That didn't happen & several days later we still had not heard back from him. I emailed a letter to the company explaining the situation & did not get a response to that either. We took our business elsewhere. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have been professional; not to mention courteous enough to let us know.

These guys go above and beyond just ripping off shingles and putting on a new layer. He found a guy to help me out with painting some trim and work on the windows and mailbox. Most recently, he was quick to get on the job and work with my insurance claim. I was out of town while the work was completed and received numerous updates without ever having to worry if it was being completed to high specs. I cannot say enough great things about them.
