The yard is very I never than it was when started. 6 inches of space from bottom of fence to dirt, enough for our dogs to escape. Ben Garcia said he would come back to fill the space under fence. We have caps on our fencing posts. 5 of them are missing. Found one that was too damaged. Corner of fence was not done properly as crew was too lazy to do it right. Concrete chunks scattered in yard not cleaned up. They trashed our ally ways and left their garbage in our yard. Just over all not worth the thousands, more than 12k, of money we spent and now have to spend more the fix the stuff he did not come back to finish and the excuse we got on the yard space beneath the fence, "that's just the water runoff". No Ben, that's where your guys took my dirt through. Also left drag marks on our new fresh concrete and showed Ben Garcia, just draged his boot over it and said it's good....it's not. For some to say and I quote "you'll have the best backyard in the neighborhood" and then does the opposite is not alright. He seems like a cool dude but for business, I feel they take the cheap way out and make excuses why the job we paid them to do wasn't even finished but yet wanted all the $$ for work and job they didn't finish and now we gotta look for a new landscaper to fill out damn yard so dogs do get out

I notified them of a crumbling concrete footer in July…read more2024 -- after being ignored, passed off, and finally threatening small claims court, this was rectified in January 2025, but only after our fence was left suspended for over three weeks around Christmas and for a couple of weeks after, allowing our dogs to escape multiple times. They were supposed to come back and finish staining the fence three months ago, but calls and texts to D'Anne and Brennan go completely ignored. Appointments are made and I arrange to be home to meet them, but nobody ever shows up, calls, or texts. This is the least professional business with which it has ever been my misfortune to deal. With respect to the fence, we paid for a 7' cedar board-on-board fence with a cap. The overlap on the pickets is so thin that the nails they used have backed out in many places, creating a gap where there should never be one. I have personally reinstalled screws in several areas spanning many pickets to make sure they cannot separate, both for the security of our animals and for just for aesthetics by eliminating the gaps. I will never, ever use these people again. If anyone asks, I don't know exactly where TO send them for a professional fencing job, but I know exactly where NOT to send them.

Brennan reached out to me afterwards and finished the job in one day.
