Updating my last review I'm part of the rewards program They have this one pastry that's under four dollars that has around 300 cal in it. It's called the very very pastry. It's a good value and it tastes really good. And as far as pastries go, I don't feel like it's excessively sweet or color. You don't feel guilty eating it. So when I got the bing on my phone showing they had a St. Patrick's Day special buy a drink at a pastry. I headed that way. The young lady that works there is always very kind She'll take good care of you She said I could pick out any pastry that you wanted from the case didn't matter really the price as long as it was in the sandwich or a piece of cake so without looking at the price, I ordered an Irish Creme. Latte I went to go pick up my pastry. I settled on a strawberry custard pastry Came back and when she told me my total of just under nine dollars, I nearly died because that meant my coffee was nine dollars. Again that's my fault. I didn't read the sign. I didn't look at the price. I just assumed that no coffee would be in nine dollars. Lol. Lesson learned read their signs.!!! Ha ha. She was very sweet. She offered to change it out, which I took two sips of it and took her up on it as I hated it bwhy? Personal preference. It was just too sweet (for me) and tasted like a mocha. I asked her to make me a regular latte with steam milk. I went over to the bar bar, added some cinnamon to the top of it. And honestly, it tasted great for coffee that comes from a machine where you just press the button. I went home and I ate my pastry, which was delicious I highly recommend any of the pastries that have that custard. Again it just is very light tasting and it's usually paired with fruit and the calories normally are under 400 cal for something like that. Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful; the pastries, cakes, & savory dishes, were baked and cooked to perfection! This place rivals the Dunkin Donuts take over and downfall of the 90s in major cities. It has become the place where little old ladies who lunch have a morning bite to discuss how their neighborhoods have 'changed' while being served by the ones who are changing it. Ironic isn't it. I witnessed the complaints to the manager of how an item is not warmed enough and the long wait for drinks while the cherished employee on the register took his upgrade too literally and made the wait even longer. I hinted to the upcoming challenges in the last review and voila - there is a help wanted sign on the door. Hmmm... also the service was less than stellar this time that I didn't bother for the heating of the pastry or my coffee drink and took my items home to work with my home tea from David's Tea instead. I came in to grab a couple things this afternoon before a movie and to see what seasonal stuff was available. I got to the counter to check out and three girls were working on drinks. I figured I'd give them a little time since I know it can get a little busy. A few minutes passed and I still hadn't been acknowledged at all. At this point, the line's growing longer and still nothing. Finally one of the girls told the other to help me out. She didn't say one word to me as she packaged my stuff, didn't say a total or even a hello nor a thank you for coming by. I'm feeling disrespected at this point and it upset me how poorly she was acting. I was in a rush so I just said thank you and left. Columbus is fortunate to have three Paris Baguette locations, and while this Easton spot is on the smaller side, the staff is very friendly and gracious. I love that they participate in.'Too Good To Go' to reduce food waste, for just $7.99, I walked away with a huge bag of sweet and savory pastries worth $24. Everything was delicious! Visiting is easy since there are a few parking spots right at the entrance, with a much larger lot, just steps away. After such a great experience with their pastries, I'm already planning a return trip to treat my family to one of their beautiful signature cakes. read more

I've gone here so many times that my friends call it "my spot"! It's very nice walking to so many options. Most of my experiences are pleasant. For the most part this is a nice place to enjoy some pastries. My favorite is the cream cheese donut and red velvet cake. Also, I like the sticky milk bread. My last time going the lady working the register was a little pushy. If someone ask to scan the app to earn points, you shouldn't keep telling them that you'll print the receipt for them to scan a barcode when the app works fine. You pick it from a cooler, trusting that it was recently made but not really sure. I'm not influenced by previous reviews I read. I was charged for a turkey baguette as per the register readout, but it had no turkey in it at all. When I told them they basically blew it off. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier, but nothing was done about my complaint. I bought 4 pastries to take home to my husband to share later. That was when I complained about the sandwich. Again maybe a language barrier, but she tried to charge me again for the sandwich. When I corrected her, she didn't know how to delete it from the bill. Third, as for the pastries, my husband and I were both disappointed. Besides the taste of the fruit on top there was no other flavor, there was not even a buttery taste since it was piled on top of a dough that resembled croissant. The custard lacked something to give it flavor such as vanilla. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth the exorbitant prices for ordinary tasting food. Panera tasted fresher and full of flavor compared to this place's food! I will not be returning and I encouraged my friend to beware! It's not all that it's cracked up to be! read more

