They schedule to come out and fix it, then cancelled with no reschedule date. After getting them to fix the pipe, I showed the owner where parts of the sod didn't take. After not hearing from them, I decided to take them to small claims court. When the owner heard that, he immediately responded and a week later replaced most of the bad sod. I cleaned up after them. While here laying sod, he said I threatened a lawsuit. I told him it was not a threat since I hadn't heard back from him on replacing the sod. He said he was busy (with new business). I paid Over $12,000 for a side and front yard with sprinklers. He said several times that his work was NOT guaranteed. He said he was replacing the sod out of kindness. In our discussion, I said I would talk to the builder and he replied with "he is not my daddy." He also said he has plenty of work.

ABF put a new roof on my house 5 years ago. Until we had the recent heavy rains there hadn't been a…read moreleak. I have a flat roof and they are notorious for leakage. I had been diligent to keep leaves off the roof so they wouldn't clog the drains, but the company that had been cleaning the roof stopped working for me. After they left, we had a surge in rainstorms, flooding the roof. I was unable to find anyone to get up on the roof to clean the leaves off so the drains became stopped up with leaves. Unable to drain, the water was unable to run off. creating a lake on top of my house. When I contacted ABF about it, they sent two men to check the blockage. They opened the drains and the water gushed out of the drains to empty the water off the roof. They discovered a small area up the wall and repaired it. The hole was at least a foot higher than the roof floor. I was appreciative that the men came out so quickly to handle the problem, and that they handled it while they were here. According to the plumber that repaired my tank, Leak-Tek had used the wrong wire nuts and the wires were loose and arcing. Not only did this keep my tank from working, this could have led to a fire that could have destroyed my home. In addition, the same parts that were replaced by Leak-Tek had to be replaced again. Upon inspection by the plumber, the parts Leak-Tek installed were not OE parts even though it was a warranty repair. I have not had any problems since the legitimate plumbing professional serviced my tank. Be careful with who you choose to do repairs in your home.
