Thanks to all the Yelp reviews we popped in on a sunny fall Sunday! We had the place to ourselves and were welcomed kindly by a great bartender! Lovely outside patio w a real woodfire pit. Inside was cool too w old boomboxes and retro seating. Looking forward to checking out again!

Such a great bar. Huge selection of beers on top and really nice cocktails. Enjoy the trivia on Sundays and just such a homey comfy feel at the bar definitely one of my favorite places to visit . service is always wonderful.

I lived in Columbus for 10 years and not once did I go here until the week I moved - and man, have I been missing out. Cute patio area with plenty of seating, far enough away from the road where you have some privacy. The open-aired interior is wonderfully decorated - and they serve a plethora of beers from althroughout Ohio. I absolutely loved it here and just wish I knew about it sooner!

The Daily Bar has a cute, dimly lit interior. Theres a long bar at the back, a leather cigar-loungey couch in the middle, and tables all along the exterior. The music is chic and lowkey, as are the staff, albeit slightly slow service. You'll see a little bit of an older more sophisticated crowd sipping cocktails here. The signature thing is their variety of 'spritz' drinks but they have some other creative cocktails too. I went with the Division Bell with aperol, mezcal, and luxardo liquor, and my friend went for a jalapeño margarita. The Division Bell was nice! Well-balanced and not too much aperol or mezcal. I ended up stealing my friends' lime though because I like things a little more tart. The margarita was delicious and well-balanced, too. Not too sour and not too spicy. Overall this would be a fun place to come back to on a fancy night before or after dinner or a show. Good job, Daily Bar.

We went for a little wedding reception / cocktail hour. It's small and dark but cute. The bartenders were very nice but could tell they weren't comfortable making any kind of cocktails. They are good for a beer after work.

Super cute little place! It reminded me of a speakeasy where you go give the bartender an idea of what you like and they make it for you. I got a cucumber mint drink which was so refreshing on a warm night. They had a food truck outside that made one of best steak sandwich's I've had in Columbus. Great place for a chill vibe.

This is one of the best hidden gems in Columbus. Relaxed, excellent bartenders, great music and overall wonderful people.

The space is very bright and airy: loved the floral and plant vibes. Our server was kind but maybe a bit apprehensive because we brought our two daughters. Sometimes I feel bad bringing kids but honestly we deserve to have good food even if there are little mouths involved. We had the focaccia starter and it was as pillowy and sumptuous as it looked. Next was broccolini which our 8 month old devoured. I tried the funghi pasta and my husband had the sausage ragu. Both had generous portions. The kitchen made butter noodles for our daughter and she LOVED them. I was pleased they didn't try to doll them up because she really did just want noodles and butter. Finally, the octopus was sooo tasty. The sauce was super flavorful and I love a good bean addition. Delicious meal all around.

I was exploring the downtown area around 7 PM looking for a place to have dinner. This restaurant…read morecaught my attention because of its aesthetics, so I decided to give it a try. The ambiance was enjoyable, and our waitress provided decent service. For starters, I really enjoyed the gem salad -- it was refreshing -- and I also ordered a couple of glasses of Poggio Costa Prosecco to go with my Funghi pasta. Both were very good. However, we also ordered the lobster spaghetti and were not impressed. It was very bland, and the few pieces of lobster tasted slightly gamey. I would not recommend the lobster pasta, especially considering the price, as it appeared to be the most expensive pasta on the menu. The bill also included a fee labeled as "healthcare," which was not mentioned by our waitress. I had to look it up afterward since it was the first time I had seen a charge like that on a restaurant bill. I wanted to share this so others are aware of what to expect.

He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I ordered the filet, which was cooked perfectly and was one of the better steaks I've had in Columbus. My fiancée ordered the salmon and really enjoyed it as well. We also shared the Caesar salad, enjoyed a couple of espresso martinis, and finished with the Post Mortem brownie sundae. Between the excellent service, beautiful patio, and great food, this was an easy five-star experience. We'll definitely be back for another special occasion.

Really lovely date night on a quick few day visit down to cbus from Cleveland!…read more We ordered the potstickers as a starter which were fantastic, really flavorful and a good portion where we each got to have multiple My boyfriend ordered the shrimp angel hair (which I had my eye on as well) and really enjoyed it, ended up being more food than it looked like and he thought it was very good. I got the crab cake as well as a side of fries for us to share. The fries were great, could have used a little salt, and the crab cake was very good, very flavorful, but definitely a pretty small plate for almost $30 Service was good and attentive but we definitely did feel like the meal went pretty fast, not so much that we were rushed but just that I would have been really ok with the courses being a little more spread out. Got drinks on the patio after dinner which was gorgeous and both very good, but strong!!
