are incredibly cool and hip with lots of open doors and windows and a farmhouse vibe, reminiscent of the Flip or Flop/Magnolia aesthetic. There is also plenty of seating and charge ports to get some work done. As for the drinks/food themselves, the prices are quite high. It was $4.50 for 6 oz cold brew that had amazing quality coffee beans, but it was only a small coffee. As for baked goods, it was $4.75 for a small gluten-free peanut butter granola bar from Freedom a la Cart bakery, a local business that employs sex abuse survivors, which is a great business to support, but the granola bar was the same size as maybe two Nutrigrain bars. So know that you are paying a premium for higher quality and a cool vibe and you'll love hanging out here!

Location: Easton Towne Center Mid-day break from exploring Renovation Hardware for some cold caffeine. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of coffee surrounds you and you cannot wait to make your selection. We chose one cold brew and one iced latte. We drank most of them at counter seats, left combining the two halves into a new concoction for the walk back to our hotel. Excellent coffee! Friendly service. Beautiful space.

I am no different when the seasonal menu come out, always tempted to try everything. This apply to me on coffee too, especially latte. I like latte more cause of the smooth and creamy texture, and can't forget the beautiful latte art. I really like the Crimson at Easton. Lots of natural sunlight peeking through the window inside. Also they are right by The Yard, which I love the swing there. I got myself a Pumpkin Pie Latte. Nice infusion of the pumpkin flavor and dusted with cinnamon powder.

This is my favorite coffee. The layout of the inside is pretty bad. They have the counter rotated 45 degrees and doesn't leave much space for customers. My kids loved the small $6 muffin... I didn't taste it but obviously wasn't a fan.

I think they're part of Crimson Cup? Unclear. It's a gorgeous place. Inside and outside seating. Tons of tables. It's very open with the bar in the middle and tables surrounding it. Parking around here is easy. Parallel or the parking lot at the back. When we came early past 8am, there were a handful of customers. Only 2 baristas though. I ordered the pumpkin pie latte with oat while my sister tried the lavender latte with oat. She wanted soy milk, but the only alt milk they have is oat...interesting. Not sure why they don't have a ton of milk options here. We didn't wait long for the drinks but we sat and took in the space before they called us up. My pumpkin pie latte was not very pumpkin...it was spiced but leaned towards star anise. Not bad but not what I was expecting flavor wise. My sister's lavender latte was pretty good. I would like to come back and try their teas though!

Not a latte.

Part of a coffee shop is its vibe, and I think Crimson is still struggling to find theirs. The coffee overall was good. I mean, I had no complaints. It's pretty tough to screw up a cafe au lait. However, when I ordered it, the barista looked at me, puzzled. She had no idea what a cafe au lait was. I had to explain it to her and she proceeded to charge me for a full-sized latte. In my experience, anywhere else in the world, a coffee with milk costs less than a latte. I wasn't going to inquire why she charged me for a latte because after she rang me up, she turned her back to me. So the coffee was good. The place is bright and vibrant. The bathrooms were clean and kind of gorgeous to be honest. But the service was vapid and seemingly inexperienced and if I'm going to pay nearly $6 for a cup of coffee with milk I'd expect more.

I love stopping in when shopping at Easton! The atmosphere inside is super cute and spacious, I think it would be great a space to get some work done. They have great coffee, both hot and cold. They have lots of different options like lattes, nitro cold brew, and teas. I had their cinnamon brown sugar latte with oat milk. The espresso was smooth and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. I tried the cranberry chocolate chip scone and my boyfriend had the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. The scone was pretty standard, but my boyfriend said the sandwich was very good! The staff isn't too chatty, but it didn't impact our experience. I would definitely recommend this place if you need coffee in the area!

I'm not often in this area for work but I found myself heading here one day so I could skip the rush hour traffic. To kill time before the event I was heading to, I came here to grab a coffee and a quick dive into my emails. The place is bright, crisp, and has plenty of space to work, including their outdoor, covered patio. I ordered a vanilla iced latte with oat milk and I actually sipped on it much quicker than I normally would. That tells me it was good, obvi. The wi-fi connection was easy to connect to and strong enough for me to get on my company's VPN. That's a win. The customer service was balancing out to an a-okay. One guy pretty much ignored me, while the other was busting his butt, took my order, made my order, and then ran over to ring me out when he noticed the other dude just left me standing there. That guy was awesome. Oh, and I like that there was plenty of parking nearby. I was there on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't crazy crowded or anything.

