But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? Reme Halo installation…read more Update: Within days of my review (below), Nate, the manager over HVAC at Sinclair, contacted me. He subsequently met me at my home to review how CFM is calculated, based on square footage of home and the tonnage of the HVAC system. He assured me that the technician made the proper shroud apeture calibrations. Then he went above and beyond to double-check that the unit is wired to "always be on" which required him to go up into the freezing cold attic. He made sure I was completely satisfied and had all my questions answered, even inviting me to call if additional arise. Nate leads by example with excellent customer service, and it shows in his crew. (Original post:) Glad to finally get the Rem Halo UV system installed. The technician found a kinked air duct going to the kitchen and took the time to fix it for us. Great service! I use Sinclair a lot and definitely recommend them.The technician did not measure the CFM airflow feeding the supply side of my HVAC, which is necessary to properly adjust the Reme shroud aperture opening as indicated in the owners manual. He just left the shroud apeture fully open, which could shorten its life and generate an ozone odor. I didn't like that part. It's just lazy. Perhaps Sinclare will send over someone to measure CFM and make the proper adjustments. They are a good, reliable company.

Issues with coils they replaced in attic. They were defective so not Sinclairs fault. They replaced…read morewith another coil but it had leaked and a large piece of ceiling had to be replaced. Sinclair paid for all of that and to paint entire ceiling. Painter never came to see how it looked after. Also didn't cover everything. We spent hours cleaning paint off counter tops, cabinets, and floor tile. They also got paint down on walls. I went to Sinclair with pictures. Manager was out and staff said he would call me. I never received a call so we were left cleaning the mess and I will have to Paint the walls where they let the rollers hit the walls.
