All I have to say is yes they have the bread and oil at this location! Recently I visited a bravo outside of Cincinnati and they were charging for rolls and didn't have the traditional bravo bread (oil) so I was hesitant to book the reservation here. We came out for a quick lunch and you couldn't believe how excited I was when they brought the bread and oil. I made sure to tell the server and tell the manager of my delight. It's worth the whole trip. I don't know how any location considered getting rid of it. We started with salads and then I had Pasta Woozie, and Chris had Chicken Marsala. It was a pretty awesome lunch. Can't wait to come back. This Lennox location has always been one of my favorites and it's earned its keep. Five stars for a great lunch and for having that bread! read more

Located in a shopping center that has a target, movie theatre and bookstore.. this is all I need! There is plenty of parking. This restaurant seems to be a spot for fancy dinners out but I went for lunch. I felt a bit under dressed but was assured it was fine. The service was great! I have food allergies and the server was well informed and made sure my accommodations were correct. I ordered the gluten free pasta woozie. Homemade Alfredo sauce smothering tender chicken, mushrooms and pasta. It was perfect! read more

My husband and I stopped by Bravo before the Chris Stapleton concert at the Schott back in July. We had a reservation at 5:30 PM and were seated immediately. For drinks, my husband had a Stella and I ordered the white peach sangria. The sangria was alright. I struggle when restaurants put so much ice into the glass that it completely waters the drink down. For food, we enjoyed the complimentary bread and oil - always good! I also ordered the lobster bisque. The bisque had great flavor and was super creamy; however, there was very little to no chunks of lobster in the bisque (sadly disappointing). For meals, my husband had the Sicilian pizza and I had the shrimp fra diavolo. While my husband enjoyed all of the meat on top of his pizza, the crust was extremely soggy. The meat also kept falling off the pizza which he did not enjoy. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed my dish! The campanelle noodles and shrimp were cooked perfectly and the sauce was super savory and delish! I will definitely be ordering the shrimp fra diavolo again! read more

Excellent ambience and service. Food is prepared well. Hope they have little more veg options. Loved the dinner

Unfortunately, my visit to Bravo Cucina fell short of expectations. The asparagus was noticeably bitter, and my New York strip arrived overcooked. Service was quite slow, and overall, the food quality was mediocre at best. I expected more from a restaurant of this caliber. read more

My first time here and I walked into a beautiful restaurant. Very well kept. Waiters were all friendly and polite. This was a pleasant surprise. You pay just a little more but it's worth the experience. The food is top shelf. We had the fettuccine and chicken, a dish called pasta woozie. As well as the margarita pizza. It was a soft thin crust. Perfectly done. I love dining in and not feeling rushed. Life is hard enough. I'm tired of feeling like cattle. So bravo to Bravo Italian kitchen for allowing me to have a relaxing great lunch experience. read more

I cannot rate ambiance since it came by door dash Food arrived warm, including the ice cream which was boxed with the entrees I had warm chocolate cake. How can you screw that up, the cake had the texture of a rubber ball but it didn't taste quite that good The lasagna I don't even know what to say. It just tasted awful. It looked like it was gonna be OK but the noodles were the only thing we're feeding. I scraped all the other stuff off. We got a cheese pizza for the kids. It was so bad that they would need it. These are kids that love pizza and ask for when we were getting ready to order $16 pizza maybe four bites eat before it got dumped. My son got a pepperoni flatbread same thing he ate two pieces. This is a grown man in his 40s, not a toddler if it didn't taste good to him. It didn't taste good. The bread was OK, but it was just plain bread with a little butter no garlic or anything but OK My daughter-in-law ate her far diablo. She didn't say anything. I don't know if it was because it was good or she didn't want to embarrass her mother-in-law. She took the tiramisu home to eat later so again I haven't heard anything so I'm just gonna assume it was acceptable I'm just not happy. I thought bravo was a good place to eat. I have over $100 worth of food in the waste basket and grandchildren crying because they were hungry. I just wouldn't recommend him. I realize taste of subjective, but I subjectively hated everything and I don't want to spend that much money to put in the dumpster again. So overall, I would say start off small and see if you'd like the food before you commit to a big order like I did read more

