The food was great, and overall the service had the potential to be as well. I'm writing this review specifically because of the waiter we had, he was also covering the bar, and he was working incredibly hard. I honestly felt bad for him. He was doing everything he could to take care of us while also managing a full bar, which had to be at least 15 people deep at times. That's not fair to him, and it ultimately impacts the guests as well. To be clear, this is not a complaint about him, quite the opposite. He was outstanding. At one point, I literally saw him running to keep up with everything. He remained kind, attentive, and positive the entire time, despite being clearly overworked. Unfortunately, I also noticed several other staff members standing around near the prep area chatting instead of helping, which made the situation even more frustrating to watch. We experienced delays with our food, and it was noticeable that other tables were being served ahead of us simply because our waiter was tied up making drinks at the bar. Even something as simple as running out our appetizer wasn't supported by the team--he had to step away and do it himself. That's a breakdown in teamwork, not a reflection of his effort. The food itself was good, but the staffing and support structure need attention. Asking one person to handle both the bar and multiple tables, especially when they're spread out, is setting them up to struggle. If we are seated in a situation like that again, we would likely choose to leave. That said, I truly want to emphasize how hard this individual worked. He did everything right, and it showed. Management should take note, he's the kind of employee you want representing your business. read more

It was fine. The bread took forever to arrive and when it did it wasn't warmed or fresh, which the server mentioned it would be. The deserts seemed like they were store bought and the crème brûlée and cheesecake didn't have the density they should in the texture. For Mothers Day we went to Brio at 10am this morning. The crowds had not arrived yet. Our server did not check in on--water and coffees refilled once only after asking him. 3 of us ordered entree salads, the other 3 from the brunch menu. The salads came out--but the brunch items did not for another 30 minutes. The waffles, steak, eggs, potatoes and asparagus were all room temperature. The steak was pathetic--two over-cooked 2" squares. Server never checked in to see how the brunch dishes were. Chicken Caesar salad was dry. I have gone to this Brio before and had great experiences. Food: For the appetizer I ordered the calamari. That needs a little work. I asked for extra crispy and it could have been crispier. It lacked flavor but wasn't the worst I've had. My pasta was chef's kiss! I loved it. The sausage was very good and the sauce was amazing. I subbed for spaghetti instead of rigatoni. The salmon was well cooked but just needed more seasoning. My wife and I wanted to enjoy Sunday brunch at Easton so we stopped into Brio's. She had the margarita flatbread and I ordered the chicken limone. We shared the calamari. The flatbread was ok though a little more cheese dollops would have been appreciated. The chicken limone was the best I've had in a long time. Thin pieces of chicken and the crust was so nice. Limone sauce was delightful. Calamari was perfect with the marinara dip. We finished with crème brûlée. Our server was outstanding with his service. There weren't many tables occupied so the atmosphere was casual and not crowded loud. The only complaint I have was I notice on my bill after we left that my chicken limone was charged as $29.99 when the weekend brunch menu priced it at $19.99. Service: The wait staff are all friendly and talkative. The service is a little slow, but attentive once the food arrives and water was never a large issue. Atmosphere/Ambiance: The inside is large, open, and a pleasing to the eyes. The open kitchen concept is a nice touch and the way the restaurant is styled to suite an Italian feel is elegant and refreshing from the norm. A nice lunch spot. Food: Calamari was chewy and flavorless. This used to be some of the best calamari around, but it's fallen far from its pedestal. Fortunately, the lemon aioli is still a very pleasant sauce. The chicken Marsala is a definite skip. Flavorless and bland, but juicy. The wine sauce has a nice initial taste, but with no flavor on the back end. As quickly as the flavor sets it is gone. A not very enjoyable dish other than the mash potatoes that came along with it and those weren't anything remarkable. Don't waste the calories here. The Lasagna was a very enjoyable dish. A large and proud portion with a really good white and red sauce flavored well. The noodles soft and perfectly paired with the tasty bolognese. A definite recommendation for an entree. The pepperoni, sausage, and ricotta flat bread was incredible. Crispy thin light crust with the same delicious red sauce as the lasagna paired with very well flavored Italians sausage and pepperoni. The ricotta warm and fresh had an amazing flavor and every bite of this was phenomenal. Fantastic dish. The caramel cheesecake was light and airy. A very nice dessert to end off the meal. read more

I came here with my roommate the other day for Veterans Day. They gave him a free pasta dish for being in the military which is a lovely thing they do for the men and women who serve. He had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine which he liked and I had the chicken Milanese which was just ok. The place was pretty empty and the employees were all visionary lounging around having loud conversation about random stuff but there was no one there so I can't blame them I just wish it was a little farther out of ear shot of the customers. Typically this would be a 3 star experience for me because the food wasn't amazing and the employees were a tad unprofessional, but again they gave my roommate a free meal for Veterans Day so they get an extra star. read more