Needed a light lunch on the way to the grocery. (Don't go hungry.) This was handy and sounded good and looked like it would be quick. It was indeed quick. There's decent parking, at least during the week. It's apparently meant to look like a French bakery, although it doesn't look at all like the ones I went to. I just went in my neighborhood when I was staying there, or to ones that were otherwise handy. They made spectacular stuff, I'm sure I didn't go to the hip ones; maybe that is their model. The pastries are all in cases. Get a tray and tongs. The items are absolutely beautiful. But beauty is only skin deep. I got a couple of savory ones, crab and curry. You can ask to have them toasted behind the counter when you pay. They warmed up nicely. Nice fluffy pastry. Decent if not particularly flavorful, or filling, fillings. I was underwhelmed. But, satiated enough. As I walked out, I looked at all of the sweet pastries, and they were also absolutely beautiful. But I didn't want to spend money on something else and be disappointed again. Self serve pastries in the age of COVID is a bold step and it just seems...disorganized. Pastry options were vast so a lot to choose from and they look amazing but the chocolate croissant tasted mass produced, like something i could get at Costco. Also lunch and dessert available. A bit disappointed they couldn't manage a half-caff; come on, it's a coffee spot. Staff was fine neither friendly or mean. Just kind of there. They had a very extensive collection of breads ranging from breads baked in house like their crispy croquettes, donuts, and sausage buns, to cakes and packaged pastries that are likely shipped in. Both of their sausage buns (one was traditional and the other was smoked sausage) were really tasty and I liked how the sausage was pretty substantial. The curry croquette was my favorite item since it was crispy and filled with a savory mix of veggies. It was definitely on the greasier side but I appreciated how they toasted the sausage buns and croquette. The soufflé cheesecake was fluffy and good but the portion was very small. If you're a sweets person, the chocolate croissant cake was a good option since it has a chocolate covered flaky crust and chocolate mousse inside. It was pretty good! The packaged baked good (specifically the soboru) was disappointing because it did not taste as fresh. As a soboru fan, I think Teazone's is much better. As for drinks, the matcha frappe was creamy and not too sweet, especially after requesting it without the cream. The fruity ade was very sweet especially at the bottom so definitely mix it so the syrup is spread throughout the drink! The workers were efficient since it was busy and there were a lot of seating indoors and outdoors. While the quality of fresh baked goods was a bit less than Belle's, the biggest pluses for PB is that they have a great outdoor space in Easton that is great for families and for walking, and that they are open until 10 pm since most bakeries close earlier. read more

I have been to this location multiple times. The pastries are great! They are a bit on the pricier side, but the quality is consistent. My favorite items so far have been the jalapeño cream cheese croissant (stuffed with jalapeños and cream cheese), croissant donut (filled with cream), berry tart (topped with various berries in the glass case at counter), and lemonade refreshers (both mango and watermelon, ordered at counter). I really liked the interior decor with black and white tiles and chairs. I recommend downloading their app to get rewards and offers for your purchases. There is plenty of parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor area was great for summer time, but I can see it being more busy inside in the coming months. I think they should have more areas for napkins and trash disposal. When busy, the area to get these are always blocked by the people in line. Maybe a ticket system would work better for purchases, instead of a line? Happy they will have one at Polaris soon, which is closer to me. Definitely, a favorite bakery already. read more

It's exciting to have a new pastry place around Easton! The store is very darling, there's plenty of parking in the lot, and a decent amount of seating available. The store is bright and inviting. I got a few things to try and my favorite was the coffee croissant donut. I felt like the sticky milk bun and the cream cheese mini rolls were a bit dry. Overall, the pastries I got were yummy but a little dry in parts. I felt like the prices of each pastry and their drinks were a bit more expensive than most places and more than I expected but they were aesthetically delightful. I spent around $22 for 4 items. They offer cakes, donuts, macarons, salads, a bunch of other types of deserts, and lattes and teas. Staff was very nice and friendly! The store is beautiful and I will probably come back to try other pastries. I would recommend trying, especially if you like to get some unique snacks, pastries, and breads. There were plenty of eager staff to assist during the grand open of Paris Baguette. Pastries are replenished often. As expected the restaurant was clean inside. There is seating indoors and outdoors. Quite a large selection of pastries, salads, sandwiches and cakes. There's also a large beverage menu with teas, coffees, lattes, smoothies, etc. Free parking on the street outside and the parking lot directly across the street. On this particular visit I decided to try a pineapple pastry, and crab croquet . If eating in they will warm your savory items upon request. I was a little disappointed with the pineapple pastry. It was rather soft and I wished it was more flakey. The crab croquet was tasty. I heated it in my air fryer for 3 minutes and perfecto. Good