Friendly and efficient service. Five of us ordered with separate checks and we all got our correct orders and checks. Everyone was satisfied with their food. I have two complaints. One is that there's a BIG sign right next to the hostess desk advertising Happy Hour Prices on Wednesday from 3-6 for cocktails and bites. Terrific! We arrived around 5 and asked about those, only to be told that was only valid at the bar (or maybe in the room with the bar?). Either way, we were in the wrong room so nope, no Happy Hour specials for us. Then why the huge sign which does not specify "only in the bar"?? My other complaint is that the oil that came with the bread was too salty. I took one bite of bread that I had put in the oil and if I hadn't been in a restaurant with friends, I would've spit it out. It was that bad. Inedibly salty! My chicken caprese was good, maybe a tad heavy on the balsamic glaze but still good. read more

The worse meal in the last 5 years. I ordered carryout. Spinach and chicken flatbread was not delivered. Substituted "spinach dip" Chicken marsala-not seasoned at all and dry sicilian pizza-not appetizing and dry eggplant parmesean--greasy and not edible from one who loves the dish Quality has been declining. Manager Christian should be encouraged to improve the cooks and service. We will find elsewhere for our meals in the near future. read more

What a beautiful experience for a Christmas Day lunch while traveling through the area. Norman was a fabulous waiter who engaged with my kids, offered wonderful recommendations, and provided quick service. I dine at the Lennox Bravo often, frequently host group events there and just held a large special event arranged with their events coordinator. Restaurant Review I took my son out for his birthday dinner, and unfortunately the experience was far from what we hoped for. The pasta was overcooked and clumped together, making it difficult to enjoy. The Alfredo sauce tasted like a watered‑down jarred version rather than something freshly made in-house. The appetizers didn't fare much better. The bread dipping oil was overwhelmingly salty, as if an entire container of salt had been poured into it. The spinach artichoke dip tasted almost identical to the Alfredo sauce and didn't contain any noticeable cheese, which made it bland and one‑note. Our server was friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable about the wine selection. The Moscato I ordered tasted like a very inexpensive bottle, which was disappointing given the restaurant's otherwise upscale appearance. Speaking of the building, it is beautiful, but the dining area could use more separation between tables. The noise level made the atmosphere feel more like a cafeteria than a relaxing dining experience. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed. For a special occasion, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. read more

I organized a lunch for some of my high school classmates. I had a reservation and 19 came. Class of 1966 so we are of an age. :). We had the most amazing experience. Our waiter Monte was over the top. Gave everyone their own check. The orders were all correct. The food was delicious and was served quickly. We all hung around and talked and took pictures. A perfect place for this type of get-together. So many places fuss at separate checks but Monte took it in stride. I will plan something there again. read more

The ambiance here is beautiful. Brightly lit. The interior looks like an Italian home with natural light. The server was very good, polite, courteous. Dinner comes with herb focaccia and a lovely red dipping oil. I prefer plain bread but the focaccia is delicious. I had the margarita pizza. The thin crust had a chewy texture that was yeasty and salty - perfect. The cheese was a bit rubbery. Fresh mozzarella would be better the slivers of basil would be better added after the pizza cooks so they don't char. But it was good. read more

I ordered to go and they gave me an estimate of 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes and went up to check. They said they were waiting on the bread and made me wait another 20 minutes. After I left the restaurant, I noticed they gave me the wrong protein in my pasta. I let them know about this error. They made little attempt to make this right. They said they checked with the chef and the chef said it was right. I told them I am literally staring at the wrong protein right now. They said if I brought the dish back, they would remake and give me the right one. As if -- wait another hour for my meal, and with zero offer of compensation (ie a discount, a free side, anything at all). To top it all off, the person on the phone sounded annoyed and said they were very busy; as if it's an inconvenience on their part to talk to me when they're the ones who got the order wrong. Poor value for the food and poor customer service. read more

We started at the bar for happy hour. This was our third time there as we usually go for special events. Today was for my birthday. Yay. The drinks were good: lemon basil crush, tuscan sunrise and limoncello lemonade. Calamari was okay; had tried it a coupla years ago and didnt care for it then but figured there may be a new chef. Once our other dinner companions arrived we went into the restaurant for dinner. There weren't many people inside. I would say about 4 other maybe 5 other tables were occupies. Maybe more diners were upstairs. Our dinners were good except the chicken parm. Was told it tasted like it had been cooked the day before, frozen overnite and warmed up next day bc the coating was oat-mealy. Ugh. Parker came out to chat abt it which was great that a genuine interest was taken. The shrimp fra diavolo, shrimp scampi, shrimp alfredo dinners were tasty. The salads were really good - chopped salad, Caesar salad - as was the lobster bisque. They then brot out a bday sundae with a sparkle candle. Altogether Christian, the manager, and Parker, chef?, and Zoe, our waitress, helped us have a nice bday dinner!!! read more

