Stopped in after a visit to the super cool book store that's essentially connected to this place (check that out too!). The had "infused cold brew" which is something I never saw before. The flavor of the moment was Vermont maple! It was unsweetened but you could taste the maple flavor. With a little bit of half and half and brown sugar simple syrup - a delightful coffee! The staff were very helpful in making sure the cold brew was made just the way we liked it!

You likely stumbled upon this place as it's situated beside of on the coolest bookstores, the book loft of German village. This coffee house had a ton of seating inside and out and also has a public restroom. The coffee menu is pretty standard, but I wasn't sure if they offered matcha, so I had to ask the cashier. The cashier confirmed they sold matcha and so I ordered one. The matcha wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. The service is what compelled me to give this coffeehouse a 4 star rating.

Staufs in GV might just be my favorite Columbus coffee shop! Front room, back room, and outdoor seating so there is plenty of space even on the crowded weekends. The menu is extensive with rotating seasonal drinks and plenty of syrups to choose from. The prices are reasonable (between $3-$6) and the staff is always friendly.

Love a good local coffee shop. We are staying nearby for a wedding this weekend, and have been here everyday this week. They have plenty of options and there's always something new to try. This local coffee joint is located in the heart of German Village, and next to the Book Loft. We walked over and when we walked in, we were greeted with the incredible coffee smells. The roaster located right at the front and endless bags of coffee. I ended up trying their drink of the day, and loved it. The cold brew made for a really refreshing drink and the energy kicked right in. We also got a few different savory items, the toasted bagel came with 2 cream cheese cups which was perfect for both sides of the bagel. All in all we had such a great experience, and can't wait to come back and try more coffee blends & drinks.

Grabbed an oat milk latte, large and an iced lavender and chamomile tea. The oat milk latte is okay, decent amount of shots. The lavender chamomile iced tea is so-so, not a very pungent flavor of lavender or chamomile either. At least there are more loose tea options here than the kiosk at North Market.

I enjoyed the summer special- a coffee cooler! It was a delicious cold brew concentrate with vanilla extract. I also enjoyed a chocolate chip scone. This was the perfect start to my sunny morning visiting the city for the first time. I got to sit outside at one of the many tables and enjoy the weather and company of my friends. Can't wait to visit again tomorrow and try something new :)

Out to explore Columbus for the day and this coffee shop popped up on the map as we are around the German Village. I love the decoration and the coffee was good. There's a bookstore next to it. Very demure, very mindful, very cutesy.

Great atmosphere, love to study at this location. Staff is so friendly! They always have fun specials depending on the season

I miss spending evenings here with my craft group, especially now that they've renovated. But the great drinks and excellent service are still at good reason to stop by on weekends. Try the pumpkin muffin, I promise it's worth the sugar rush.

I've heard nothing but great things about this cafe, so my expectations were high - I'm happy to…read morereport that this place is worth the hype! We were gifted tickets for the German Village picnic Giftory experience which gave us two macarons of our choosing and two vanilla shortbread cookies for free. We chose the raspberry chambord and pistachio macarons while also ordering two pistachio cloud matchas. All of the desserts were excellent. The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. I'd like to try the strawberry matcha next time, but I'm not sure if I can pass up the pistachio Highly recommend!

I think the issue is with the chocolate they use for the mocha but it had such an odd flavor that I couldn't bring myself to finish it. The croissant was fine and not memorable and I won't say too much on the macaron because I think I just realized I'm not really a macaron person so I can't fairly judge them there. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer. Overall, I think there are a lot of other good coffee shops in Columbus that I don't see myself going out of my way to come back.

