I was able to place an order- the rep was somewhat knowledgeable and looked up items online just like you did (which was the part that made me concerned), still, the rep took specific notes. The rep does take your credit card information. The next day during business hours, a Fig and Flower florist called to follow-up and make sure my order was correct and if I wanted to change anything.
