The lady was rude and instead of starting off with an apology, started telling me that my lawn was fine and what her worker had done was OK. When I told her that they did not have permission from me, she said he knocked on the door but I was not home. How can they be professional and assume that it would have been OK by me. Then she told me that their trailer was full and as such they could not. There was an empty trailer sitting partially blocking my drive way. The unprofessional attitude is extremely disappointing. Forty-five minutes later they moved the truck for the last time, cleared the sidewalk and street, and drove away with hardly a trace of evidence they'd ever been there. They were able to remove what they were hired for, but got down right ugly about the payment. They fax me my bill on Wednesday, Thursday they called about payment when they were told a check would be ready Friday, they got rude then angry and before it was over with they were yelling at me. That a way to treat your Customer! If you expect payment the moment the work is completed you need to state that. To be so unprofessional is totally uncalled for. I will NEVER use them again!!! read more