flavor, good crisp. What a find! Columbus needed a place like Paris Baguette!! I went during lunchtime and it was a great experience. About 10 people sitting inside and in the outer area as well. So much to choose from! There's a large variety of pastries you can get from sweet to savory. Fresh and warm almond croissants that are large and flaky like they SHOULD be, not smaller and chewy as some other local places make. The cream filled donuts are my favorite, and I had a regular and a chocolate covered one that had a very light strawberry cream inside- so nice. I was stationed in Europe for 5 years and love LavAzza coffee, I think it's Italy's finest, and they have it here. Flavorful and smooth, sooooo good. So happy this has come to town! If you're a fan of Belle's & Tous Les Jours but you live or work in the Gahanna/Easton area, you will like this place. Some of the offerings are similar, but some unique to this cafe. I did not get to try the mochi donuts but excited I don't have to drive to Bethel or Henderson every time I want one! I seriously plan on going at least twice a week & trying my way down the menu. I got the seasonal Mango Lemonade Refresher & it was one of the most refreshing drinks I've had. Hope it doesn't go away anytime soon. I also had the jalapeño croissant & was so please that they did not skimp on the filling. Service was fast & goods kept rolling out. The place is very nice & clean. Location is amazing right across from the adult swings at Easton. Love all the savory offerings and I'm so happy about some of the "mini" pastry/sweets offerings they had. Sometimes I just want a taste or want to get multiple things for myself. The only downfalls so far are that I saw a few of the pastries looking overdone, but the staff is new too, so I'm sure there are kinks to work out. Also the "supreme" croissants (the rolled up looking ones that stand up) were not the prettiest I've seen. They looked a big deflated & over baked as well. This location is very spacious and there are multiple display case that filled with nicely lined up pastries. All you need to do is to grab a tray with linen paper as you walk in, and you are free to pick whatever you like from the display case. And that's not all. Before you check out, there is lineup of sandwich, cake and dessert up for selection. My favorite would be the Smoked Sausage Bread and all the fresh fruit pastries. Stopped in on way leaving Easton today. It's somewhat self service so that was different. The interior is very clean and does not detract from the food in the cases. We got a tiramisu tart, strawberry croissant and a couple Pain au Chocolat. The tart had a little too much cocoa powder which made it dry and a little hard to eat. I have been looking forward to visiting Paris Baguette since I saw the App promising a free pastry with a coffee purchase. Everything that could go wrong, did! I was told the promised App deal was expired. I still went ahead and ordered a regular coffee and was charged for a latte (double the price). No one gave me the coffee or latte so I eventually went back to the cashier to get a regular coffee and refund for the extra charge. The icing on the cake was when I poured half and half in my coffee and it curdled. I smelled the pitcher and it was spoiled. The staff gave me a new coffee with fresh cream but the whole ordeal took about 20 minutes for a simple coffee and pastry! Whats good about this spot is that it's in the perfect location at Easton that's kinda void of desserts and treats. Crimson coffee that's nearby got a couple of cookies and brownies but they're not great. This place has a multitude of stuff that's savory and tasty. Everything here is good but with all these tray and tongs places popping up everywhere all these places are starting to blend and mesh together. Kinda like all these seafood boil spots in the city. This was my first time trying food from this establishment, and unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing. When I tried to place an order through their official website at home, I encountered repeated errors -- I entered my credit card information and clicked the purchase button at least six times, only to get error messages each time. It was frustrating. Eventually, I realized the issue was that I hadn't entered a tip. As soon as I added one, the purchase went through instantly. I found this quite upsetting. In my view, tipping should come *after* receiving service, and the amount should reflect the quality of that service -- not be required upfront. Moreover, this wasn't a delivery or curbside pickup situation; I was going to walk into the store and pick up the food myself. Why is a tip expected in such a case? To avoid waiting in-store, I had placed the order in advance. But when I arrived, my order hadn't even been prepared, and I ended up waiting around 10 minutes. The store wasn't busy -- there were only about five people inside, including two at the register -- and yet a male customer (I'm female) who came in after me was helped before me, which felt inconsiderate. As for the food itself, the croissant and ham & cheese croissant were not worth the 10-minute drive. The latter appeared to have been reheated in a microwave, with melted cheese stuck to the bottom of the box -- not exactly appetizing. Altogether, the experience was frustrating on multiple levels. Everything looks super good & cute but tasted very average. The salted caramel cold brew was awful--tasted watery and not sweet at all. The watermelon lemonade was good. The supreme croissant dough was good but the filling was eh. As for the mochi donut, you can get better mochi donuts at mochi ring. The kind cream donut wasn't very sweet at all, but if that's your thing then you might like it. read more
