They walked us through the color selections and added some helpful advice. They kept everything really clean, were in and out in a day and a half, and actually charged 75 dollars less than their original bid. You never see that anymore! Bravo to these guys for knowing how important "old-fashioned" customer service is, and exceeding our expectations. We wish they did more trades, then we could use them for all of our outdoor construction needs. VERY IMPRESSED.

RL Solutions was the only one to return our call, came out the same day to survey the property, and had a reasonable estimate ready the very next day. We have a fairly large property and Robert worked tirelessly all week and through the weekend to finish the project. I have had homes with other sprinkler systems and this one is the best of them all, great coverage and a well thought out design. I highly recommend Robert with RL solutions, very honest and dependable.

They schedule to come out and fix it, then cancelled with no reschedule date. After getting them to fix the pipe, I showed the owner where parts of the sod didn't take. After not hearing from them, I decided to take them to small claims court. When the owner heard that, he immediately responded and a week later replaced most of the bad sod. I cleaned up after them. While here laying sod, he said I threatened a lawsuit. I told him it was not a threat since I hadn't heard back from him on replacing the sod. He said he was busy (with new business). I paid Over $12,000 for a side and front yard with sprinklers. He said several times that his work was NOT guaranteed. He said he was replacing the sod out of kindness. In our discussion, I said I would talk to the builder and he replied with "he is not my daddy." He also said he has plenty of work.

It was the best decision I've made in a long while. As another reviewer noted Audra also met me at the flooring shop and helped me pick out a lovely luxury vinyl plank and I am very happy with the results. Her husband Jeremy is also the lead installer and his crew was professional, punctual and spot on with their time estimate. Today, September 3, 2025 they are about to finish up. They swept up debris and any other items from the demolition and the installation. I've already recommended them to friends. Thank you Audra, Jeremy and your crew. LizH

He was very thorough in explaining how he would do the job. I received 3 quotes from other companies, but they were in and out within minutes and only gave me a price. Rocky even came back out a second time to go back over everything with my husband since he wasn't able to be there for the first visit. We decided to go ahead with having Rocky do the job. His team arrived sooner than planned and knocked the job out in 3 days. They took care of every detail I wanted done and did it with a smile! Rocky went above and beyond to troubleshoot a couple of roadblocks to ensure a quality finished product. I'm very thankful that I found Rocky to do the job. I would highly recommend Rocky's Construction to a friend and a stranger who is looking for someone to do concrete work.
