After 1 month and more excuses than I could count he was arrested for no license, no insurance, no tags and an unpaid ticket. He had half the materials scattered throughout my backyard and only two posts partially put together. I gave him the money to buy the materials for the roof but I never received the materials, the receipts or the work. I asked multiple times for the materials but was given false meeting times, excuses and finally ignored calls. I paid Joe $3,800 and I estimate that I received $1,500 in actual work. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!
