This company installed a sprinkler system in the yard of our newly purchased home in 2024. During…read morethe installation process, an electrical line was cut to an outdoor light. The owner was convinced that his workers had not severed this line while digging the trenches, but told us to hire an electrician to find out. We hired a reputable electric company to diagnose and repair the damage, and forwarded photos of the severed line and the invoice to Jeff. He refused to pay the full amount (they paid less than half of the expense of the repair), and when questioned (via text) if he was going to cover the remaining balance, there was no reply. We try to utilize small businesses when possible if work needs to be completed, but this is one small business owner I would not recommend to anyone.
