Flooring was bubbled up due to debris underneath, Flooring was coming loose and falling off of the stairs. We were not happy! Brittnee Shirey was available Monday morning and afternoon and her flat rate was $274. I chose her and I am so glad I did! She was EXTREMELY thorough! She spent 6 hours inspecting the house.
