This quaint little shop is an absolute must visit for all of your metaphysical needs in Lubbock. Feeling a bit witchy? Looking to align your chakras or build and purify a meditation space? Or looking for some sources of divination from an alternative spiritual connection? Look no further. First and foremost, the staff here was amazingly helpful and non-judgmental, even as I came here feeling like I didn't quite belong, somehow. They made me feel welcome and answered my questions about the benefits of certain crystals for what I've been dealing with lately. While crystals and stones make up a huge chunk of what they sell, one would be remiss not to point out the many other items. There's a literal wall of books on topics relevant to the store. Tarot and Oracle decks, runes and pouches. Plenty of Palo Santo, sage, and bundles of other herbs for purification. Incense, singing bowls, talismans, jewelry, the list goes on and on. The shop is small and cozy. It snugs up nicely here amid the relaxing atmosphere of Cactus Alley with a courtyard outside and a coffee shop next door. The building is super cute and has so much potential for amazing vibes for a shop like this. However, I feel the staff was kind of judgmental and a little irritated helping customers. I listened to an exchange between a female employee and a customer and it seemed as though the employee was not happy to be having to measure out herbs. I am also not a huge fan of the dyed and obviously not so genuine crystals. I originally came for the crystals but the selection was questionable and overpriced. The "rainbow" rose quartz, although very pretty is clearly just rose quarts coated in iridescent paint. They also had towers and other pieces that were literally just crystal chips in resin and that only solidified my distrust for the quality of stones and crystals they had to offer. This was a fun store to look around in and the gal behind the register really knew her stuff! The only negative was that the other workers made me feel uncomfortable by watching my every move and what seemed to be, following me around. However, my experience was overall good! read more

I was told to go to this store by a professor of mine. Randomly - she told me after class one day, said something just told her to tell me. So a year later, I finally stopped by. As soon as I walked in, I fell in love!!! The lady at the front desk, was super sweet! I wish I would've remembered her name. She answered all of my questions and even made some recommendations. They have a huge selection of almost everything you can think of - Incense, crystals, candles, books, herbs, jewelry etc. I'll definitely be going back soon!! read more

I stumbled by this place on accident and I'm so glad I did! Located inside "Cactus Courtyard" a wonderful little collection of shops in an old renovated apartment complex. I was drawn in by the display in the window having several beautiful crystals. If you're looking for handmade fresh herbal teas, organic oils, or any other kind of natural product you need to come check this place out! The owner was very friendly and everything was priced great (usually crystals are highly marked up) so I was very pleased to find a beautiful case of large crystals for sale. I've spent a lot of money in this store and have been to both of the shops in this shopping center several times. I enjoy what they sell but the employees do tend to be snarky and have heard them gossiping several times. I think it's unprofessional and makes me feel uncomfortable when I am trying to feel relaxed and focused on what I need to purchase. read more

I'm in town visiting and accompanied my brother to the store, which he had raved had just been renovated and expanded. When we walked in, we were welcomingly greeted by the front desk attendant, Becca, and a pleasant smell of incense and calming music. The layout of the area was spacious and organized. Immediately, to the right of the entrance is a bookshelf with a variety of self-help and spiritual-based books, and further down is a little bench right in front of the window. I found a book that caught my eye and sat on the bench to peruse it to see if I wanted to purchase it. Then, a person walks into the store giving me a scowl look. I later discovered this person is the owner of the store. I didn't think anything of it right away until she mentioned passive-aggressively to Becca that "she needs to put a sign on the shelf to not take the books out of that section." I was a bit taken aback and again didn't think anything of it and then she proceeded to whisper to Becca and when I looked up, the owner was glaring at me. I didn't feel comfortable and welcomed in the store and although there were positive aspects of the store itself, I'm disappointed in the owner's lack of professionalism, tact, and customer service. read more
