My first visit and definitely my last. My family decided to spoil me with a birthday weekend Manicure and pedicure , there were two ladies when we got there, they were great then another lady came in, RUDE with a seriously nasty attitude ... sorry your late for work but don't take out on the clients, regardless of her attitude I probably would have gone back if the service was good. My pedicure was horrible, my three year old granddaughter could have painted my nails better, I can soak my feet at home and slap polish on them, she threw a tantrum when I asked her to trim my nails, and was loud telling me the other lady did it already, NO she cut one nail and moved to another client, which was my daughter...ugh! My manicure was even worse! ( The table was filthy, being the first person to set there it shouldn't have had grit and clipping of nails on it ....She soaked my nails, then painted them , the Acrylic polish was thick and lumpy, at this point I was done, I just wanted to leave, I had 4 other people with me and did want them to have a bad experience( the other two ladies worked on them and one of the ladies was very nice and did a great job ). My Acrylic polish on my nails are already peeling off, not even 24 hours later I need to go have them redone! It's was my Pampering birthday weekend , no house work no dishes and they peeled before my morning shower... If I could give this place a no star rating it would be more than it deserves. read more

I got a full set exactly a week ago and left under satisfied with how lumpy the acrylic was and the tips were just painted pretty sloppy compared to any other local place I have gone to. You can see she didn't fully remove the pink gel I previously had, the acrylic looked spotty, and it's hard to picture but they aren't smooth at all. Today one of my nails just fell right off and I can see they are all lifting a lot I think I could just pop them all off which is crazy for a week after a full set they should be really well on at this point. Felt like a waste of money I wouldn't go back. $55 before tipping for super low quality nails that lasted a week. I didn't have to wait long but I had been there about ten minutes before some ladies came in that seemed to be regulars and were really pushy on how long they would wait so they were helped before me (they didn't have an appointment) read more

Would not recommend this place. They use dirty/used tools- the nippers had someone else's cuticles on them- totally disgusting. When I asked if tools were clean she sprayed them with alcohol and kept using them. I'm still hoping I don't get an infection or fungus- and will not go back. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My nails are awful, I will need to get them redone. The nail artist put 6 coats on each nail, and didn't bother to check the shape that was forming. 2 of my nails look like there is just a gob of polish sitting on top. The beds were done incorrectly, so I will look outgrown in just a few days instead of the normal 2 weeks. Owner is extremely rude, aggressive, unprofessional as she cusses like a sailor with every sentence she uses, zero customer service skills, and disrespectful. Does not have any colors you want and does not offer accommodations for what you may ask, treats you like you're crazy for asking. I did CLEAR shellac and i can feel my nail not the gel. The gel on my nail is splotched ! Best part is, she even overcharged me for her horrible service. Do not ever come here, if I could, I would give this place a zero. Worst facial wax I have ever experienced. The lady who was in charge dripped wax on my very sentimental jacket I was wearing and didn't mention it at all. She was very rough just moving my face around. Hurriedly put the wax on and when she was using the removal strips, she was putting too much pressure on my skin to adhere them to the wax. I wanted an entire facial wax including my cheeks, chin, upper neck, and mustache area. When she was finished, I had to ask her to do the mustache area... I had left over wax all over my face and neck when I got out to my car. I was contemplating a bikini wax as well, and I am very glad I did not get that done here. Also, the waxing room table had a dark blanket laid over the table. Did not appear clean. I received a gift certificate for this place and I will never go back again. I live coming here! The owner is amazing and so sweet! She remembers what you usually gets and even tempers the little things. I brought my 10year old in with me 1 time and ever since then she always asks how she is doing. I always get great customer service. I always get compliments on my nails and toes. First time I went on 10/22/14 was to get a fill. There was no pressure to get the gels and the man that did the fill did a good job. Second time I went on 11/8/14, I walked and asked for a fill. They had time for me and a gal got started with the fill. When the acrylic was finished she asked if I wanted gels. I said no thank you, I'll just get the regular polish. Then the owner (a women) came over trying to pressure me to get the gels. I was starting to think they weren't going to let me out of there without agreeing to the gels. After a few minutes of this pressure, I told them I only had $20 with me, so they gave up. She did a good job with the acrylic fill and polish, but the experience was very uncomfortable. The service I've had here has been really consistent. They take their time and do it right. For the pedicure you get the full thing with massage and all. They DO have hot stones for the Super deluxe Pedi. But even the delux pedi is a good one. Saturdays are very busy as expected, waits are usually not too long... But like all nail places drop ins rule the day. Make an appointment or be prepared to wait or compromise. Not all the gals speak good English, but this is also to be expected of a nail salon, if you don't expect this then you're new at getting your nails done. When they are busy they do rush a bit more, but again... this is all timing..go in when they are slower and you get GREAT job. The owner is a great sales person, its her business.. Super disappointed, the employees here are great usually friendly and engaging. I had a pedicure 6 days ago it was the weirdest pedicure I have ever had unusually short as I always get shellac which tends to take a little longer and cost a lot more. One day after the pedicure a whole color falls off, 2 days later another falls off. I look down today and I have a total of 3 colors off. Unfortunately I won't be back, I have gone here for years on and off and there was a period of time that they knew my daughter and I by name. Just had my eyebrows done today. Lady who did my eyebrows did not do a good job. Smeared my hair with wax (didnt even bother to say sorry) and parts of upper face was sticky with wax. Didnt even bother to clean it up. When i requested to trim my brows a little, she said, "you dont really have to trim your brows?" This was my first time here and my experience started out ok though the nail polishes were a little crusty but then it went downhill. She did everything very fast and when she rubbed the hot rocks on my legs she hadn't gotten off all the sugar scrub and it scraped the skin on my legs. Then I asked her not to clip only file my nails and she clipped the side and it hurt bad! Then she seemed rushed and frustrated by the time she got to my fingers and she filed them so hard and aggressively that she filed my skin around my nails. Then when she polished them they were all uneven and it was on my cuticles and when I asked her to fix it she was angry with me to that point that she wouldn't talk to me when I paid and made it very known that she was upset with me. My mom and I went into this salon together. The lady who did my mom's manicure rushed through it and my lady went really slow so my mom sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting for me to be done. Her lady also walked away immediately and sat at the computer with her headphones on for the rest of the time we were there (and did not acknowledge my manicurist when she asked her a question because she couldn't hear any of us). Both ladies barely spoke with us which did not make us feel welcome and they got up and walked away abruptly without saying anything so we both had reactions like "Oh we're done?" Prices are low but you definitely get the bare necessities. They don't have hot stones or any additional pampering. I'd recommend for your basic cheap nail service and nothing else. There are many better salons in the area with much more welcoming staff and relaxing experiences. read more