While employees were nice, I can't say they were overly inviting. When asked about the bagged coffee beans and instant coffee, the employee offered very limited knowledge of it. I was unfamiliar with the coffee type so wanted more info. I purchased instant coffee and will research on my own. Biscoff Latte - not enough espresso flavor. The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible. Interior Decor: I was impressed with the interior of this coffee shop. I thought it was bright, crisp and minimalistic. Loved the wall decor and lighting. I would not describe the space as cozy like other coffee shops but being different is good! Overall, I plan to give this place another try to taste the coffee in its true basic form - straight black coffee/espresso. I would also like to try the food options!

Updating my last review…read more I'm part of the rewards program They have this one pastry that's under four dollars that has around 300 cal in it. It's called the very very pastry. It's a good value and it tastes really good. And as far as pastries go, I don't feel like it's excessively sweet or color. You don't feel guilty eating it. So when I got the bing on my phone showing they had a St. Patrick's Day special buy a drink at a pastry. I headed that way. The young lady that works there is always very kind She'll take good care of you She said I could pick out any pastry that you wanted from the case didn't matter really the price as long as it was in the sandwich or a piece of cake so without looking at the price, I ordered an Irish Creme. Latte I went to go pick up my pastry. I settled on a strawberry custard pastry Came back and when she told me my total of just under nine dollars, I nearly died because that meant my coffee was nine dollars. Again that's my fault. I didn't read the sign. I didn't look at the price. I just assumed that no coffee would be in nine dollars. Lol. Lesson learned read their signs.!!! Ha ha. She was very sweet. She offered to change it out, which I took two sips of it and took her up on it as I hated it bwhy? Personal preference. It was just too sweet (for me) and tasted like a mocha. I asked her to make me a regular latte with steam milk. I went over to the bar bar, added some cinnamon to the top of it. And honestly, it tasted great for coffee that comes from a machine where you just press the button. I went home and I ate my pastry, which was delicious I highly recommend any of the pastries that have that custard. Again it just is very light tasting and it's usually paired with fruit and the calories normally are under 400 cal for something like that. As a little occasional sweet treat, I guess I do like it they definitely have nailed the café vibe the black-and-white checkered floor they keep meticulously clean Their little chairs that they have our darling and again I already have stated that I love their patio I think it's a nice family that runs this Despite it being a chain, they are local family. They treat their customers really nicely I will keep occasionally coming back Thank you for changing out my coffee -That was very much appreciated

I've honestly hesitated to write this review because this has been one of my family's favorite…read morerestaurants, and our experiences here have consistently been excellent--until now. We visited yesterday around 3 PM after seeing the new Mario movie. We didn't have a reservation, but seating wasn't an issue at that time. As always, the restaurant was clean, lively, and welcoming. The staff was very kind, and our waitress was attentive throughout our visit. We ordered many of our usual favorites, but my entrée--the braised short rib--was not quite up to the standard I've come to expect. While the meat itself was still tender, moist, and flavorful, the risotto was disappointing. It lacked its usual creamy texture and was noticeably too thick. Additionally, the dish was served with only carrots as the root vegetable, whereas in the past it has included a variety of vegetables that really elevated the overall flavor and presentation. I was especially disappointed because this was actually the first time I remembered to take a photo of my meal before digging in. I came in fully intending to finally leave a glowing five-star review based on all of our previous great experiences--but unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to that expectation. This was surprising, especially given how consistently great this dish--and the restaurant overall--has been during our previous visits. We've dined here at least five times this year and even celebrated our son's third birthday here, so this experience felt out of character. One difference worth noting is that we typically visit for dinner, and this was our first time coming during the afternoon. It's possible there may be differences in the kitchen or service during that time. We do plan to return, as we're hoping this was just an off day. This place has earned a lot of goodwill from us over time, but we wanted to share this experience in case it's helpful for others.