My daughter's fettuccine must have sat in the window for a while-dry on the outside, moderately warm on the inside. Came to celebrate my birthday so I started off with a nice sized cup of Lobster Bisque and enjoyed the complimentary bread and butter. For my dinner plate I ordered the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All of it was very good and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. My husband the pasta ala vodka, which he thought was good. Our server Edmond stayed on point with everything. Very romantic atmosphere with low lighting and plenty of seating including outdoor seating as well. Tried the blueberry lemonade and it was delicious, best I ever had. We enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance. The entrance is very accessible for wheelchair users and we were able to get seated quickly. The manager, Bailey, was very friendly and our server, Carlton enhanced our dining experience. The shrimp/eggplant appetizer was so good! WERE BACKKKKKK. We have returned as promised 1 year later. BRIO... baby... how it's going? I'll tell you how it was for me. Started the night with some calamari. I'm a seafood connoisseur so I'm going to tell it real. The calamari was very nice, not like that chewy texture of others sometimes, it was tender and nice. The aioli it was with... I could drink that. Speaking of drink go get some of their fresh lemonade. The whole table got that and we all fell in love with it. Some tartness accented with the sweetness was a perfect ratio. Baby enjoyed the Chicken Caesar Salad. The dressing was the best Caesar dressing we have had. It was perfectly flavored and rationed. Not soggy at all and allowed for that nice crunch from the lettuce and croutons. My father got to join for this outing, him and I enjoyed the lamb chops and my chops were definitely lambed. Those were cooked to point of perfection, chefs kiss for sure. He definitely got kissed (idk where, or by who but do it again) because those were delightful. The potatoes served with the chops were very nice, soft centers and crisped outsides with wonderful seasonings. The asparagus was a nice highlight too. Went on Valentine's Day later in the evening. We were placed in seperate room in back of restaurant. it was nice and peaceful but we had terrible service, was not checked on very often. Waited a fair amount of time for our appetizer but waited another hour for our meal and it came out like it was thrown on the plate plus my side was cold. Not only that but the messed up for the 3rd time on where the food goes in our section. Very unprofessional. Overall very disappointed for the holiday dinner. read more

We had an exceptional time at Brio this afternoon. Between the quality of the food, our fantastic waiter, Jared, and the pleasant ambiance, we walked away smiling. Today was our anniversary, so we decided to splurge. We were eating a late lunch and both ravished. As soon as we were seated, Jared came to take our drink order, which we added an appetizer of a Flatbread. I ordered the Mango tea and it was the perfect mix of sweet and unsweetened. Our Flatbread arrived shortly with bread and butter. The butter was cold and bread warm. Shortly after inhaling that portion, our entrees came. I ordered the gorgonzola pasta dish. It was very good. I only recommend it if you like Bleu cheese. My husband ordered the beef tips. I tasted those. They were perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes were so creamy. We had nothing negative to say about the food. Dessert was the best part. Jared recommended this caramel cheesecake that is pictured. If it's the only thing you order there, don't skip this. Haven't been to Brio in such a long time and it looks exactly the same. My friend and I went to Brio last week spontaneously when at Easton. We decided to sit at the bar but did not get a drink. The bartender was not very friendly and seemed to be bothered when we spoke to him. He did however get us bread and butter very quickly and put our salads in quickly. The side salads are huge and not too pricey. I got the Caesar salad with Romaine, Parmesan, croutons, house-made dressing. My friend got the Chopped Salad with Chopped greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, feta, red wine vinaigrette. For our main entree or next portion as we did not get a main dish, I ordered the Risotto with shrimp which is Risotto, freshly grated Reggiano, black pepper cream & roasted mushrooms, topped with seared shrimp & truffle oil. It was sooo good. I strongly suggest ordering it. It kept me full after my salad. My friend got a soup that must have been a special. I'm looking forward to going back soon as I always loved the Lasagna growing up. read more

Brio at Easton served a delicious Salmon Fresca! 3 of us ordered the Salmon Fresca, so many flavors. Excellent salmon cooked as ordered. I had a better meal at Brio, than Easton's Ocean Club 4 nights prior, at 1/3 the cost. Brio's Chopped salad, Ravioli Di Bello, Terlato Vineyards Pinot Grigio, Tiramisu, and cheesecake all very good. First thing I noticed walking into the place were the stickiest floors I have ever walked on. The entire place stinks of rancid mop water. I was there visiting with family. If it were me in charge I would've walked right back out. We get to our table and the chair I was going to sit in was wet. I grabbed a napkin from a different table to clean the seat. By this point our night was ruined. Where I live, on the east coast, I have never seen such disgusting conditions in a restaurant. How is it possible that the manager didn't notice the sticky floors and take action? If they can't get that right, what other problems lurk? Ruined the night. read more