Service was not very good. Went for a birthday lunch with my daughter and got treated like second class. Kaiya was the server and seemed unconcerned about us. They were not busy for lunch on a Monday. She was definitely treating other people with much more respect than she treated us. It was pretty clear that she didn't want us there. I usually don't get too bothered by stuff like this because I know people go through stuff and have bad days. She was definitely treating treating other tables with much more respect. Laughing and taking pictures for her customers. we didn't get a refill until after desert. The salmon was over cooked The shrimp Alfredo was under the heat lamp too long The food was still okay but the worst was the treatment. read more

For as busy as this place was, the service was excellent! The parking lot looked rather full, so I expected at least a thirty minute wait. Surprisingly, we were immediately sat down and our waiter was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. Complimentary bread was given with oil. I'm not huge on using oil, but the bread had good seasoning and was tasty by itself. I then ordered the chicken Marsala, which came out quickly! The portions were great - two chicken breasts. Although the chicken seemed a little dry and heavy on the burn mark taste, the Marsala sauce made up for it. The mashed potatoes hit the spot as usual and really filled me up. I like how this restaurant is set up. There's ample seating, yet you don't feel crammed together. The dim lighting made the experience feel more relaxed and intimate. Solid dinner choice! read more

Genuinely phenomenal service, if you can, ask for Kennedy, she was super personable and took care of our large group the entire night.

Food is ok but overpriced for a casual Italian restaurant with Mediocre food. Maybe I would return for a promotion or coupon.

Kennedy was the goat delivered the best service possible wish I could give 6 stars! Amazing food as well!

My daughter cannot digest gluten. She ordered gluten-free pasta and was served regular pasta. She ate one forkful and discovered the error. We discussed this with the manager. His response was to give us his business card. After my daughter asking him if he could do anything about the bill he comped our dinners. That should have been immediate. She ended up in the ER after that small amount of gluten. read more

horrible service if staff thinks you won't tip well just off of appearance. went there today for my 18 th birthday and had the worst restaurant experience ever. Kaiya was my server and never once refilled any of our drinks. Kaiya our server also didnt care to put our plates in front of us whenever she brought our food she just set it on the edge and quickly walked away without saying anythig. Do not come here if you are young and look kind of poor they will profile you and treat you with disrespect the whole time. the food was also mid for the price... just go to oliv garden at that point. Kaiya was literally the worst server I've ever had at a restaurant it was unbelievable, plus when we first walked in a guy who looked like the owner and another staff Member looked at us in disgust when we walked in like we were some homeless people walking in Begging for money or something. read more

Overall average. They do have a huge parking lot outside the restaurant. We came here for a friend's birthday and I do like the atmosphere inside. It was pretty cold though, freezing actually, where we were sitting. We had a large group and they had to separate our group into two different tables which was kind of a bummer. I got their margherita flat bread pizza for $10 and it was just okay. I have also been here a few times for other birthday dinners and once for restaurant week. The food never "wowed" me or anything, but it's overall a good restaurant to go to for special occassions. The service has been good every time I've been there and the food comes out a reasonable time. read more

REALLLLYYYYYYY good food! I had never been to a Bravo, but can say that I will gladly return in the future! The ambiance is nice, the location is decently easy in access and the food options are vast enough to have an option for anyone. I had the eggplant parmesan, which I also had never had before. I'm not a big meat person and I do love my veggies so this was an excellent option! The noodles were very tasty, nicely seasoned and the eggplant was cooked nicely. The breading wasn't soggy, wasn't cripsy but wasn't soggy. I enjoyed this choice because I usually avoid Italian due to the heavy carb menus. This meal was really nice because it wasn't too heavy at all. I didn't feel super weighed down afterward. The portion was HUGE! I took half of it home which basically made an entire meal for the hubs! The prices are ... a little steep for me, but fair all things considered! I would recommend this place for anyone who either loves good quality Italian or has not tried a Bravo before!!! read more

