As an event organizer, I was looking for cake sprinkles in a certain color. After realizing that I purchased DECORATING SAND, I went to return it for sprinkles. I was told that I couldn't return it and they only accept "certain items" for return. I'm guessing it's based on whether they feel like it or not. After waiting for 10 minutes for the worker to find a manager, a manager finally came out to tell me that they don't accept returns on the sand, even though when I purchased it, the cashier told me that only the chocolate coloring melts were non returnable. On top of that, the manager kept trying to interrupt me and almost started yelling while I tried to tell her that I was told it was returnable. It was some Mexican lady who looked like she crawled out of bed 30 minutes ago. I didn't come back wanting to return EVERYTHING I had purchased for crying out loud, just one box of the wrong item! I won't ever be back here and I'm taking my money elsewhere. You just lost a lot of money. And I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

You couldn't even make an attempt to provide more fans to help keep my guest cool. After speaking to others about my experience with your establishment, I was informed that they too were very hot and nothing was done. And on top of it all you want to take $50.00 from my security deposit because of 12 masking tape pieces (1in X2inwide) that were left on the dance floor is ridiculous. The inconvenience for you to have to find someone to remove the tape and have them clean the stickiness with Goo Gone (about 7.00 at Walmart) does not compare to the inconvenience we all went through in your hot facility. Your customers are not your priority in your business, I would never recommend anyone to use your facility for any special event or even shop at your boutique because you try to use the dresses that your customers order (from catalogs) for displays before they can pick it up. That is wrong, anyone in business knows you don't do that, especially without the consent of the customer.

Dulceria Cosmos is a brand new Mexican candy store in Hobbs, New Mexico…read more Their grand opening was February 1, 2024. Their daily hours are from 10:30AM-8PM. When my daughter and I walked in on the afternoon of 2/10/2024, we were not welcomed. None of the 3 employees smiled at us. No music was playing. We were never asked if we needed help. Then two groups walked in after us and were quickly greeted and music was turned on. It really ticked me off. Then my daughter started picking out candy and showing me. One employee followed us and watched us like a hawk. It was very uncomfortable. I told my daughter to put the candy back because I didn't feel welcome there & we walked out. The candies were mostly of the Mexican variety and in bulk packaging. Most likely unbeknownst to them, I grew up eating much of the items they sold, but I have no problem walking out when I am not welcome. There weren't many supplies except some party favors, piñatas, and balloons. This is a brand new store so it was very clean with ample parking in a plaza lot. According to their Facebook page, a snack bar con elote en vaso, fresas con crema, y elote entero is "coming soon." Hope you receive better service than we did.
