By May10th , we had not heard from them so we called. The owner answered, was unsure these items were in his warehouse or when they could arrange delivery. May 19th they brought the items, removed the old mattress but couldn't install the new items because they didn't have a screwdriver!! 13 days later and they still have not responded regarding rectifying the problem. Saavta was notified to NEVER again use this company and not pay them as we will now have to pay another service.

I was also supposed to get a call 30 minutes BEFORE they were there to deliver it. I called and confirmed this with the shipper. I get home today from a job out of town, and presto the tub is in the middle of MY FRONT YARD, box torn up, obviously like it was dropped there, and left a mark in the grass that obviously was caused by a corner of a box impact. This is unacceptable

It was frustrating and inconvenient. In hindsight, I would've been better off just picking up my bag at the airport myself. I wouldn't use this service again.
