I noted there were 4-5 other ONE STAR REVIEWS further noted here and was curious if they were also informed that there "ONE STAR REVIEWS" were "not needed". I reread my review and it was not offensive in any way and their response validated my experience so rather than attempt to obtain a potential customer's business, this obvious owner or manager elected to chastise me for daring to leave a honest, respectful customer experience. As someone who worked service industry and lower level management waitressing tables to pay my way through college and medical school to become a physician, I find this type of attitude both baffling, insulting, rude and very much "not needed". I not only wish that YELP would make it easier for others to read this response to my review and whether the 5 OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS received the same type of feedback. I have not thought of EPIC CREAMERY or my experience or to attempt to return and MOST CERTAINLY at this point am quite glad and will continue to do so as EPIC CREAMERY has clearly expressed that they have "NO NEED" for business.
