Now as this was our first time here and we was so taken back by the throw back feel of the place! It gave me small town vibes! I instantly missed home walking into this grocery store! EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND NEAT! nothing was picked over and smelled so fresh! Until u got to the meat section then the seafood section was over whelming! But there is a spirits section and a local pop section and then local bakery! We seen the deli section and tried EVERYTHING! we took home so potato salad and the broccoli salad stuff can't remember what it was but it's good! lol They had a lot of prepared foods to but a bit over priced but available! Cute store! Only 5 lanes and 2 lanes open! They did take apple and Samsung pay! The cashiers don't really talk and the workers in the back were really nice and answered all of outlet questions! And loved their wine section! Also u can get balsamic vinegar fresh! Love that!

But - It's Tuesday so... Maybe lower your super-high prices (Like $35+ per pound) for Tuna. Maybe you will sell more and actually have some in-stock in case one of your customers want some. I think a "Gourmet Super Market" should stock some gourmet fish - Like TUNA :-) I can buy Salmon anywhere less expensively. I don't know why I keep going back - I guess it's the thrill of the chase now. Edit: I just saw Dan's response. Oh well Dan - losing stock is a cost of doing business and you can write it off - Meanwhile - I'll find somewhere else to shop. I never had this problem - EVER - before you remodeled the store and moved the fish counter to the back near the meat. YUCK

The food was great, and overall the service had the potential to be as well. I'm writing this…read morereview specifically because of the waiter we had, he was also covering the bar, and he was working incredibly hard. I honestly felt bad for him. He was doing everything he could to take care of us while also managing a full bar, which had to be at least 15 people deep at times. That's not fair to him, and it ultimately impacts the guests as well. To be clear, this is not a complaint about him, quite the opposite. He was outstanding. At one point, I literally saw him running to keep up with everything. He remained kind, attentive, and positive the entire time, despite being clearly overworked. Unfortunately, I also noticed several other staff members standing around near the prep area chatting instead of helping, which made the situation even more frustrating to watch. We experienced delays with our food, and it was noticeable that other tables were being served ahead of us simply because our waiter was tied up making drinks at the bar. Even something as simple as running out our appetizer wasn't supported by the team--he had to step away and do it himself. That's a breakdown in teamwork, not a reflection of his effort. The food itself was good, but the staffing and support structure need attention. Asking one person to handle both the bar and multiple tables, especially when they're spread out, is setting them up to struggle. If we are seated in a situation like that again, we would likely choose to leave. That said, I truly want to emphasize how hard this individual worked. He did everything right, and it showed. Management should take note, he's the kind of employee you want representing your business.

I was not familiar with Bexley Natural Market but saw from the Too Good Eats website that the market carried them so off I went exploring. Parkign lot is limited and that area of Cassady Avenue was a little busy but I was able to get in and out ok and find a spot to park. The staff interaction was ok but REALLY missed an opportunity to sell the market and what they are about. I had asked about the membership and the bland explanations really didn't say much at all and the interaction was not very inviting and kind of dismissive. I would have been happy that some new traffic came in and showed an interest. Anyway, the market offers all kinds of items from produce, vegan options, natural drinks, and grocery items. It appears the main focus is supporting local farmers and vendors in the area. I will come back and take another look around but was super happy they had the drinks I liked. If interested- I found online that the membersip is $30 one-time payment and annual dues of $45 that provides 5% to 8% off and monthly coupons & promotions valued at $100 a year in savings. They also offer member-only events and activities. I found out more about the store from their website, if interested, you can check them out at www.bexleynatrualmarket.org.

TL;DR: Food was really good...that's about it…read more We had reservations at 7PM on Saturday for Restaurant Week, yet we still had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated. So, it wasn't off to a good start. When we finally made it to our table, our waitress didn't seem too thrilled to be there. Staffing appeared to be an issue, which was made apparent when it took a while just to get our water. At least the complimentary bread was good! We placed our orders, but I was extremely let down when the waitress said they ran out of limoncello cake. That was one of the main reasons I chose this restaurant. Bummer! My appetizer was the sausage stuffed mushrooms. The presentation really needed some work, but it was delicious. The sausage had a hint of spice and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly. I then got the chicken parmesan, which came with a side of pasta. Again, excellent dish. Very moist chicken. For dessert, I opted for the turtle cheesecake since limoncello was out of the question. Two others in my party ordered the banana cheesecake, only for our waitress to come out just before handing us our dishes and say, "We're actually out of that too, so you're getting turtle cheesecake." Everyone in my group had to swap out our initial choice, so we weren't thrilled. The turtle cheesecake was delicious though! I was quite surprised. However, the slice was pitiful! It was so small! I felt jipped. To top it off, we had to bus our table at some points because no one took our plates. There wasn't any room for the dessert, so we used the nearby counter to stack our dishes. I really wanted to give a positive review because I enjoyed the food, but the poor service and running out of dessert options ruined it.

Absolutely unbelievable. yes, it was the end of the night. However, I felt that we were hovered over an eyeball to hurry up so they could get their night going. Keep in mind it said that it was open for another hour when we got there and I even called from the parking lot to make sure, in the Cook himself said they were open, but when I got there, the concierge lady said they were close, but then figured why not let me eat. Seems rather strange. I could hear them in the kitchen with loud music and let seem to be partying going on. Guessing there is no supervision here. I noticed the other server was using the computer for food and drink orders for a party out in another area, however, ours wrote it on a piece of paper and took it back so I am hoping the money wasn't pocketed. The parking lot seemed extremely dangerous with what looked to be gang activity, loud, sketchy, looking vehicles, and people literally standing in the parking lot, staring us down as we got in the car.... Surprised we did not get mugged. I definitely had my mace in hand. $200.00 worth of doom and gloom.