**5 stars for the milk bread**…read more FUN FACT -- Tous Les Jous is owned by a South Korean food conglomerate group (same concept as Paris Baguette) and this is a bakery with Asian and European baked goods. I visited Tous Les Jours for the first time on Memorial Day (May 2026) at the Columbus location. I arrived around 2:30pm on a Monday. Surprisingly, they had lots of options available even with my late arrival because most bakeries run out of items quickly. They sell croissants, cakes, milk breads, macarons, drinks, etc. MY ORDER ($18.95 total for 4 items) -- Twist Donut ($2.95), Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50), Almond Croissant ($4.75), and a Whole Milk Loaf bread ($6.75). 1. Twist donut ($2.95) - sweet but not overly sweet. It tasted just like a regular twist donut that you'll find at other donut shops. 2. Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50) - good. Perfect savory option for breakfast or lunch. Soft and buttery bread base. I think $3 would have been a better price but the bread roll was good. I ate this in my car before driving back to Cleveland. It held me over until I got home. 3. Almond Croissant ($4.75) - my favourite item - buttery with some almond cream or paste inside. Topped with almonds. I don't like creamy things at all and I didn't realize that this croissant had a cream inside until I opened it but the cream is very light and it is more of a spread than a cream. 4. Whole Milk Loaf Bread ($6.75) - Fresh and soft. Definitely my other favourite item. This was all gone within a day, that's how good it was. Buttery goodness. The best bread. Overall, I enjoyed visiting Tous Les Jours and I hope to visit their Cleveland location soon. I ordered takeout so I didn't sit in but they have some tables and chairs available. I'll definitely be back if I'm close by the area again. Tous Les Jours means everyday in French and I wish I could visit them everyday...haha. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 101/250 total reviews in 2026 - 942 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026

When you walk in you pull a number and wait for it to be called. Almost felt like I had walked into the DMV. lol We peeked at the display counters while we waited and tried to have our orders ready when it was our turn to expedite the wait for those after us. There were a few shelves that displayed various cookies, breads and things you could grab and go. The place was clean and the process was orderly. They seemed to keep things in the front stocked. We probably waited about 15 minutes. I pulled number 90 and the were calling the last of the 60's. We ordered several items to try including the packzis with three different fillings since we went at the right time of year for these. We grabbed a cheese, strawberry and lemon. We also chose a cheese danish, maple cream stick, apple fritter, cherry turnover and a donut stick. Once we told them what we wanted the girl helping us went to the back and started filling our box. A few moments later she returned, we paid and headed out the door with our sweets. My husband didn't want to wait so we opened up the box once we got to the car and each took one bite from each of our selections. We didn't find anything wrong with our choices. The one thing I was thrown off by is how they make their apple fritters. I almost missed ordering one bc they look nothing like the apple fritters I'm used to eating. It was just ok in my book. Not something I would get again. The donut stick on the other hand is something I wouldn't miss next time. In fact I'd be getting more than one. It was probably my favorite item of all we selected. The cream stick dough was soft. The cream wasn't too sweet. The only thing I would have changed was to have the maple icing be a bit more maple flavored. The turnover was nice and crispy flakey but the filling was just ok. Maybe a different flavor next time if I would get one. How can you go wrong with a cheese danish? Warm this slightly and you're hitting a home run. This was a nice stop and we learned the difference between what we liked and loved. We know just what to get next time. I will say they have a great social media presence and do a phenomenal job interacting with their customers and community.

The display cases were filled with fresh baked goods, and narrowing down my choices wasn't easy. I ended up picking a Long John, a chocolate-dipped cake donut, a French cruller, and a Palmer. The Long John was soft and generously filled, the chocolate-dipped cake donut had a rich chocolate coating with a perfectly moist cake texture, the French cruller was light and airy, and the Palmer was a classic treat that didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly, and despite the steady flow of customers, the service was quick and efficient. It's clear why so many people continue coming back to Resch's Bakery after all these years. If you're in the Columbus area and have a sweet tooth, Resch's Bakery is definitely worth a visit. I ordered the iced matcha latte and iced black sesame lattes (both with oat milk). After mixing, the matcha latte was a light shade of green and pretty much just tasted like milk which was kind of disappointing. They currently have sweet crêpes, but they used to have savory who wants as well back in the day. This entire plaza is an Asian heaven, and I like to bring people from out of town to it because you can literally spend hours in this area. As you can tell for my photos, they are always this busy. The place itself is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. I'm not a sweet person at all, so I like that this place has unique offerings and some savory ones too. I recommend the mango cake, the sweet butter rolls that literally taste like a slightly sweeten butter inside of a soft pillow bread, and for you to take a loaf of bread home as well. Pro tip: later in the day, the offerings from this bakery are half off at Tensuke Market. This place has been voted as one of the best bakeries in the country & we have it in our own backyard.
