Drivers refuse to deliver heavy packages. I literally sat here with my door open waiting for the cat tree I ordered and they didn't even stop at my apartment. They delivered to everyone else here but me. It's happened to my friend before when she ordered her rat cage. They said she didn't answer but she was waiting there for them the whole time. The staff is so friendly and helpful! We recently had order live crawfish that were delayed due to weather. Our shipment was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but due to the delay we were told we would not get package until Monday. But the local fedex office went above and beyond to get us our product asap & without issue! They called us to notify us as soon as our crawfish arrived and worked out a late pick up for us to get them on Friday after all. Very impressed with Fedex! read more

Absolutely the greatest waste of $25 in my life! My package was coming from Houston Texas and got to Lubbock in 2 days which to me was great. I live in clovis, NM on off base housing of a military installation. Package arrived in lubbock at 4:55am and was scheduled to be delivered at around 5pm tx time. I checked the tracking at around 4 at it said there was a security delay. I called the office, could not understand the individual on the phone so i was referred to the management. The manager gave little to no explanation to why the package wasn't successfully delivered except for reading what the online tracking information said. Driver apparently drove all the way to clovis and then didn't bother to call us. I was informed by the management that my package would arrive monday and if there were any difficulties that I would get a call. I check the shipping info on monday to find out that now they're not going to deliver it until tuesday. I call the shipping center again and cannot understand the receptionist, he transfers me to customer complaints instead of the manager. I explain the ordeal and am transferred to the manager, finally. I am told by her that they are not able to deliver the package because they do not have a driver in with the ability to get on base. It took me several days to finally find out what was going on. I should not be having to do their job for them. I have gotten packages quicker with free shipping from greater distances using USPS. read more
