Ordered flowers for my baby sisters graduation. Pick up was at 1:30pm and I picked them up around 3. Regardless the flowers looked dead definitely NOT worth the price. Not in the slightest bit. I've order flowers from them before online for Mother's Day and valentines and they disappoint every time. I've given them multiple chances because one of my best friends mothers knows someone who works there but this is the last straw. That small bouquet of DEAD flowers was NOT WORTH $84. Makes zero sense why they charger so much when you can go make a prettier bouquet yourself for way cheaper if you just take the time to do it. At this point if you buy from them you're paying for convenience. Not only were the flowers dead but the women on the phone was not kind. Customer service 3/10. read more

They charged me for flowers I called and cancelled. I was ordering flowers for my wife who was traveling to Lubbock for her birthday but she got sick. So I called 3 days before scheduled delivery time to cancel. The lady on the phone took my information and I gave her the order number. She said she would take care of it. Well 3 days later I get a call that the flowers were delivered. I then called the flower shop and told them I canceled these and they need to pick up flowers and credit my card. The lady said she would have to talk to the owners and they would call me. I received no call and no credit. Do not use this place. read more

Great place for nice looking flowers! Went here 2 days before Valentines and ordered a custom bouquet. Came out looking great for a semi-expensive bouquet and the staff there were really nice! I placed an order for a bouquet that was pictured on their website. I called and spoke with a friendly girl saying that bouquet featured "at least a dozen and a half roses, along with rose spray and other flowers in the pictures, we don't have the hydrangeas, but we can substitute chrysanthemums". I should have know at this point to hang up. I asked that chrysanthemums NOT take the place of hydrangeas. I opted for lillies. It was an arrangement for my mother that had just put her Yorkie down and I asked for something pink and soft in color. The arrangement was 179. After fees, tax and delivery, 220. What got delivered was a beautiful arrangement that would have cost $75 anywhere else. I called back to inquire about the arrangement pictured, vs what was delivered. The, once friendly girl, morphed into an angry girl defending the arrangement. She had told me there would be 18 roses in the bouquet along with rose spray. Delivered arrangement has 8 roses. Ultimately, they drive back to my mother's house, asked to have the arrangement back (mortifying) and they said they'd fix it. Heavy sigh, they delivered it again, same arrangement with a few more roses, and they threw red rose spray in it. It's like sending a raw steak back to the kitchen and getting the same steak back, but burned. It's been a horrible experience and I'd challenge anyone using them to actually ask to see the products being delivered. Additionally..... if you look at the pictures that the business has actually uploaded on yelp, they aren't from the consumer side, it's just what the business wants you to see, along with a lot of pictures of tuxedos and dresses, no flowers. I needed to send flowers to my mom who was in the hospital on Christmas. All Flowered Up Too was able to make a Christmas Eve delivery for an extra fee. Unfortunately, I found out the next day that the flowers didn't make it to her room. :(. The hospital sent them to the wrong room. It wasn't the fault of All Flowered Up (the hospital screwed up) but they made it right! They picked up the old arrangement and delivered a new one! Excellent customer service! read more

Super disappointed in this company. I ordered an arrangement to be sent on Friday. The recipient didn't receive it so I called the following day and asked what happened. They were unorganized and blamed the "other store" for not telling them the arrangement had been ordered. Stacey the owner was crazy rude on the phone about the entire thing and should not be on the people facing side of the business. I will definitely not do business again. I had to place a last minute order for a funeral service...and they made it happen! The young lady who assisted me was very helpful; she suggested some ideas that were spot on for our needs, then assured me they would put the order first on the list for the morning's work. She also said they call to check on the hours in which guests arrive, etc. so that the arrangement would be in place by then. We were so appreciative. My only suggestion might be for long-distance orders such as this, they snap a photo and send with their very nice follow-up email that verified the order had been delivered. They even sent me a pick of the arrangement via text which turned out absolutely beautiful. I ordered flowers for say same delivery... the recipient didn't get them; I called the next morning to see what happened... the store called back & said was given to the recipient's neighbor because it was hot outside & did not want the flowers to wilt... my issue is that no one called to let the sender know that they were left with the neighbor... It's always difficult to order flowers from out of town. You never know what will be delivered or what the final product will look like. These factors were especially important as we had to order a wreath for a loved one's funeral. This place exceeded our expectations and did everything to ensure the wreath was delivered on the correct day. They worked closely with the funeral home and knew about a date change before I had even found out. They even texted me a pic of the final product. Our loved one was in the military and they created a beautiful patriotic wreath and even added flags. I highly recommend them!! read more

My husband ordered $80 worth of red roses for our anniversary. I received a small "Seasons Greetings" vase of various small flowers on the porch of my home. I was home too. Never a knock on the door or door bell ring. When I called the florist, they said they were sorry for the mixup, but did not exchange the flowers for our original order or give a refund.
