We hired David Perez to do a concrete job for $8,500, and unfortunately our experience after the work was completed has been extremely disappointing. During the project, his crew busted one of our sprinkler lines and also cut our internet line. We immediately brought the sprinkler damage to his attention, and we were assured that someone would come out that same day to repair it. No one ever showed up. Since then, we've reached out three more times, and each time we've either been ignored or received no response at all. At this point, he's completely stopped communicating with us and has made no effort to fix the damage his crew caused. Mistakes can happen on any job, but what matters is how it's handled. Instead of taking responsibility, we were given empty promises and then completely ghosted. The lack of communication, false assurances, and refusal to make things right have been incredibly unprofessional. After spending $8,500, we expected quality work and accountability. Instead, we were left with damaged property, unanswered messages, and a contractor who refused to stand behind his work. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. read more

We requested an extension area added to our back porch patio. We would recommend Perez and repairs every single time they were professional, very courteous, respectful of our time and space and accommodating and did a fabulous job. The quality is exceptional the value and what we paid for what we were needing done was better than appropriate. This is a very honest and reputable company. They don't do anything without providing a receipt to the customer upfront. You know what you're paying and you know what you're getting for that money!! We hired these guys to do a walkway in our backyard from the house to our barn. Paid 1/2 up front and scheduled the day for work to begin. No show. After several attempts to reach anyone, we finally got a return call several days later stating they forgot to put it on the schedule. Not the best impression to give new clients but, mistakes happen to the best of us. Have to wait another week. Day finally arrives and a crew of 5 shows up but unfortunately none of them speaks a lick of English so communication is nearly impossible. They start setting forms for the pathway and slab in front of the barn but can't finish because they don't have enough materials and didn't have a concrete truck available. For a concrete job. They left a huge mess in our yard and here we are over a month later, no work done, have blocked our calls, won't refund our money, and have made no attempt to rectify the situation. We are reporting to the Better Business Bureau, and are pursuing legal action. Unfortunately this appears to be the M.O. with this company. read more

Never showed up on time, left a mess every time they left, cement work allowed water to drain into the garage and ruin furniture. Huge hills and valleys in cement throughout the driveway. Did not use any rebar in the driveway, sidewalk or the patio. read more

Didn't Complete the work as promised. Paid $28,000 to demo driveway and pour a new one. New one sloped into the garage as the old one did. A guarantee was made to correct the error. Company and owner have since ghosted and will not return calls. Very dissatisfied. read more