Dinner this evening was very disappointing! My wife's Italian margarita was undrinkable. Food was just OK. For myself, I decided to skip the entree and get Tiramisu and a cappuccino, but even this was a bust. I get better Tiramisu at Kroger, and cappuccino for whatever reason was not available. I was offered plain black coffee which I returned, because what I was served was barely lukewarm and tasted like it had been in the pot for half the day. I understand things can happen here and there. But when a meal averages $50 per person, and every aspect is bad...it is likely not a do-over. It would be good if ours was an isolated incident, but from reading other feedback, it appears to be more of a trend. Perhaps instead of management "hoping" customers will give them another try, they spend their time fixing the service and quality control issues that are pushing customers away. Until then, responses of "we appreciate your feedback" will be just words. This is unfortunate, because we have always liked Brio... read more

So sad about what has happened to Brio at both Easton and Polaris. This has always been a go-to for good Italian, Drinks and service. Our last two visits have been nothing short of awful mainly due to service. I'm so sad this restaurant has gone so down hill. 25 minutes to get water, they ran out of glasses on a slow night. I used to love Brio but I feel there has been so many changes that the quality of the food has gotten lost. Service was great. Our server was as attentive as he could be! They had him serve our party of 20 by himself. Crazy actually! Our menu was preselected because it was a graduation party celebration. The front seating area is still very nice and clean. And it had an outdoor patio attached to the area, loved that. We did receive bread and pizza to snack on while the food was being prepared. I got a Caesar salad and lasagna. Salad was average. There was a lot of dressing on it which disguised the limp pieces. Lasagna was very disappointing as it was hard around the edges and not covered edge to edge with the sauce (to at least cover the noodle). My go-to used to be the Ravioli. I MAY come back to see if it's as good as I remember but not a guarantee unfortunately. Not a terrible experience but also, not eager to come back. read more

It has been years since I've eaten at Brio. Tonight was a celebration with a couple of friends. We were seated at the back of the restaurant which wasn't the best atmosphere. I would have preferred the soft lighting of the main dining room. Once seated it took awhile for anyone to come to our table to get drinks started. However, once we got drinks and an appetizer going things improved some. Overall the service was not great for a restaurant of this style. As for the food, everything we had was delicious and presented very well. The portions were appropriate for the value. We had a great evening and enjoyed our meals. Amazing food and great service! We started off with Calamari and Beef Carpaccio both good but the beef was the bomb! The Aoili and capers were so complimenting the beef. Next was Sausage Rigatoni Arrabbiatta and 2 lamb chops, pasta was nice and creamy but could add a bit more salt, the lamb though was delicious! Nicely seasoned medium rare goodness. We paired this nicely with a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir and capped with Tiramisu, delish! It was a busy Saturday but all the dishes came fast, our server Carl was awesome. Stopped in 22 August '23 forfor lunch with my wife on our way to Salt Fork Lodge. We were kind of surprised how large the restaurant was; however, only the patio was filled as it was a beautiful day. Edmund was our server. He did a fine job. We appreciated his personal and professional service! We open with adult beverages. A Manhattan for me at a peach Bellini for my wife. For a starter we ordered their beef carpaccio. Be warned it is huge! Delicious and huge! We opted to split a lunch and Edmund warned us that the portions were already smaller. We appreciated his advice, but decided on it anyways has we normally have a smaller lunch. The Caesar salad and pasta bolognese lunch was delicious! Brio you have all the opportunities to be great but I constantly have a mediocre experience at best. The location at Easton is perfect. Plenty of parking around along with valet. No parking is to far to walk. The hostess was very nice and welcoming at our latest visit. We went out to the patio to enjoy the summer breeze and sounds of the water fountains nearby. Bartender was fabulous and made us some delicious and stiff drinks. The food, however, um, never mind. I guess that is not why I come. The brushetta was presented nicely. I love the idea of a trio so you can enjoy different flavors. The salmon was overcooked and dry. Lettece was wilted. My husband's dish was blah and didn't even want to mention it. Sometimes Brio hits the spot and sometimes not. I can't get a consistent experience for the life of me. read more

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night - we love the Easton location! It's a little bit of a classier vibe but no dress code and not too fancy for fellow casual shoppers who want to stop in for a bite to eat. The service was attentive and quick and the food was delicious! My favorite had to be the truffle garlic toast with whipped ricotta - perfect amount of truffle and the ricotta was smooth and creamy! This place is incredibly loud and dirty! Don't look at the ceiling there is dirt and mold around all of the vents and just caking the ceiling. We were sat a table by a very unpleasant woman and noticed all kinds of debris on the floor right next to us. The cocktails we ordered were VERY sweet, strawberry basil lemonata. Food was incredibly mediocre, next to nothing for vegetarians. I ordered the margarita flatbread and I know that I've had better pizza from Dominos. The server left all of our dirty dishes on the table for us to enjoy throughout the evening. I can't believe our bill was $142, I've had far better food and service at Olive Garden.
