The lady who answered the phone said they were closed today due to inclement weather conditions, but added she was going into the shop to finalize and deliver a few orders. Despite the pressure she must be under for her and other employees safety, she was passionate enough to take one more order. Awwww, isn't that nice? Yes!!! She said to expect delivery by 2pm (ordered at 11:30am) with a text message after delivery and a photo of what the arrangement looks like before delivery. Now THAT'S terrific customer service. 5 Stars!!!

Prior to the photo shoot, she was flexible, had different location opportunities, and had great communication.