I was looking for a draft beer at first, to which they had none, but settled on an espresso martini that was delicious. My girl got the sangria and said it was on the sweeter side but good. We got the fried calamari (not shown) and the lobster bisque (not shown). The lobster bisque was some of the best I've had here in Columbus. I got the smaller portion but it was still a good portion. The fried calamari was not as crispy as other places and used a white batter but not golden and the batter was somewhat falling off the squid. It came with a red sauce and a white sauce (I preferred the white, she liked the red) but they gave us much more white sauce than the red. My entree, lobster shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, was good the sauce impressed me on its flavor. Her the pasta woozie was also good and exactly what you'd expect from chicken Alfredo. Afterwards we split a banana bread pudding (not shown) which wasn't really good to me due to the consistency of the bread, she also says she would not order it again. Service was very good also. It was kinda loud in the restaurant but that was to be expected on a Friday night. read more

This was my first time coming to this bravo location in Columbus. I got the pasta woozie which is basically chicken Alfredo with spinach. To be honest, it was only ok, nothing special about it. The service wasn't great either, we got served pretty late. Our server also never checked up on us and missed a couple of things. Lovely dinner at Bravo on Olentangy. Chicken parm was great. Our server Monty was very attentive.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. I ordered lobster bisque and pasta with chicken and Alfredo sauce and my husband ordered pepperoni pizza. The bisque tasted like milk with some sort of seafood seasoning in it. If there was lobster in there, you would need a microscope to find it. The pasta was HORRIBLE!! I have had better frozen pasta Alfredo. The pizza was actually quite tasty. If this was a pizza place, it would be a home run. Everything else... I would not try again. read more

Disappointed. This restaurant group has seen better days. Large beautiful room. Almost empty at Lunch. Waiter was nice but a bit "extra". It took 30 minutes from when I was seated till I received my entree...Wrong. Spaghetti Bolognese became Spaghetti & Meatballs- which was delivered by the day manager, was good. Meatballs2 were good. When a person is dining alone they shouldn't have to me made to sit for a longer period of time . Soooo many restaurant opportunities in Columbus, I won't be back. read more

I stopped by Bravo! for a late dinner. At 7:45 on a Thursday, the joint was pretty empty, with maybe 4 tables. We got seated, but no server came to our table. After nearly 25 minutes, one of our starving friends sheepishly approached the server's station and the staff seemed to say that the host/manager never assigned us a server, hence no service. Not a great first impression. The server we eventually got seemed to want to go home. Ultimately, we ordered all our food at once to try to expedite the experience. We received some free bread that was tasty and the appetizers came out reasonably quickly. We had the calamari and it was fine without being spectacular. I had the chicken Marsala and it was also pretty good. The potatoes and green beans were fresh and the serving of chicken was generous. Service left much to be desired, but sadly that's the norm since the pandemic. read more

First of all it's huge and a lovely atmosphere! I had made reservations and there was no wait. We went with a large party (with reservation) this Friday and it was a decent experience-- good and bad. We quickly could tell our server was covering 1/2 the restaurant so she was never around-- not really her fault but it affected the service. There were lots of problems-- missed items, wrong dressings, etc that were fixed but it just all took forever. Food was a solid "B" about 1/3 of our group didn't care for theirs and at $30-40 an entree that's disappointing. We might try again earlier in the day with a smaller group but this won't be one of our "after concert" stops. read more

This was a pretty split four-star experience, since the food is spectacular but the service was atrocious. I've been promised it doesn't usually have service issues like this, so I might come by again soon to see if they redeem themselves. This is my girlfriend's favorite spot in Columbus, so I looked forward to trying it for the first time. We had a very polite host who cleaned off an outside table for us to enjoy the nice weather. The server could not have been more his opposite: she was curt, unpleasant, barely answered our menu questions, and disappeared for the majority of the meal. There were no drink refills, callbacks to ensure we liked the food, or invitations to try dessert. Very lackluster, especially considering the high hopes I had for the place. The food, on the other hand, was nothing short of excellent. We had the Pasta Bravo and it was absolutely delicious, great sauce and tender pasta. Indeed, everything about this place was perfect except our server and the prices to some extent. I am definitely interested in returning here again to give it another try, as I get the distinct feeling this is a 5-star locale that just had a bad day on this particular occasion. Some days you get the gold and others you get the iron, that's life. Overall: 3.5 stars --- Pros: - Fantastic and memorable meals, plenty of great options to choose from. - Great outside dining area during nice weather. - Lots of nearby parking, you won't have a hard time with that. - Great service from the host but... Cons: - ...awful service from our server. Hope she finds a different job that suits her better, because she obviously hated working at Bravo. - Prices are sky high, so this place is best kept to special occasions. read more
