They use the terms "unsafe", "necessary", etc. to put unnecessary pressure on you to impulse buy. I find it extremely dishonest, and will go elsewhere for shipping needs. Overall, I felt like a bother to this employee. She stated to me that one of my packages was USPS. Confused as to the relevancy, I asked if I wasn't able to mail this at their store. (I thought the commercials I've seen stated I could.) She told me I needed to put the package in the yellow box. I looked around, but she didn't tell me where the yellow box was. It felt obvious that I was trying to find this mysterious yellow box. After a few seconds, I asked where the yellow box is, and she said, "by the door." At the end of the transaction, when she was silent, I said "thank you," and she replied "no problem." I don't expect royalty treatment by employees but also don't like feeling like I'm a bother. I strongly suggest customer service training to understand better how to make your customers feel valued and appreciated so they will return.
