The the lady on the phone when I called was very polite respectful intuitive and made me feel welcoming told me about a floral arrangement I told her I had $120 and didn't want to go a little higher than that show me about the arrangement that they put together for honor and then that one was going to be over my limit everything so she found me one for $100 the delivery was only 3 doors down to a different business which I understand business business and still pay for delivery I don't care if you're next door or halfway across town but when I seen the arrangement that they sold for $100 to me which totally 129 and some change later that night I was very very unhappy it was a $65 at most floral arrangement and I will never go to this place again there is way too many florists in Lubbock Texas sell something that didn't even didn't even brighten up a room it looked like a funeral arrangement not for what I was asking for so I'm very very unhappy the only reason why I gave three stars just because the receptionist on the phone was very nice other than that it would have got zero Stars too expensive for what they offered. read more

I called after seeing the lovely in-house arrangements on line. I asked for several different arrangements and after being told they were unavailable I was convinced the "decorator's" arrangement would be the best way to go. We discussed a fall arrangement, I wanted to spend around $100. This was a bereavement gift. When I received the photo of the flowers I was so embarrassed. It was nothing like discussed and was worse than my relatives that cost $50. I immediately texted Grayce and never heard a word. My wedding bouquet and my now husbands boutonniere were done by Grayce floral. My husbands boutonniere completely went dead within an hour after it was delivered and looked absolutely horrible. My bouquet starting falling apart before the wedding even started and was having to shove flowers back in even before I walked down the aisle. My mother, who is a florist, trusted Grayce to do a good job and they surly disappointed. My wedding bouquet was even falling apart at the alter while I was saying my vows. My mom proceeded to call the florist about 2 days after the wedding to let them know what happened. The lady she spoke with was very rude and abrupt, she stated the owner would get back with us. A week went by and my mom called yet again. The lady she spoke to previously was, yet again, abrupt and rude and stated the owner would call, she is extremely busy. About and hour went by and my mom received the call. The owner was very rude and proceeded to put the blame on me as the bride. She stated that I was not careful enough with my bouquet and from a video they saw that it held together just fine. (Little did they know about 30 seconds prior in the video greenery and a rose had fallen out on the stage when my made of honor handed me my bouquet to walk back down the aisle and everyone in the audience saw it.) My mom was very nice to the owner (I was listening), but she proceeded to put the blame on us and stated that my mother in law messaged them stating that it was perfect and beautiful, so they don't understand why they are getting this from us now. Come to find out one of the ladies saw a photo that she shared of me in my bridals, which the flowers were done by my mother, in silk, not done by Grayce. My mother in law was talking about how beautiful of a daughter in law I was in my bridals. My mother in law never messaged them once to say how beautiful and great the flowers were. She is insulted they put words in her mouth that were never said and so call message she never sent. They have been nothing but rude during these circumstances and have had no regret for what they gave to me on my wedding day. My bouquet, what was left of it, was dead by the end of the night and so was my husbands boutonniere that was unable to be preserved. I took his boutonniere off of him half way through photos, so I didn't have a dead flower in all of my wedding photos. We do not want anyone else to have this problem, so that is why we reached out. They asked for videos and proof, as a bride and mother of the bride you are telling me you are going to go grab your phone to document your bridal bouquet falling apart all while you are trying to get married?! So unprofessional. In return for photos I can have my whole bridal party/guests in attendance call and tell them about my dead/falling out flowers?! We understand that everyone is human and it happens sometimes things don't go right, but the owner never wanted to speak with me again, did not want to say sorry, no remorse at all. I recommend you DO NOT use them for your bridal/wedding needs so you may not end up like I did. With a bouquet falling apart, boutonniere dead on your husbands chest, and then afterwards the florist put the blame on you and everyone else, but themselves. Save yourself the heartache and choose a better florist! I am not one to give reviews, but since my wedding 3 months ago, I feel that I have given Grayce enough time to apologize at least and have not heard one word since my mother and I reached out. I feel they and others should be made aware of the kind of business this company is. I have been wanting to receive flowers from Grayce since I've seen them from various people on Instagram and at the south locations of Chick Fil A. They put together BEAUTIFUL arrangements. Lucky for me my husband listened to all the hints I dropped and ordered me flowers from here for our 2 year anniversary. Unfortunately I had to leave the house at one for work and the flowers were not there (order said they would be). He told me to expect a delivery so I left a note with my number suspecting it would be flowers. Within 10 minutes I had a call and they were on their way to me with the flowers. The delivery girl was apologetic and sweet and the bouquet was beautiful. I noticed right away some browning on the edges of lots of petals but I didn't mind too much. However, within the next 48 hours my flowers were half dead and half dying. I had a hunch to look on the Instagram account and saw that my exact arrangement had been part of their in house flower bar four days prior. This explains why the arrangement died so fast. I was pretty disappointed. Four stars because the arrangement was beautiful but I hope in the future to receive fresh flowers. I also suspect that perhaps my husband waited a while to order and this was their way of putting it together last minute. read more

If they didn't have any I wish they would have told me in advance and maybe recommended something they did have.
