I was delayed I'm putting in an order for my grandmother for Christmas and they were able to squeeze me in this morning and let me tell them about my laundry list of things I was hoping to have happen for this order and they were so patient and kind and said they can have it out with this mornings batch. It was just delivered to my grandmother she recently turned 96 and flowers are her favorite thing in the world. She just texted me saying that the flowers had arrived with the photos presented and said that they were absolutely stunning prettier in person reminded her of Christmas smelled of pinecones but still had a flowery effect but she would have picked out herself. I can't put into words how great everyone is who works here and how happy I am that y'all are able to take my random "wants" and turn it into her perfect Christmas present (especially on such short notice). Y'all are the best!!! Thank you for making her Christmas and brightening her home for me while I'm unable to visit due to COVID.

Parts weren't delivered on-time and it still took longer than I was told to get it done. I picked up my equipment after a full month. The full maintenance overhaul I requested was done and the mower ran great. I immediately used it for a full day of clearing my overgrown yard, side yard, back yard, extra acre, etc. Howard's will get the job done, but you will have to follow up and expect it to take longer than estimated.

At only $5/bag, this far beat the prices we were seeing online of $10/lb for the types of rocks we were wanting. Furthermore, because we only partially filled a bag, the owners there ended up letting us take our bag home for free just because they're incredible people.
