Ordered the lavender rose matcha with oat milk iced and it was ok, the rose was very artificial, overpowered the matcha and lavender, and left a weird taste in your mouth. But the biggest issue was the dairy milk I got instead of oat milk with my lactose intolerance. Maybe writing on the cup would help keep orders correct so customers don't get violently ill after a few sips. Bummer. read more

Its a winner IMO My honey oat milk latte with sprinkled cinnamon on top was perfect and he used fresh grated cinnamon. i watched him grate it! Nice touch. Tasted great. Super cute location. No almond milk at this location but they did have oat milk. Asked for dark no dark but light roast. I took it. The staff was super professional and kind and respectful thanking me for understanding. All was so good though when I was given my cup of coffee it was cold and it was a hot coffee order. It was 3 pm in the afternoon so I just took it. My purpose for this visit was business related and I just wanted to keep things rolling. Crimson is a great cafe to stop by for a warm cup of coffee in Easton! Their seasonal drinks are rotating and offer creative options. This rosemary nutmeg latte was so creamy and smooth with a hint of sweetness. The rosemary flakes on top definitely added extra herbal spice as well. They also lots of baked goodies and breakfast sandos. Crimson is serious about the quality of their coffee, since hand selected beans are tested thoroughly at their roastery in Columbus, Ohio. Their coffees also won awards at many competitions! Their commitment to building sustainability through their Friend2Farmer initiative was really inspiring! There are plenty of indoor seats and although the tables are small, the vaulted ceilings and extra windows definitely add extra roominess to the space. What a cool coffee shop in Easton Shopping Mall! The building and its interior are incredibly cool and hip with lots of open doors and windows and a farmhouse vibe, reminiscent of the Flip or Flop/Magnolia aesthetic. There is also plenty of seating and charge ports to get some work done. As for the drinks/food themselves, the prices are quite high. It was $4.50 for 6 oz cold brew that had amazing quality coffee beans, but it was only a small coffee. As for baked goods, it was $4.75 for a small gluten-free peanut butter granola bar from Freedom a la Cart bakery, a local business that employs sex abuse survivors, which is a great business to support, but the granola bar was the same size as maybe two Nutrigrain bars. So know that you are paying a premium for higher quality and a cool vibe and you'll love hanging out here! read more

From the moment you walk in, the aroma of coffee surrounds you and you cannot wait to make your selection. We chose one cold brew and one iced latte. Parking around here is easy. Parallel or the parking lot at the back. When we came early past 8am, there were a handful of customers. Only 2 baristas though. I ordered the pumpkin pie latte with oat while my sister tried the lavender latte with oat. She wanted soy milk, but the only alt milk they have is oat...interesting. Not sure why they don't have a ton of milk options here. We didn't wait long for the drinks but we sat and took in the space before they called us up. My pumpkin pie latte was not very pumpkin...it was spiced but leaned towards star anise. Not bad but not what I was expecting flavor wise. My sister's lavender latte was pretty good. Part of a coffee shop is its vibe, and I think Crimson is still struggling to find theirs. The coffee overall was good. I mean, I had no complaints. It's pretty tough to screw up a cafe au lait. However, when I ordered it, the barista looked at me, puzzled. She had no idea what a cafe au lait was. I had to explain it to her and she proceeded to charge me for a full-sized latte. In my experience, anywhere else in the world, a coffee with milk costs less than a latte. I wasn't going to inquire why she charged me for a latte because after she rang me up, she turned her back to me. So the coffee was good. The place is bright and vibrant. The bathrooms were clean and kind of gorgeous to be honest. But the service was vapid and seemingly inexperienced and if I'm going to pay nearly $6 for a cup of coffee with milk I'd expect more. read more

I tried the cranberry chocolate chip scone and my boyfriend had the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. The scone was pretty standard, but my boyfriend said the sandwich was very good! I'm not often in this area for work but I found myself heading here one day so I could skip the rush hour traffic. To kill time before the event I was heading to, I came here to grab a coffee and a quick dive into my emails. The place is bright, crisp, and has plenty of space to work, including their outdoor, covered patio. I ordered a vanilla iced latte with oat milk and I actually sipped on it much quicker than I normally would. That tells me it was good, obvi. The wi-fi connection was easy to connect to and strong enough for me to get on my company's VPN. That's a win. The customer service was balancing out to an a-okay. One guy pretty much ignored me, while the other was busting his butt, took my order, made my order, and then ran over to ring me out when he noticed the other dude just left me standing there. I was attracted to this place because of the exterior. Situated near a green area, I think it would be very nice to sit outside during good weather. Even though it was rainy, there were people sitting outside. We decided to go inside and found that the interior is just as invitingly attractive. The Seasonal Menu consisted of Autumn Spice Latte (hot and iced), Orange Agave Latte (hot and iced), Black Tea Soda (iced), and Mulled Cold Brew (iced). I ordered the Autumn Spice Latte, which was explained to have similar spices to Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte, but without the pumpkin. It had a nice froth on the top, but it wasn't sweet enough for me. My husband ordered the Americano, and the barista added an extra shot of expresso. But they don't make it clear, and the crimson cup app doesn't make this noticeable. Looking online, yes. Same store. But different. Evidently so different to have a separate app? Their drive up sign blocks the QR code, making it useless. App lists your order, but not the time you ordered, so hopefully you were paying attention while you wait. "Do we bring it out?" - WHY HAVE A CURBSIDE OPTION WHEN I ORDER? The app didn't update, despite sitting in the parking spot, refreshing the app. Ready at 1:21, app still says "preparing" at 1:27. This is a good coffee shop located in Easton Town Center. Crimson is very clean, modern and inviting. It was fairly crowded, so it must be well liked. Despite the crowd, the line moved pretty well. They had a good selection of Fall specialty drinks. If you like pumpkin pie lattes, theirs won't disappoint. My only complaint would be the size of the drink. I'm a big coffee drinker and their large fit in the palm of my hand. I needed to grab a second cup from a different shop to fully satisfy my coffee craving! Parking is easy and on a nice day, there is plenty of outdoor seating. Overall a nice spot and we will stop by again next time we are in town. read more

(i think they may only get a specialty food shipment a few times a week, so they don't always have full inventory but I've only arrived one time out of 20+ where there wasn't an option for me) I live the indoor and outdoor seating options. This coffee and tea shop just doesn't cut it for me!! The menu is displayed horribly and prices are confusing, especially because the barista can't even get it right and was especially confusing!! My iced mocha, which is a pretty standard drink, was absolutely horrendous, it was gross and I threw it out! It tasted funky! I was sad, because I wanted a really good coffee to walk around with on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. My boyfriend got a latte and wasn't a fan either. It's like they take standard drinks and twist them into their own concoctions and flavors that nobody wants! First timer at Crimson today. I've been a customer and employee with Starbucks for 6+ years. I sparked up a conversation with the barista working, who also worked a Starbucks at one point. The staff is friendly and the aesthetic is calm and relaxing. I love that the espresso bar is in the center of the floor and you can sit at the bar watching how everything is made.
