I have to be honest and…read moresay I was leary on choosing a company I had not heard of also my last roofing job was done by a friend's relative and had a negative experience. John did a great job explaining the details of what was going to be done. We were impressed by him because other bigger name local companies were just in and out and didn't seem to really give a damn if we chose their company or not. Armor did exactly what was expected and more John was able to increase our claim by pointing out some things that the insurance adjuster missed. Luckily our insurance USAA adjusted the claim and we were able to get out chimney completely redone and reinforced because the original contractor did poor craftsmanship. I was surprised the chimney didn't come crashing down during the strong winds we had a few months ago. We were so satisfied with the roof work that we decided to hire Armor to put up a brand new privacy fence with a beautiful stain at a more appealing price versus the big name local fence companies. Our experience with Armor was a positive experience and would recommend doing business with them. Our two little dogs Nikko and Bella were impressed by John as well for those dog parents looking for a roofing or construction project

Sterling and West Texas Commercial Roofing, LLC literally SAVED the sale of our previous home!…read moreRight before it was time to close, we found out the buyers' lender would not approve their mortgage for the purchase without the roof being repaired, despite the inspection not mentioning any issues to give us a heads up. Sterling understood our need to get the roof fixed quickly to save the purchase agreement and not only did he make sure the roof was completely fixed faster than any other company could even find time to START the project, he also made sure that none of our other contractors at the house cut corners on unrelated projects, that the roof was repaired efficiently with the best quality, and he did it for less than his competitors' quotes! The title company was so impressed with Sterling's professionalism and efforts, our closing agent ripped up the cards she had for other roofing companies on the spot in favor of only using West Texas Commercial Roofing, LLC in the future! We will also only be using and recommending them as well! Thank you, Sterling!
