I checked on the one not delivered and it showed there was an issue with the address. The address was correct. I called ups 800# 3 times and was told I need to contact the store I sent my packages from. I went to the store on 2/16 and was told by the clerk there is nothing he can do, and he didn't know what to tell me. I asked for a manager and was told one wasn't scheduled- that there was nothing the clerk could do for me. I did leave my phone number with the clerk. I called the same store this morning and the same clerk told me there isn't a manger on the schedule today and he doesn't know when one will be in. I can't seem to get any help from this store.

They mentioned taking it to a UPS Store and showing them the Code I received from Amazon. I happened to see this UPS store when I pulled into the parking lot to look up a location of a restaurant so I decided to go ahead and take it in there. I had just put the box in my car this morning so I might as well get rid of it. If it hadn't been for the long line it would have been a perfect experience. They did keep it moving pretty fast for a while but then they hit a couple of customers that took a little longer so there was quite a wait. Once I got to the counter the clerks were really friendly and my transaction only took a couple of minutes. I can recommend this place but be prepared for a possible wait if they get hit by a large group of people at once.