Awful. I had gone to this salon a few times for a manicure and dismissed the owners attitude out of convenience- it's located on my way home. This time, I could not ignore it. The owner is completely rude and dismissive. Any question she asked was with attitude- as if it was an inconvenience to be there. After being there for over an hour (my friend and I were told we could get in at 6 but actually didn't until 6:45), we went to pay. Now, it has been the same cost the past 10 manicures, but this time she charged more. When I asked why, she stated it was due to using glitter and for a debit card fee. I had paid the same way, and always got glitter on my nails, and had never been charged extra. When I asked why this time, she said because she's the owner an shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. I will not be going to this salon again. read more

I had a great first experience when I went. A guy did my fill and he listened to what I wanted and perfected the shape I asked for. The next time I went I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for my friend and I to both have pedi and fill. When we got there they didn't have enough ppl there so that we can get our pedi at the same time which was annoying because I called a week ahead. Then when they did our fill they switched off a couple times which I hate. It's impersonal and inconsistent. When I asked her to fix the shape she kinda got an attitude and the same for when my friend asked her to file down the length. Towards the end She stated to get pushy when my friend asked for regular polish trying to get her to use gel and when I gave her my card to pay She kept asking if I had cash and saying that it would be cheaper if I paid cash. When I apologize for only have card and telling here that I'd keep it in mind for next time she suggested the atm across the street. I can get over a shit job but not shitty customer service.... Terrible!!!The first time I went the Pedicure and Shellac was great. The second time on 10.24.14, the owner/man did my Shellac and was a quick hurry job. got out to the car and one nail was already peeling off. Went back in and was redone. No even a week later the tips of the nails lifted. I never had this happened in a week's time. I went back to the owner/man and refused to do them over again for free. The owner/man accused me of being hard on my nails. He was rude and said he didn't need my business. There are much better nail salons and friendly. Use your $dollar power, people. read more
