I worked with this company for my daughters TTU Graduation and they were wonderful. I talked with them and found out that "Spoil me Rotten" was the old company and the new owner Matt Smith has done some amazing things and runs it different then the old owners Tony C. I would Highly recommend them and feel it would only be fair if the "Spoil me Rotten" reviews be over looked as it is a complete different experience and team now. read more

I got a margarita machine from these fine folks for Mom's surprise birthday party and it made all the difference! The machine had 2 reservoirs for lime & strawberry margaritas that came with the unit! I had to supply the tequila but the mix made about 2 reservoirs each of the margaritas. They also included cups, salt, & lime! We added a bottle of nicer tequila and grand mariner for self serve floaters. Shout out to Nikita who let me return the machine a little late without getting penalized! You rock! read more

This is one of the most helpful and friendly establishments I have worked with while planning my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. They have every party prop and color of the linen that you can possibly imagine. They are efficient and do all the hard work for you. The owner is very understanding in regards to any snags that may occur. She is a problem solver! I would definitely choose this establishment to plan any party or event. Great service! Was on a tight timeline and Parker had everything ready to roll when I got there to pick up.

I drove all the way from Dallas to come to my friend's daughter's 15th birthday and when I got there everything looked spectacular but then in the middle of the party the ceiling drapes just came tumbling down. Then my family wanted to take a family photo to capture the memory since we traveled so far and when we got to the photo booth, the booth was broken so we were not able to get a photo for a memory. The booth was not working. I would not recommend using Spoil Me Rotten because I was very dissatisfied when they said they could not fix the photo booth. I would not count on Spoil Me Rotten to capture your memories and unless your asking for a disaster then I would not recommend on using them at all. I posted this as a review on their FB Page and I assume it was the owner who made a comment about her not liking my review and then she threatened to sue for slander. I'm only giving a review of what happened that night and then she went into FB and blocked me so I could not respond to her comment. If this lady does not want any reviews (good or bad) then she should take her review page down. Not once did I mention who's party but she felt the need to throw a name of one of her customers into her comment and that was very unprofessional because how does she know that I was talking about that particular party (when the shoe fits, I guess it fits. LOL). With my First Amendment Right, I have the right to voice my opinion and give a review even as a guest of the party. read more

Super cool place, rented a jump house for cheap and they were running a special where I got to keep it for the whole weekend. Kids loved it

Rented tables and chairs and they were great to work with. I lost my invoice and called a month later. They were so nice to get me another one. They were very responsive and we had a great customer experience!!!! read more

Very unprofessional, rude, liars !!! They act as if you are bothering them even though you are paying them. The owner is so hateful and has a short fuse the way she talks is as if you are trying to cheat her out of something even though like I said you are paying her. I will never deal with them again !!!!
