I have some experience at home building and remodeling; so I asked Joe many questions in reference to their inspecting process. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of my questions. I then asked for a quote, and he explained that he had three inspectors in his company and it depended on the person I chose. Brittnee Shirey was available Monday morning and afternoon and her flat rate was $274. I chose her and I am so glad I did! She was EXTREMELY thorough! She spent 6 hours inspecting the house. She searched every inch of the property making sure all items were of proper working order, and noting, and explaining to me those that were deficient! Her report was extremely thorough that she provided to my realtor and me. She allowed me to watch as she worked and was kind, courteous, polite, and most importantly knowledgeable about all questions that I asked. I would highly recommend Joe Bellar Real Estate Inspection, LLC to anyone needing an inspector, and most importantly, I would HIGHLY recommend Brittnee Shirey to do the job, with no hesitation!!

We had multiple contractors come out and "fix" it with no success. The owner of Griffin's came out and took the time to really get to the source of the problem, unlike the other guys that just came, did something, and left us with a bill and a leaky roof. He actually took the time to explain to me and my grandmother why the roof was leaking in that spot, why the other fixes never worked, and the all of options that we had to remedy the problem. With their guidance and expertise, we felt like we were able to make the best decision for her within her budget. Once we made a decision, they quickly got the job scheduled and completed! Now no more leaky spot! Not long after, I experienced hail damage and leaks on my own home and immediately called Griffin! They took care of my roof with the same level of professionalism and respect. When you work with Griffin you feel educated and comfortable with your decisions. Would recommend them to anyone!
